This is the best dealership ever! I went here after an exhausting weekend of dealing with slimy car sales people, and was so refreshed to deal with the honest, well-intentioned people that work at C & S. I bought my vehicle here for an extremely reasonable price, and about a week or so later encountered a small issue with it. We called C & S and they made it right for me by mechanically assessing the vehicle, and performing the necessary repairs for free. They are all very friendly, honest, and good people, and I can t say enough good things about this dealership. Thank you John and Bill for all of your help!

I brought a vehicle from C & S and wanted to promote my successful purchase. The car was greater than I expected! The store is clean, organized, and swift/easy to do business with. The manager negotiates/communicates to the owner for best price for the customer's sake, and I was truly grateful because I could afford only one single car on the lot quite frankly. Without a lot of affordable options for me on the lot it was so pleasing/comforting to know the deal was possible/done. I'm thankful to the manager who considered me a serious buyer.I don't know a lot of people but I highly recommend this business. They prove satisfying customers - with great cars that sell easily. Consider them first when buying please.

I had a really great experience at this business. The people who work there are not only knowledgeable about the cars they sell and what work they have had done on them, but they are kind, and honest. I didn t ever feel like I was being pressured to buy anything or lied to during the entire buying process. I viewed clean, unproblematic cars, and was confident in purchasing a car from this business after both the great service and quality I experienced. 10/10 would recommend.

Traded in my 3rd row SUV Acadia Denali for a Prius of the same year. No pressure and no problems. I did have to give a little more $$ for the same year of vehicle. They do have a title-processing fee as well. I miss my denali options, but have a good gas mileage car. If you need a 3rd row SUV with heated and cooled seats, tow package, remote start, and DVD player built in then go see them. My grand kids loved that car. All in all a good experience. I did have to go back and pick up my title. I guess they needed to make sure my check cleared.

We've now purchased 3 cars from this dealership. One self-financed and two financed through them. That's how much we trust them. Their cars are reliable, priced fairly, very clean, and John goes out of his way to make sure you get the best rate and lowest monthly payment possible if helping with your financing. We have looked other places as well. Driven all over. We always end up back here. We would recommend them to anyone and everyone. (and we do!)

I found the ideal car for my family at this dealership at a very fair price. The sales staff was friendly and easy to work with. Particularly Bill who made sure to resolve some mechanical issues which the car had previously. I definitely recommend this dealership and would purchase from here again.

Seems like whenever you find the right car its the wrong seller or vice versa. I found the right car and for once got a break with the absolute right seller despite it being a car lot. All the 5star reviews--that's hard to do and is NOT a fluke by C & S. I used to work in pontiac dealers and was trained to work on them, but Pontiac being discontinued in 2010 its getting hard to findem in good condition. The 2002 bonneville I got is as close to new as can be for its age, the interior would score about a 97 out of 100, everyone comments on how clean/new it is.When I test drove car I'm picky as hell and had just 2 (low for me) problems, 1. Outside temp was reading wrong (and they disclosed this, not hid, in internet ad showing a pic of it reading 140f) making climate control display flicker--that's a 3dollar sensor I was gonna fix myself in 1min and not even bother them with. But 2. There was no air out vents, an actuator issue behind dash. The car had already been discounted in price $1k and I thought sadly #2 would be a deal breaker for sure, they'd not budge etc.To my total surprise Bill said he'd have his mechanic fix that real fast. The next day I got car (they fixed it) and for same price as b4! Paperwork done and out of there in 20min. Had tags 30min later, for once was not given hell at tag office -- with a past car lot I had to go back to lot several times cos shotty paperwork did not satisfy tag office. JUST AN ALL AROUND GOOD EXPERIENCE, THX BILL!Also the car came with all clean/new fluids at proper levels, many car lots neglect that stuff. Fluids are no longer cheap, so they saved me money on that too, I don't have to mess with that for a while.When I hear someone in need of a car I will recommend yALL.PS Bill, I did install that 3dollar sensor in 1min and now the external temp (see attached) and climate control read/work perfect, everything is perfect now. Thanks again!

Everyone here was so nice! It was my first time buying a car myself (with a first time auto loan too!) and they were so quick since I was pressed for time 100/10 would definitely recommend for first time car buyers (and seasoned car buyers alike) they are incredibly easy to work with too!

Don t do it! They cars are all brought through a salvage auction and police toll lots! They don t check them before cleaning them up and turning off any check engine lights on the dashboard by their shady tree mechanic in the back.I brought a 12 Infiniti Qx56 cash almost 2 yrs ago. It has been the worst nightmare experience immediately after I drove it off the lot. To date it s sitting in my driveway not running. Numerous mechanics later it needs a new transmission and possibly engine replacement. After forking over a 14k check they only refunded me $250 for my troubles.

I just bought a 2013 equinox and love it! The staff was so friendly and helpful and it was very easy. The car was exceptionally clean, I got a fair trade and will definitely be back and recommend my family and friends here. The tire sensor was bad and they fixed it the next week when I came back. I'm very satisfied I stopped here on my car shopping day

The folks here were great! They went above and beyond to answer all questions and ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase! I would recommend this place to anyone. Loved the no pressure sales approach! I never felt rushed or pushed, and for me that's a big deal at a car lot!

We love the car we bought from C&S auto sales and the price was really good. They were nice, not pushy, and were very helpful! We always take a used car to a mechanic just to make sure, and they said it was in great shape! I highly recommend this place.

I became acquainted with Bill through a local gym and knew he worked for a car dealership. When I had a need to get my daughter's first car he was our first call and we found a good reasonably priced car that my daughter LOVES!Since then I had a need to get a new car personally too. I originally asked Bill for some advice on another car from a different dealership and he had some great insights and even went out of his way to check to check the VIN for me, never tried to steer me towards his dealership but did let me know he had a car that might fit what I was looking for. I test drove it the next day and have loved it since.When I had a repair need that popped within a couple months he offered to take a look at it and even completed the repair and didn't ask for anything in return. We've been very happy with our cars and with the service at the dealership.

C & S Auto Sales was absolutely wonderful to work with, sales department was great, finance department was awesome and the price was more than fair! I shopped around a lot for the truck I wanted and I could not beat the deal they gave me and I love my truck. I would highly recommend C & S Sales if you are in the market for a vehicle!

I am very satisfied with my experience at C & S Auto Sales. I wasn't pushed or pressured, I was given space and time to think, and I brought a real need for a family vehicle for which they offered real solutions. Bill was knowledgeable, helpful, and open to talking things through which made my experience fair, free, and confident. The car we purchased was clean, well taken care of, and Bill even took the time to resolve small mechanical issues we found together on the spot with his own tools. We had the best experience with C & S Auto Sales! Bill was prompt with responses from the first time we inquired about the car we ended up purchasing. The purchase process was quick and easy. There was a small issue once we got the car home, but Bill and the team fixed it and even delivered the car to us in Olathe so we didn t have to make the drive again. This was our first used car experience that wasn t a major dealership, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We would definitely buy a car from here again!

My family has purchased 7 different cars from these guys! They are such good and honest men that truly care about the quality of cars they sell and guarantee your satisfaction. After my car was stolen and I was left with a rental, this team worked their magic and let me test drive as many cars as i wanted until i found the one i liked! I m only 20 so i don t know much about buying cars, but they are so patient and answer every single question i have. Little Bill is a great man to talk to and someone you can always rely on to be honest and upfront about the type of car you re looking at. It s been a pleasure to buy from them, I m sure i will be buying another car from them in the near future given my luck with cars haha!

Excellent place to purchase a used car. I just bought 2013 ford escape, last week 11/23/20. These folks, Bill, Chuck, and John gave us wonderful customer service, made financing so easy I was surprised it was done so quick. The inventory of vehicles is high quality. Clean, inside and out. Great prices. A wonderful place to go for a quality used car.Our experience: when we arrived after 5, it was cold, dark and windy. The vehicle was up front ready and warm up waiting for us. Bill, our salesman joined us for test drive to talk to us about the features. He is very knowledgeable about cars and his inventory. We came back next day since weather was not so great. The car was up on a lift, my husband made a comment about looking under the car. While my husband was test driving the car, I stayed and looked at all their inventory. Each vehicle is of high quality. Interiors are clean, no rips, tears. The outside, clean no dents. They really know how to pick excellent inventory. Full detail paperwork of car fax and true car available. Their financing is very quick and easy. They have established relationships with several banks and credit unions. My experience was no sales pressure. Genuine kind customer service, excellent car inventory to choose from, easy financing. This is a great place to purchase a vehicle from.

I had an excellent experience here. Saw a car online Saturday evening and purchased it first thing Monday morning. The staff was all extremely kind, not pushy, and just a joy to work with. They were fair on their price and have been excellent to work with after the purchase too. All in all a great experience. One I wouldn't hesitate to recommend with friends and family.

Bill with his cheerful smile, made us feel like we're in good hands.2) Professional, polite, and good attitude.3) Trustworthy and attentive to customer's needs. Bill and his crew went above & beyond to meet our expectations.I have read all the reviews ( negative & positive) for this dealership prior to purchasing the car. And I must say for the record, that I have never met a superior sales staff like C& S team.For sure will come back for my next purchase transaction.
