I cannot recommend taking your vehicle here for service. My wife's Tacoma was smoked in, the oil filter cartridge cap has marring from an improper removal tool, and they failed to reinstall the oil fill cap. I'm lucky it's still there under the hood.I have serviced this vehicle myself every time since we bought it new. It's never seen any one else's hands except for the guys at Kevin's car care. I know I didn't do the damage to the filter cap because I have a special tool for this expressed purpose.I am busier than I want to be these days and thought with such high rating that they must be top notch. I can't count on them to do good work. This is just sloppy. I guess I must continue to do it myself.

The best service, Kevin is an honest and great guy, Jim at the front desk was super helpful. The prices are super reasonable and my car is back on the road! Love that such a great shop is so close to me too!

After having terrible experiences recently with local and franchised mechanic shops, I got the referral for Kevin's. One of me fleet vans was throwing a code that everyone apparently could fix for about a month and it was back on. The crew at Kevin's not only found the problem and fixed it, but their pricing was fair and their communication was perfect. We had them do several more things that the van needed to get it back to base line and the team here has it sounding amazing! They even made sure to keep it in the bay overnight as the machine in the van can freeze.Seriously, these guys take their time and make surenthe job is done right. Thanks Kevin, Jim, and team for being so awesome!

Kevin and Jim are great! I took multiple vehicles in for repairs, and the work was done in a timely manner. Pricing is reasonable. Also, they give veteran discounts.

Very nice gentleman run the shop. It is a great place for your car repair. Nice little waiting area. First time here because of emissions inspection test. The gentleman here want to help you solve your vehicle problems. I recommend this place to all who need auto repair on your cars. I was very impressed and they are in the town I live in. Keep up the awesome work Kevin's car care. I was recommended by a repair shop 40 miles away that new these folks here.

Needed an inspection done for registering my vehicle. Easy to set an appointment and was in and out so quickly I didn t even have time to finish my complimentary cup of coffee. They re definitely my go to local shop now!

Best, BEST customer service around. Kevin and his family really know how to run a business and take care of their customers and all their automotive needs. Wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. I trust Kevin and his staff to handle my vehicles with care.

Kevin's car care has been so amazing and pleasant to communicate with! They were able to replace my water pump, do a coolant flush, replace my serp belt, and fix my blower motor for an extremely affordable price, and were so extensively invested in thorough communication with me throughout the entire process. As a female, especially being as young as I am, it has been extremely difficult to find shops who truly are 100% transparent and honest about the work they are doing. I am so happy I chose them, and I believe I will not be going to anyone else. Amazing shop!!!!

I was always pleased with the quality of work done here. The past year, things have not been right. My car had a special issue, and although I lived almost an hour away, I still would only take it to Kevin s because I trusted them. Several thousand dollars later to Kevin s and a couple months later,my car isn t fixed and they are too chicken to tell me they can t really fix the issue. I would of taken it initially to a dealer to fix this issue if they would have told me they didn t feel that they could..

I shopped around to find out how much repairing my air conditioning in my 2012 Fusion would cost and got estimates from $600 to several thousand. Kevin's was able to get me cooled down for a lot less and I appreciate so much their honesty. I read reviews about Kevin's car care, I live close, I gave them a shot.. I am very pleased with the service I received, I'm no mechanic but I was a jet mechanic in the service and now I do service plumbing. pulling an engine to replace studs on a truck that sat 3+ yrs is no joke.. I will take my vehicles to Kevin's and recommend the shop and I pray, the people I refer can get their vehicle's in to get worked on so they can be happy customers too.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Auto emissions testing, Vehicle safety inspection

I only trust Kevin's Car Care, they are professional and trustworthy. They will tell you everything that needs to be fixed on your car and gives you a print out with prices. The first time I ever called Kevin's...I had made about 4 phone calls looking for a shop to do safety and emissions inspection. After getting no answer,an answering machine, and then told that another shop was closed due to some criminal activity I was beside myself at the garbage I almost had work on my car. Then I called Kevin's. I was impressed when I heard "this is kevin how can i help you?" I knew right away this man takes pride in his work because, who else that owns a company would be there answering phones. And I wasn't let down either. I keep going back because Kevin and his crew are a bunch of hard working, honest, and considerate people how could I go anywhere else? First time I had used Kevin s after being recommended by a friend.What a difference from your average car care company. The guys took time to talk to me about anything I asked and were actually knowledgeable about everything going on with my vehicle.I didn t feel like a number and I know I m not getting sold something I don t need. Kevin's Car Care may be a very busy shop, but that doesn't stop them from helping when your in dire straits. I was losing power when leaving work, engine light on, I couldn't drive over 10/20 miles per hour. I called them, technically they just closed, but because I was alone & trying to get to them he waited with me on the phone. It kept me calm, & it gave him time to ask questions about what I could tell was going on.This was a Thursday before a holiday weekend, everyone was going to be off. They were booked out for almost 2 weeks. It was diagnosed, I was informed, parts ordered & fixed so quick I was shocked. I got my car back on Tuesday, after Easter. Thank you for squeezing me in & doing a great job promptly on such short notice. Kevin's entire team are just that, a Team who work hard to get things done for their customers. Highly recommend them. My family has been going to Kevin for years. I've had work done at other shops that Kevin had to redo, so we've learned it's cheaper just to go to Kevin first. I can trust that they won't swindle me, and they were very kind about my kids playing in the office awhile as the car was being looked at.

Probably the nicest experience I have ever had while getting my emissions done on my car. Thank you so much for your kindness and friendliness. They made it feel like I was a regular even though it was my first time there though I will be back. Super fast service as well. Thank you again!

I would HIGHLY recommend Kevin s Car Care to anyone. Kevin and his crew are Amazing!!! Talk about Outstanding customer service and the attention to detail. I have been using Kevin s for over 6 years, my in-laws recommended Kevin s because they have been using him for over ten years. This is the shop you are looking for if you want to actually get your car fixed quickly and right the first time. He is honest, friendly and straight forward he understands that a car is a very important investment.Example- At the time I had a Chevy cavalier and the transmission went out (of course) and the first shop I took it to wanted $2500 (used) to replace it. I went to Kevin s after my mother in-law recommended him. I can t believe that Kevin took time out of his own life to find a transmission with 50,000 miles on it and put it in for $1400. I do work pay check to pay check for this man to do what he did was amazing. Kevin thank you to you and your team. You have a customer for life!!!!

I can't say enough good things about this shop and it's employees. Jim was very knowlegable and straight forward with the repairs I had done. My truck was needing some big repairs and Kevin was very accomodating in letting me use the shop loaner til the repairs were made. This speaks volumes to me. I'm so glad I found Kevins Car Care. Kevin, Jim and team have always been extremely helpful. This last time, they kept my car over a few days in order to properly diagnose my engine troubles. I appreciate their persistence and not just guessing on resolution. Absolute BEST car care service in town!! Owners and employees are courteous and friendly and take great care when working in/on your vehicles. Parts, Service, and labor are reasonable and affordable. Business is clean and restrooms are clean. Nice waiting room for you to wait in while your vehicle is being worked on.
