I absolutely recommend getting your windshield done by them! They re quick, efficient, and very kind. They explain exactly what you need to do to ensure your windshield stays intact and for how long to do these things. I would definitely call them for any of your personal or work vehicles needs :)

Neal and his company worked quickly and efficiently replacing the windshield of my car, which had cracked from one side to the other. They called before they came, arrived within the amount of time they anticipated, and completed the entire replacement process within 30 minutes, maybe a little less. Auto Glass stop was chosen by someone else who damaged my windshield...They came to my home and replaced my windshield, which was fine. The techs were in time, courteous and quick. The problem was that after the repair there was an intermittent high pitched whine coming from the area right above my rear view mirror. I brought it to their attention and they actually told me that they were "doing me a favor" to warranty their work. The first time they came to my house. I was not there, so at the end of the day when I didn't hear anything I called the shop to find out what was done. The woman was rude and argumentative and I had to drag it off her that nothing was done because the tech didn't find a seal leak. The whine was still happening, and I took video of it. I called in and had to take my car to their shop 45 minutes away from my house. Again a seal test was done and no leak was found, so no repair. I took the tech on a test drive and showed him the video. Still, nothing more was done to figure out the problem. And the whine was still occurring. Finally my husband identified the issue, so I called back to explain what needed attention. I was tested like I didn't know for sure what the problem was, and that if I wanted then to look at it I would have to take the car back to their shop. I said the issue was an easy fix and would not be difficult to be done at my home and since they do go to gives to replace windshields it didn't seem an unreasonable request. They refused, saying all warranty work is fine at their shop. (Keep in mind they only do appts for warranty work at 730 or 8 am, and again 45 minutes drive from my home!) They're staff was condescending, rude, argumentative, and told me multiple times they were doing me a favor to correct the with that didn't get done properly.We saved my gas money, bought a tube of adhesive and fixed the problem ourselves. Yes, my husband was correct in where the issue was happening.You couldn't pay me enough to deal with this company again.Service: Auto windshield repair

Very rude and unprofessional.I had them come out to replace a broken drivers window. He neglected to clean out ANY glass from the door prior to replacing the glass. When he lowered the window he jammed the window regulator causing the window to get stuck. He tried to say it wasn t his fault, he didn t know what the problem was because it was above his pay grade What was a $300 bill has turned into a $700 bill. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Fantastic service, this is my fourth or fifth vehicle. They are very friendly, very fast. I've also had a windshield re place. You need any window tinted or glass replace? You better come here, save yourself some money

Thank you for the great customer service. They did a great job tinting my windows. The young man that did the work did a great job making sure everything was too perfection. I'll be sending anyone I run across looking for tint to this company. They use 3M tint so that it comes with a lifetime warranty anywhere 3M is sold. The ladies inside were very sweet and accomidating while I waited inside. Thanks Neil for running such a great business.

This auto glass business/mobile service is incredible!!! I have a 2008 Mercury Mountaineer and while trying to repair the rear glass hinges I accidentally shattered it... fearing the worse and knowing that the further back you go on a vehicle the more expensive the glass I found their information online gave them a call let them know what I needed and they set me up.. the technicians came out to my home and did a FANTASTIC job and the price was undeniably a lifesaver thank you guys so much and great job on the repair you guys are awesome... I personally recommend them to anyone needing front side or rear glass replacement they'll be my one stop shop for auto glass replacement.

Ben and his associate did a great job replacing the back window of my van which had been vandalized. They drove to Overland Park, were on time, thorough, fast and cleaned up quite a mess in the vehicle. 5 stars!

Cody was on time and efficient, he did a wonderful job and had a great attitude. My car had been recently broken into and the window was smashed, there was still a lot of glass in my car from when it had happened and from what it looks like, I think he cleaned it all up. I am so appreciative of my experience with Auto Glass Stop.

Wow!! Great job Auto Glass Stop!! Y all turned a frustrating experience (someone broke into my car) into a happy one!!Professional/friendly staff, fast and reasonably priced. They were able to get the glass for my car and have me back on the road in No Time ! I received service I could've went without though initially customer service seemed on point service ended unexpectedly poor. After receiving this service I realized I possible should of chose a more reliable company. The young gentleman that came out to fix my vehicle windshield, though since he has called and tried to make it right within his own ability left my interior dirty in multiple places, as he replaced my windshield . As well as blasted music outside of my home as myself and my children were in class. After the job had been done I realized the tint she willing gave a us a small discount on was not the customized tint desire and they never asked. So now we have a tint on our vehicle that we don't even want but we have paid what THEY ASKED for. She told me we can pay the difference if we bring it in, trying to throw in our face that we were given a discount, smh you could've kept that, but in the same breath giving my husband a different price, understanding this is the same vehicle and same situation. Also understanding the problematic experience we had with their employee. The same employee that didn't do what he was supposed to shined more empathy and wishful fixing on the situation then the manager himself. Everyone makes mistakes but your employee has not valued to uphold customer satisfaction, you have....How dare you guys.... I would not recommend this service, and quite frankly they shouldn't recommend it either. You should be ashamed at your inability to satisfy in a business that satisfaction is principle.

Stopped in yesterday morning with no appointment and they got me in no problem! Bambi was awesome! When she ran into an issue on my car(not her fault) old car. She called me and communicated what was happening. I knew it wouldn t be easy. Gave her some more time and did an excellent job! Thank you everyone at Glass Stop! Will recommend anyone here! Had a crack in my windshield, called three or four places. This was the only one who had a person answer the phone. The lady was very nice & I was able to get an appointment the next day.Neal came out with his assistant & had it replaced within 15 minutes. He was very nice, professional & courteous.
