If you want a cheap battery, this is the place for you. If you want a durable battery, spend the extra money elsewhere. Bought it for my bike in the winter months. Put the trickle charger on it. Not driven once. Went to drive it and the connector broke off? They would not replace it. Manager knocked a little off a new one but for the price if them, they shouldn t break sitting there with a trickle charger on it.

I often need very different and special batteries for my instruments I use in my business of color management. I can't go down to Walmart or Best Buy or any other store with electronic batteries and get my batteries. I can oder some of them online but Batteries plus will find them for me no matter what kind of batteries I need. Why should I search the internet when Batteries Plus will find them in minutes for me. They order them and then call me when they are in my local Batteries Plus. I love these guys.

I usually only leave really bad reviews or really great reviews, and thankfully, this is a great one!!!First, my battery was $30 cheaper here than anywhere in the metro, so that's awesome!Second, apparently, my positive battery terminal was corroded beyond belief. Payton took the time to spray, wire brush, and ultimately remove the corrosion. He was all alone in the store and still took the time and was super gracious about it, even though I know it was annoying.Highly recommending this place and their service to everyone!!

I got a car key fob and a key and they were super fast, explained everything. Aries the sales associate was very helpful programing my key to my car.

Came in for their phone repair service (screen shut off) and they were able to find the issue and it was just a loose connector. They could have easily just done a full phone screen swap for $400+ but they were honest and were able to get back to me within 45 minutes of drop off to come pick up.

Rick is very helpful and he is great at finding the LED bulbs/fixtures I need and I will always give him a shout when I have a need. He will work with businesses to get rebates they qualify for. He has a very fair price on lighting, especially compared to other local electrical/lighting supply houses.Better quality products, better personal service, and a local business owner who cares it's a win, win, win.

Battery is great. Young man was nice enough. My receipt is $22 less than the posted receipt on my credit card. Took away my core credit for some reason. Too big a hassle to try to correct. Really difficult web design to make purchase. Specials are only available on line but my car wasn't listed. Had to go to store to find the battery I needed then forced to use phone to purchase to get 10% off

Quick service. Friendly staff. Lots of different types of batteries. They can install the battery right there in the store.i had to get a new key fob battery for my car. It works perfectly!

Found what I needed online.... special offer plus a discount. Picked up at the store the same day. Called ahead to make sure my husband could pick it up since everything pertaining to the order including debit card, was in my name. The lady was very friendly and helpful.

I called ahead to make sure they had the battery I needed for my key fob, they did. John was very helpful over the phone. It took only a few minutes to replace the battery in both of my fobs. Good experience, the entire process was less than 5mins. I would recommend this location to anyone.

The on-line ordering was very convenient. I especially appreciated the 10% discount. Pickup was easy and convenient. That being said, the new employees need a bit more training in availability when customers show up.

Had a problem with the battery on my wife's golf cart. A quick look on the internet showed the local store had it in stock. Ordered online and in just 5 minutes received an email that it was ready for pickup. Downtime was only 1/2 an hour while she was working in the yard. She was really pleased.

I ordered a battery for my riding mower online and received confirmation of availability within minutes. When I walked into the store the battery was on the counter, ready for pickup. Super friendly staff.

My phone would not turn on, took it up there and they were able to replace the battery and now it works great. I was able to make the appointment online so there was no waiting around. I also liked that they have a we will get it working or you dont have to pay policy. I would of hate to have to of bought a battery just to have found out that wasnt what was wrong. Good prices as well

Super great service! batteries I ordered were extremely odd size for an antique tractor, service was great! ordered battery for me, stayed in contact to inform me of the status, helpful at the checkout out, and taught me things about batteries I didn't know. Thanks Guys!!

Great place to find the right battery. And, unlike the big chain department stores, they personalize your purchases by installing them if needed. I even took in my bathroom scales and they installed AND set them to make sure I was satisfied before I paid. Won't buy my batteries any other place. THANKS GUYS

After being told by a store employee I could get my core charge at any other location.I was told at a location closer to me, I was not able to get my core charge money back from a separate location.Pretty slick way of stealing that core charge money.... BE AWARE! YOU MUST RETURN CORE TO STORE YOU BOUGHT AT!!!

I've had two great customer service experiences at Store 394 in Belton, MO, during the last five days. One was an online order/in-store-pickup order for a mower battery and the other was an on-line appointment for a cell phone battery replacement. The mower battery was waiting along with the paperwork when I arrived the young man that helped me was quick, friendly, efficiient. I happened to be in the vicinity of the store 1.5 hours before my appointment for the cell phone battery so I stopped in and was immediately and courteously and efficiently taken care of by Terry even though I was an hour early for my appointment. The on-line discounts are great, too! You've gained a repeat customer.

I stop in this store a few times a year for guidance on various replacement bulbs, batteries, etc. I always receive friendly and helpful service. Highly recommend.

This is my primary source for batteries and flashlights, since they have a excellent variety. I can usually find something here I wouldn't be able to easily find in larger stores (talking about flashlights). Batteries are all in one location so I don't have to travel an entire store to find them. The staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable about their stock. Buy a phone battery and they'll put it in in seconds. It's very easy to see from the main road as well and close parking is available.

Our battery died at a quarter til 8 (they close at 8) in the TSC lot behind them. Husband went in to see if TSC had a battery, and I called Batteries Plus. The guy who answered was extremely helpful. Got the year/make/model, verified they had batteries for our van, started a transaction so that if we did get there only a few minutes before 8 he could still check us out, and overall could not possibly have provided better customer service!!! TSC had a battery and husband came out with it a minute later, but I was still very very impressed by the quality of customer service I experienced from Batteries Plus. We'll definitely buy future batteries there!

They never failed me. Replaced cell battery, 1 shot caps, they replaced it no argument, bought other stuff, very pleased.

The gentleman at the store was very friendly and very knowledgeable and took his time to show me the products that I wasn t sure about and was able to walk away with everything I needed this store really does have great customer service thank you guys!

They carry a wide range of products and the online ordering and in-store pick-up was a fantastic experience. The sales person was very helpful when I picked up my new battery and she answered all my questions!

I've been in multiple times for a variety of "odd" batteries. I now go there for ALL batteries. The service is outstanding, and their prices are excellent. For example - they saved me over $30 on a new battery for my wife's car...
