Alex and everyone at Auto Choice was amazing!!! Looked all over KC for several months for a used first car for my daughter until we found this place. They had several quality, nice looking, clean used cars and fair prices. Alex was very nice and patient with us. He let us test drive a few cars we liked and gave us information and advice about the cars. He pulled up the Carfax reports and reviewed them with us. He was honest and never pushy. He let me take the car we chose to get an inspection at a mechanic of my choice. He was more than willing to make sure everything was good with the car we bought down to changing the battery in the key fob. The paperwork was quick and easy and he had everything ready to go. Everyone we met was nice and helpful. They even gave advice on the best way to sell a car I was wanting to get rid of. I can't say enough good things about this place!! If you're looking for a quality used car at a great price, start here. Wish I would of found this place first, it would have saved me a lot of time and stress. Next time I need to buy another used car, this is the only place I'm going!

My experience was very positive buying my used car here, Sammy and Anthony were friendly and they followed me through the process, even with some mechanical problems I had immediately after buying the car. Definiteley reccomended!

Those guys were awesome. It was so easy to do all paper work. Friendly team. They have wide selection of cars, SUVs and trucks. So, it was not really hard for us to find what we were looking for that fit our budget. On top of that, they were nice enough to let us take the car to a mechanic shop of our choice. I was impressed. I will go back again if I needed to buy a car in the future.

Great customer service! This was my first car buying experience and they made it convenient and easy. A few days after purchasing the car there was an unexpected issue with the passenger headlight. They got the car in the shop quickly and fixed the issue the same day! The guys up here really care about the cars and their customers!

Great car buying experience. Sammy and Randy were very easy and pleasant to work with. No pressure. They don t have to pressure because their cars are priced to sell. Bought a great car for my son who is about to be 16. We are all pleased with the purchase and will be looking here again. Check this place out. The car we purchased hadn t even been posted on the website yet. It had just come in that morning this is how quick they sell their cars. Great car buying experience.

We had a wonderful experience with Auto Choice. Max (both of them) were great to work with. Buying experience couldn't have been easier. They were extremely honest, and did not charge any "extra" fees that other dealers try to tack on after the sale. They let us take the car to our mechanic to be checked before the sale, other dealers we called flat refused, or charged for this so their own mechanic could go along. We highly recommend Auto Choice and will look there when we're ready for our next vehicle.

I just bought a new truck from Auto Choice. It was used, but in fantastic condition. The boys let me take it out for a test drive with no trouble at all. They were incredibly cordial and helpful with every question I had. By the time all the paperwork was done, I could not have been more satisfied with my experience.

My wife and 17 year old daughter went to Auto Choice to buy my daughter a car. They said that the staff was very friendly. They found a car she liked and the price seemed reasonable. It was a 2010 Chevy Impala. Everything seemed to work ok and no issues with the vehicle. The turned out not to be the case. My daughter was driving the car home from the dealership, the check engine light came on. I told her to call them immediately. She did, and they said to bring it back the next day and they would look at it. They said it was probably just a bad O2 sensor. She brought it back, and i am pretty sure all they did was rest the light. She had the car for less than two weeks and she went to leave work and the car would not start. I called the dealership and was told that i would have to talk to the owner, Mohammad. The man on the phone said that he was with a customer and that he would call me back when he was finished. After an hour, I called back since i had not heard from him. The man said that he was gone for the day but would call me the next day. The next day i called at 2 o'clock to try to speak to him again. Once again i was told that he was not there but my information would be given to him and he would call me. He did not. The next day I called again and all i got was an answering machine. I called an hour later and got the machine again. I then tried calling 3 min. later from a different phone and they picked up right away. I am pretty sure that they were avoiding my number from the phone that i originally had been calling from. Once again the man said that the owner was not there and that he would call me. He never did. We finally had to have my daughters 13 day old car towed to a shop. After spending close to $1000 dollars to fix it, it finally works. I feel that this company does not stand behind what they sell at all. I feel that they purposely avoided my calls and blew me off because it is something that they should of fixed. I recommend that you do not buy a car from this company. Once you drive it off the lot, you are on your own. The shop that fixed the car said that they feel that the issue with my daughters car was caused by the dealership power washing the engine and causing the electrical issues that it had. After reading other reviews of this company, it does not look like my daughter is the only person that they have taken advantage of.

Test drove a car, and seriously thought about buying it. Went back a second time, and it wouldn t start. I feel like God was watching over us. I m not sure they are really into selling you a good vehicle. They are more into the financing of a car. Everything is sold as is with no warranty.

Would definitely not recommend this dealership as they have shown ZERO INTEGRITY. I test drove a car, made an offer, accepted a counter offer and was scheduled to come pick up car with Cashiers Check. 30 minutes into my 2 hour drive I got a message that the car was sold earlier. Who does business like this??? I ve never had this type of experience disappointment and frustration is not even the half of it. I was dealing directly with Mohammed the owner who happened to give me the news by saying: Oh man randy my sales man just informed me that he sold it, I am not at the shop so I didn't know. DON T take your business there.

My husband and I purchased a car from here and to say it was a bad sale is an understatement. We have had the car less than ninety days and it s been broke down three times with major repairs needed each time. The guys hoard around you while shopping and their prices are high for what they are selling. We gave them our budget and they continued to show us things way out of it. They told us they would repair some things when we purchased the car and once the papers were signed they did not follow through. The engine looked nice when we looked at it but is rigged once you looked under the hood. Do not trust these guys or purchase from them unless you want to have a lot of repair bills.

Absolutely recommend this place. Randy and Sammy were an absolute pleasure to work with. Very easy going, ran a Carfax for us right there before we even committed to purchasing. Small issue came up with a seat belt and their guy fixed it on the spot and had us rolling ASAP. Shared family stories and truly felt welcome around these guys.

This review is in context of a small used car dealership with 3-5 employees:I had the privilege of working with Max from Auto Choice. He was very helpful and I didn't feel any pressure to buy from him. In fact, he encouraged me to get the car inspected by the mechanic of my choice, which ended up being an official Honda dealership. The 140 pt inspection on the car I ended up purchasing was incredibly positive- to the point where the inspector said this is one of the cleanest engines we've seen for a used car of this age.I share that to emphasize that Max helped me find a great reliable used car that was cheaper than similar models compared on Craigslist. His team was very accommodating and they have a mechanic at the dealership to make any reasonable adjustments needed on the car before purchase.My only tip for the dealership is to lose the coconut scented air fresheners... a little to heavy of a dosage... but that's definitely not something worthy of losing a star on.Thanks Max and team

The guys were super friendly but sold us a lemon. Top half of the engine looked brand new, but underneath had so much fluid caked on that our mechanic couldn't even tell where the leaks were coming from. No disclosure of oil leaks at all, but the dealer had to know. So a $3000 car has now become a $5000 car after major repairs for oil leaks in two different spots.

Never, ever, ever buy a vehicle from these guys. I bought a Lincoln Navigator from there and the guy that sold it to me told me he d done $6,000 worth of repairs on it. He told me verbally, but when I asked for the information in email they wouldn t send it. The underneath is completely rusted out and they hid it all with paint along the side to try and hide it. That didn t last long and there are also 2 big holes that were painted over which have since fallen apart. It would be absolutely impossible to do $6,000 worth of repairs and not be underneath the vehicle to see the rust as I m sure they d say they didn t do that. The running boards which they said were locked up were actually zip tied. That would also be completely impossible to do that $6,000 worth of work and miss the zip tied running boards. It is unbelievable to me that these guys would be so lacking in their morals that they d do these things. I d expect this from a car lot that s behind locked bars. I m pursuing legal action.

We just purchased a car for our 18 yr old granddaughter. We looked around Belton and beyond and found this dealership to have the best low mileage used cars at the best price and best condition.The purchase itself was pressure free and professionally done. We highly recommend Auto Choice!

I went in a little hesitant as it did not seem like a high quality establishment from the outside but thought I'd give it a shot. I found an Odyssey here for a good price. I decided to buy it, but asked for them to fix something on the front suspension before I bought it. Sammy said he would do it and so I drove the car and it seemed ok. Purchased it and then a couple days later (after I technically purchased the car) the problem came back. Turns out their "mechanic" did not actually fix the problem but put a bandaid on it, almost literally. I then had to take the car to other mechanics to get input. At the last minute (a friday afternoon) before my road trip I had to HASSLE him about actually fixing the problem before I left town the next day. It was like pulling teeth to get anything accomplished (the right way) as he would never really admit to not fixing the problem the right way the first time. I'd definitely have your potential car checked by other mechanics before you buy. You just never know where they get these cars and I don't trust that they will really put a good look into the car before selling it. The week after I bought my car the sliding door broke and now I am going to be out $1k to fix the door. They also cleaned the car and left it closed up when the carpet was wet leaving mold inside one of the compartments. It STILL smells funky a month later. Sammy and the others were really courteous and friendly people. But I just don't feel like they cared to do the right thing the first time and are ok with just passing something along in order to get the sale. I still have not gotten some paperwork from Sammy that he told me several times he would get me regarding the work they did on the car. I have no real proof that he did what he said he did to the car. I contacted him several times. But he sold the car, so maybe that's good enough. Definitely glad to be done with that car buying experience. What a long week.

Sold me a lemon!!! I bot my car from them 4 months ago and have had nothing but problems had to take it back to them 3 Times to fix problems they never fixed them The problem would return just a couple days after leaving the shop now my car's broke down with all these problems that my mechanics said have been there for a long time that was not Told to me when I bought it but any mechanic would Have amediately noticed what was wrong this car should have never been sold to anyone and now I'm stuck With a trash i Vehicles my 1st car I've ever bought Never go to this dealership they're crooks

Buyer beware! I purchased a car here and immediately the car was leaking oil and needs over $3k worth of repairs. Do your homework before contacting this dealer.

Bought a truck from them and not even 30 days the wheel cylinder were shot. There goes another $400 then the water pump goes then problems with the battery wires then the transmission goes. Do not buy from them!

The owner of the establishment is extremely rude his vehicles are over priced and so is his labor. I wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy. If your looking for a good running vehicle DO NOT do business here. Reporting to BBB.
