They are not honest or reliable, in my opinion . customer service was not very nice! I had an appointment to drop my car off Thursday at 10 for a three hour service.that is what they told us. So that was what we did. After not hearing from them al att, I called to check on the car at 4:45. They hasn t even started working on the car. We talked to the guys they said leave it over night one of us will working on it in the morning. So we left it another day in hopes that they would get to it. The next day, by 1 nobody had touched the car. There was absolutely zero communication on their part. So we picked the car up and went somewhere else. They were aware that it was our only vehicle that we wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible.Anytime there was any form of communications it was us that reached out, not them that reached out. They never told us it would be two or three days to get the job done. They told us two or three hours. We have that in writing

Moving forward I'm only leaving 5 star reviews for places that have a cat receptionist. Cutest toe beans in Belton. Cutest mid day snoozer for miles. Sweetest cat to exist. The people and service were also great.

5 stars + Thank you everyone for what you did today for my daughter Rilee she got a donut , played with Jax the cat . Special thanks to Ryan H for a fabulous job on her car. She said you all were so nice made her feel comfortable didnt get over on her. Overall took excellent care of her. She said this is her new shop she will go no where else!!!!!!!!!

Always had an great experience at jacks tune up in belton mo. I take all my new & old vehicles to them & they do exceptional work. I would recommend them to everyone. Keep up the great work.

Been a client for years took my truck up to them for a valve cover leak had to take it up 3 times for the same problem and couldn't get it fixed finally took it to certified auto down the street and fixed it the frist time sucks that I had to pay for the same fix that jacks couldn't but less of a headache than trying to ask for my money back or get them to try and fix it

Needed a safety inspection, was able to get in same day and the whole process was very easy! The guys there helped me out and were extremely friendly! Would recommend! Thanks guys!

What a rip off artist quoting me $500 to give me an oil change and fix my brakes. Tell me they would have a part the next morning to my car for two days called me and told me to come pick it up and pay for the oil oil change cause they weren t gonna be able to get the part in charge me double the quote for the oil change Will never go back to this place ever again

Went to get my oil gasket changed now I gotta replace my engine, I barely drive it and when I do I drive as fast as a grandma with glasses. They didn't charge me for the work they did ($1000) in case it was their fault and said they'd reimburse me if the different mechanic finds it was their fault. My experience was bitter with this company. Hopefully you'll have a better experience if ypu decide to go with this company

They have a good reputation for doing good work at a fair price . I have had the honors of having good service here more then once . So I say there worthy of your auto services .

Was able to get my vehicle in quickly for an inspection and they fixed my reverse light. Spoke to a couple of friendly people and met a handsome orange cat. Glad they recommended some delicious tacos next door too. Thank you.

An absolutely fantastic experience. These amazing people got my car back on the road quickly after an axle failure. I was distraught, and stressed. They made this experience one I'll never forget. Jack's is owned and operated by a former classmate of mine, Tim Mellinger. The kitty you are seeing is JAXX . I always feel that I am in good hands with this repair shop. My car is going in for A/C repairs in a few days!!

I went in for the first time for new tires, and the service was fast, and friendly. BUT, I had to go back after I put the wheels on because the balance of the wheels was way off. I was told there wasn t time for to do that today. So I went someone else to get one of the wheels in the front balanced due to the weights being put on in a U shape. Who does that? It was clear I needed to have another wheel rebalanced and finally got around to that today. Let s just say the shop I went to was laughing at the SCOTCH TAPE this shop used to put the weights on.I wonder how much damage that caused to my front end with them being so out of balance. Thanks

Took a vehicle for their "check to buy" service. I had a few glitches and had to switch up appointment time. They were gracious and accommodated me. The technician spent 40 minutes going through the vehicle. I feel he did a good job and gave me an honest assessment of the vehicle.

We were a last second appointment for a safety inspection on a used vehicle we purchased. They got us in super fast when everywhere else was booked up for a couple of days and had us in and out in less than 20 minutes! The guys were super friendly and courteous too!

Called on a Monday and got a Thursday appointment. Dropped my truck off shortly after they opened, needed a diagnostic check. When they asked I told them what to check and then asked for an oil changed, the lady said we would have trouble just to check what I asked them to check. Kind of surprise me after making an appointment 3 days out. 8 hours later no phone call about my truck I had to call and ask, they said they haven t even touched it! Picked up my truck with nothing done and will never darken the door again.

The classic neighborhood garage.I was referred to this shop by a friend three years ago and have been bringing all of my troubles and general maintenance here since then. Being fair, knowledgeable and honest, they treat my vehicles like their own and watch out for my best interest.

Scheduled a tune-up and was quoted a price. Service was completed in a little less time than expected and price was exactly as quoted. Very good experience.

Went for a state inspection, and they started working on my vehicle at the scheduled time and finished quickly. They're a busy garage, but I assume that's because they do things right

Nice and professional people. Didn't have to wait long. The only thing was they didn't place a paper mat to avoid getting grease & oil in your car.

Tim, Jason & the gang are the best mechanics around the area!!! I've been taking my early to late model domestic & foreign model vehicles to these guys for almost 20 years now for 1 reason - they are honest. They will explain what's wrong, ask me what I want to do which sometimes means I choose to fix it myself (they'll even tell me how if I need help), or let me bring in parts if I already started a job and got in over my head! Listen, the most difficult thing to find is a car shop you can trust, these guys will not let you down & work with you in whatever way you need. As cheap a shop rate as you'll find in this area for the kind of vast knowledge they have under their own hoods!

Tim and his staff are very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are fair and I know I saved money compared going to a dealership for the same work that was done on my vehicle! Thank you!
