Bought tires online, they were in the store next day, I pull up, place is PACKED, I m thinking I ll be there for over an hour. Not the case, they had me in and out in 30 minutes. Employees were friendly and professional, tires were reasonably priced and good quality, would recommend buying online to skip the line

Got the best price! Dustin, was very knowledgeable on tires and helped me with getting the correct tires for my Wife's Suv. I wanted quite, great handling and good tread life. I have the two. Time will tell on tread life. Made a appointment for a Saturday. We were out of there in about one hour. We will go back again for our tire needs.

Hands down the best place for tires! I wish more companies adopted their business model. I have worked in the automotive industry for 20 years and still buy all my tires from here, even beats my employee discounts.

Drove in within 20 mins of closing and they were able to fix my flat tire for free! That is unheard of nowadays. Ryan was awesome! Will definitely be back for any of my tire needs.

This place is always busy. And for good reason. They are helpful, took care of my tire no problem. Witnessed may others being helped with free air, help with rebates, best deals to be had. Even a bless you when you sneeze. They all were working their tails off,to get us all in and out. This is my go to. Keep up the great work!!

I literally had to log into my other email account to leave ANOTHER review. Second time being serviced here, these guys are still kind and efficient! The customer service here is simply unmatched. They greet you, they communicate with you every step of the way, and they work damn hard to get you out of here even when super busy! Again I say, I will always come here for my tire needs. I am so pleased with my first experience at Discount Tire. My daughter and son had been customers and had a great experience. As I pulled up I was greeted by several service technicians. This was very refreshing behavior. When I entered the store I was acknowledged and assisted immediately. The service professional looked me in the eye and inquired about my visit. They provided me with a spot on estimate of How long the repairs would take.When the repairs to my tire had been completed, John, my service technician, provided a summary of the issue & repair. All of this for $0.00. I was speechless, this is not a common occurrence for me. When it is time for me to purchase new tires Discount Tires will be my first choice. Thanks for understanding how to treat customers and making each point-of-contact count!

Braedon was the only helpful part of our service. Went out of his way to help us! Manager/advisors said they weren't able to throw on our spare tire. Which left us with our pothole ridden flat. We had to visit harbor freight tools (and buy tools) next door to throw on our own spare

Excellent service. They repaired a severe tire puncture on my wife's Yukon XL for free and within 30 minutes. Highly recommend this Discount Tire Center for new tires and tire repair.

Dishonest scammers! Spent a lot of money here on tires and they broke the tire pressure monitors during the visit. Noticed as soon as we left (never an issue before this) but they had closed, went back next day and they claimed they didn't break it and recommended we get each one fixed for $70/piece after just paying them close to $1,000. Will not return or recommend.

The best, will check pressure in tires give air, give tools to check pressure, change wheels when on rims for FREE Ladies!!! If you buy tires will repair for free (maybe replace) Always corteous, communicative! I really appreciate you guys.

There were 20+ people for walk-ins, and they were very busy. I had an appointment, and they were still able to get me in and out within an hour. Very professional staff, I just wish this location had a little bit more seating options.

Worst experience at a discount tire ever. Made my already inconvenient day somehow worse due to workers being incompetent with their hands in their pockets. Shout-out to Braedon for going behind the extremely rude managers back and helping a customer in need.

Frigid temps! A tire was low and would not take air. My husband put little spare on and up to Discount Tire for help. Bad valve! Place was super busy and there was a wait but he was amazed when work was completed and there was no charge! Would definately recommend!!

Ordered tires online from their site, picked an appointment time during the order process. Arrived at the store on time for the appointment, had to wait about 10 minutes to get checked in due to several walk in customers. But once checked in they had car in the bay within 5 minutes and had it done in 20 minutes. Very efficient! Will be buying again from discount tire!

So I have been coming here for about 6 years.I've had 2 ex girlfriends cars get their tires and tires service here.2012 Chevy Cruz and a 2013 Honda civic. I have bought full sets of tires here with warranty without any issues.Then I have brought in my personal truck and business trailer here for services on my tires.Top notch communication and customer service!Highly recommend giving them your business as they provide free tire pressure fillings and patching to non-customers also.

I just needed a plug for my tire but they won't do it if you have worn tread (still has tread and not bald). This has to be a business model to get people to buy new tires but this place is the last place I'll get tires now.

They put tires on my SUV and said the job was done. The low tire pressure light was on, It was not on before they started the job. They said a sensor was bad. It was working just fine before I got there. I won't be going back.

Absolutely the worst service. I m already looking for a new place to take me truck. Brought my 1500 in for a simple tire patch at 8:15 am and it took them until 10. Just a tire patch. My truck stayed on a jack for 45 minutes it took 45 minutes to patch a hole and put in 40 psi. I d rather pay $20 instead of waiting 2 hours.

I came in to get my tires rotated. They took vehicles in that arrived after me. There were employees just standing around doing nothing but talking to one another. They advertise there is free rotation. But you have to wait for paying customers before they do the free advertised task.

Ryan was very knowledgeable about the services and about tires. (I made an appointment online.) I had the flat tire in the trunk and the spare on the car.They assessed that the flat tire was unrepairable. I know that I needed to buy 2 new front tires! And the wiper blades were shot. I picked out $77 tires that I got a good price on and the wipers too!Added on were disposal fees, mounting, taxes and instead of under $200... it was over $260! I had sticker shock to say the least!!! Well, that's me... and I don't buy tires and services every day!Good side: THESE TIRES ARE THE BOMB!I had to take my first trip right after picking up the car and these Sentury Touring tires ride like butter! The car rolled along at 70 mph effortlessly!So Ryan did a great job helping me pick really good tires!

They were extremely accommodating ,very professional team members. Let me just say I had a shredded tire from my trailer they put a new tire on the wheel check my trailer up put the tire on but the lug nuts on, perfect job

Love this place. The employees are always so kind, the service is fast and they are cheaper than most places. I walked in to get new tires, and they were done in less than 30 minutes. Great place to get new tires or to get a tire fixed or get your air checked . Love Discount Tire .

I just want to give the Belton Mo. Team a big thank you. Specially Kyle. He went above and beyond for me and my husband this week. I was having a really bad shake in my 2020 Challenger. We took it in and they rebalanced my tire not once but 3 time in two days. Never complained at all . Always had a smile on there face. He took the time to help me pick out the best set of tires for my car. I will forever be grateful for his kindness. His parents should be proud they raised a Amazing young man. Discount Tires is by far the best tire shop I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Thank you from myself and my husband. My husband has an appointment to day for his truck to get new tires.
