I live in Chicago, and the closest FlexArmor installer to me is Lifetime RV Roof in Bates City. I booked my appointment in May, but I had to reschedule due to the timing of the solar install. Juli was extremely understanding. She answered all my questions over the phone, and over the coming weeks, I watched YouTube videos to understand the installation process.On the day of installation, everyone was so welcoming. I met Garritt, the owner, and he gave me a tour and we discussed my needs. I dropped off my RV on Monday and picked it up around 5 PM on Wednesday. I appreciate that they offered to drive me and pick me up from the hotel I stayed at nearby!Communication with Garritt was great, with lots of pictures sent my way throughout the process. I can't explain the relief from worrying about leaks on the roof...especially since my roof has had some small leaks in its lifetime. The roof looks noticeably better, even from the street. Lots of clean lines and attention to detail that you can see with the tapered roof that flows into the side wall.Garritt and Brian run a caring, family-owned business and their work speaks for itself. I highly recommend Lifetime RV Roof!

We had our Flex Armor roof applied in November 2023 to our Grand Design Reflection 260RD by Lifetime Roof RV in Bates City, MO. We couldn t be more pleased! Super nice people and a fantastic facility. We dropped it off on a Monday and picked it up Thursday afternoon. The roof has a lifetime warranty that is transferable with the VIN number on the RV. We highly recommend Lifetime Roof RV!

If I could give 1 million stars to rate Lifetime RV Roof I would! We had a run in with a tree branch and ripped a small portion of the roof membrane driving our brand new Solitude home from the dealership. Well the dealership wanted to charge us over $22k to replace. I did a ton of research and came across Lifetime RV Roof. Called them, they walked us through the process and provided us a quote which was a fraction of the repair at the dealership. Bonus is we got a roof that is 1000xs better than from the factory, more durable and we never have to worry! They are so easy to work with and communicate throughout the entire process sending us pics. Job well done!!!!

We had the pleasure of working with Garritt. From our first phone call, to the last phone call, during the process of having our new roof applied, this place was top notch. During the entire procedure, Garritt kept us informed via photos & phone calls, which we truly appreciated. We also had the opportunity to meet his in laws, who are a part of this wonderful business.If you are considering getting the lifetime roof for your RV, this is the place to go. We chose them because of their experience, and they are family business that treat you as tho you are part of their family.

Excellent people to work with, customer service is amazing! Their product is also amazing! I had my roof done last fall. The peace of mind of no seams to worry about and thicker roof is very nice. Highly recommend! I had a couple of questions today so I called them, very friendly and willing to help. They don't just take your money and run!

We had a new roof applied to our camper. Scheduled an appointment and dropped it off. We were contacted before work was started to discuss options and received a quote for replacement. As work progressed, we were kept updated with pictures. Work was completed on time and quality is great. We would highly recommend.

Lifetime RV Roof near Bates City, MO has excellent customer service. Juli was very knowledgeable about their service and kept in touch with me from the first call to let me know when I would be able to bring my travel trailer in to get the roof done. Garritt called when they started working on it and gave me some options on what they could do and then sent pictures of the work they were doing. He then called when they were done and sent pictures of the finished roof. They did an excellent job. If you need your roof repaired or just want a roof that you never have to worry about this is the place to go.

This was a great experience! The team was responsive and got us in earlier than expected. They communicated with us every step of the process!! We had a small issue and they were quick to respond and make it right! We now have a roof we don t have to worry about ever again!! This is the best investment we have purchased for our RV, and I believe the best place to have it done. We no longer have to inspect, caulk, seal our RV roof! The care and detail that was taken was amazing, it's almost impossible to find someone that cares about their work in the way lifetime roof does. They could not have been nicer through the whole process just great people! You may have looked at this process and thought it's too expensive, but after you see what is done and how they do it and the peace of mind you have you will be glad you did it. I have been around rvs for 50 plus years many years at my family RV dealership, and a good rule of thumb is not if your RV is going to leak but when it is going to start and how long before you know it. Well on ours the answer is never!

From start to finish the people at Lifetime RV roof kept me informed, recommended a couple of things I wouldn't have thought of, and also did some extras that I really appreciate!!!! I strongly believe I have a roof that will last a lifetime! It is not only nice but very durable and with almost zero maintenance! I will recommend them to everyone!! Super service support before and after the installation of the new FlexAmor roof. Can't say enough about the staff support - Juli, Brian and Garritt were super in support as we dealt with insurance issues, scheduling changes, and finally getting our Landmark 5th wheel into service. Juli was especially helpful as she managed to get us in a bit earlier than expected in order to prevent any weather damage to the roof following the rubber membrane lifting and blowing up. I just can't find the right words to express what all she did to help us and get us in. Once we were in, Garritt made sure to keep us informed, both by text and pictures, of the progress as they removed everything from the roof, removed the full rubber membrane, sealed the roof wood with sealant so that the flexarmor material would adhere better, and then sprayed the roof. Everything was reinstalled and we were ready to go sooner than I actually expected. Finally, Kudos to Juli's husband, Brian. We had problems with our electric cord reel rewinding the 50 amp cord and he got it all rewould to our amazement. A long post, but others have commented on the spectacular FlexAmor roof and its lifetime warranty, I think you should also look at the people who stand behind the name. In this case, the people at LifeTime RV Roofing are truly second to none. The are professional and supportive. We couldn t have asked for a better experience with the wonderful people at Lifetime Roof! We had roof membrane damage to our motorhome and after much searching we decided to have them replace our roof. Julie and the entire Team were efficient, professional, and kind during the whole process. Communication was top notch! They even showed us around their operation and explained the process in detail. We look forward to doing business with them sometime in the future once we get our new 5th wheel. Thanks again Lifetime Rv Roof!

AAA, Awesome people, Awesome service, Awesome experience. They not only installed a great roof, they worked around my constantly changing schedule. The finished roof looks beautiful. The workmanship is top quality with obvious attention to detail. They also set up my solar panel mounting bolts as per my plan. When I got back home, I just set my strut channel in place and bolted down my panels. I highly recommend Lifetime RV Roof in Bates City, MO.

Lifetime RV Roof was phenomenal. Not only were they professional but they were also kind. We received text message and photo updates throughout the process. The drop off and pick up were easy. They had it finished a few hours earlier than expected. The roof is significantly sturdier and now we can sleep through rainstorms without worrying if we sprung a leak. We appreciate you, Lifetime!

Excellent service and product! I was able to "Lifetime" my roof over the holiday period. I own a 2006 (purchased in 2019) Thor Fun Mover (Toy Hauler). Roof had no major issues and I desired peace of mind from water intrusion, so I feel this was the best option. Garrett and his team at Lifetime RV Roof in Bates City, MO were awesome and easy to work with. I recommend this shop and product. William

These guys are wonderful! Had to bring my motorhome in for a leak around the rear airconditioner. They even let me park and stay in the lot overnight with 50 Amp! They did an amazing job! Even put on a different cover to replace the brittle one that was on my roof! Amazing customer service! Highly recommended this company if you are looking for a worry free roof on your RV! It's actually the only roof I would recommend!

We had our roof replaced as a precaution since our 5th wheel is now 4 years old and the original roof was showing some troublesome gaps in the sealant. These folks were great. Kept us informed on where they were in the process including sending photos. They replaced our broken bathroom fan and skylight covers with new ones we provided for a very reasonable fee. Wonderful experience all the way around.

Very happy with my new camper roof. I think it looks better than new! The team at Lifetime RV Roof did a great job from beginning to end. Top shelf workmanship and attention to detail. It was clear from the first phone call we'd be well cared for. They improved a custom mounting bracket and even modified the factory solar panel so it can be removed without disturbing the roof.These are folks you want to do business with.You can't do better than Lifetime RV Roof. I can't say enough good things about this company. Very nice staff, professional, knowledgeable. I've been watching them for 2 years now, and after I sold my motorhome and got a brand new TT, I decided to protect it and get the roof done. I wanted this particular roof coating because it was spray-on and better quality than the roll-on types. I can't wait to put it to the test next camping season, especially in the hot MO summers. I highly recommend them.

Lifetime RV roof did the roof on our motorhome. Juli and Brian provided amazing service and workmanship. I m probably a little more picky than most people and am totally satisfied with the finished product. Juli even ran us to get a rental car. The entire process was explained before work began and any questions I had were answered. They were short handed the week we were there, as Garrett was on a well deserved vacation, and they still got the job done as promised. It is great when the owners of the business themselves are there ones doing the work. They really care about the quality of the work with their name on it. Great price for the service offered. Highly recommended if your roof is older or brand new. Well worth your investment. We can t be more satisfied knowing leaks are a thing of the past! Wish we could leave more than 5 stars!!! Thank you!
