Had very little cabin heat so they said it needed a new water pump and thermostat. $900 later and still no change. Randy straight up told me he checked it and said it had good heat. Nope. Takes over 30 minutes to get even temperate warm air. No way near what it should be.

DO NOT take your car to this shop/location. I went in for an oil change and I came out with a damaged front bumper/lip on my car. I dropped the car off at 8:30AM with Travis and was told it would take about an hour or so to complete, as they were short on staff. Didn't get a call until a little after noon that my car was ready. Well, guess they needed the extra time to GLUE the broken parts together. The fact that this shop tried to get by and GLUE the car back together and hide it, is the most shady thing ever. I called and spoke with the manager on duty, Travis, just to be very short with me and have no answer. He stated that he was not there for the day because he left and needs to speak with the tech that worked on my car. I dropped my car off with Travis that morning and now the techs are on vacation. Surprise. Travis literally said "I don't know anything and nothing I can do, here is corporate's number. Good bye." Now I am here with a damaged car and no answer. Filed a claim with corporate just to be put on another waiting game. Spread the word on this shop and check your car before and after if you end up do going here.

Travis and Randy were absolutely amazing. They met me in the parking lot as soon as I drove in. They patched my tire and balanced them. I was in and out in twenty minutes. They were both so polite and courteous. I felt very informed and comfortable. What a great and honest tire shop. I am so thankful. I will use them forever!!!

I got a nail in my tire; when I brought it in, Randy (the manager) informed me that it was too close to the wall to patch -- something no one wants to hear, but honesty is vital for automotive repairs, which is always appreciated. The tire replacement itself was not only quick but affordable too! The price I was told when he looked up a tire match also included the maintenance required when replacing a tire (mounting, balancing, rotation, etc.), something a lot of auto service places will leave out when telling potential customers the price estimate (only giving the price of the tire itself). I'll be coming back for future maintenance when the time comes for it. No excessive up-charging, straightforward pricing, and quick, reliable service are all things that anyone who comes here can expect. A bonus (which I would not recommend people do, personally) -- I came in late after a meeting ran long, and at no point felt like I was seen as an inconvenience, which I appreciated. I highly recommend coming here for automotive services!

They were Awesome! I stopped by to get an oil change. They got me scheduled. I arrived 15 minutes early. And they signed me in and got me taken care of right away. Very please with the service and customer service. Thank you!

I have been here twice and always got a good service. They checked my car the other day and found out that the battery has bad cell and I didn't have to pay anything. They don't make up things to just get money out of you as others shops do.

Travis at Tire Choice did an outstanding job today. Two of his coworkers left because of illness. He was the ONLY person there. He had two cars requiring two full sets of tires, but managed to work my oil change in just a little after my scheduled appointment. I truly appreciate his temperament and professionalism. Excellent job Travis! Thanks so much!

Tire Choice and especially Travis are amazing.I was stranded in Ballwin, MO, and a ways from home. Travis and his teammate were wall to wall with cars already, with cars in the parking lot too. They said it was definitely busier than usual. Travis saw my predicament and worked me in even though they definitely had cars until closing. I had come late in the afternoon and he helped me regardless of their tough day and got it done a bit before closing. He had dropped what he was doing at the beginning and end when I walked back to pick it up. Exceptionally friendly and very much a lifesaver. Thanks Travis and the Tire Choice Team.

Was an amazing first time experience going in to the store. I went in unsure of what the exact problem was and left my car under the assumption that it wouldn t be ready until the next day. Within 30 minutes I got a call saying not only were Travis and the guys able to fix my tire but that it would be ready in 15 minutes. Fantastic service! Not only will I be back but I ll be recommending them out to others.

I've brought my cars here for more years than I care to admit. The staff are friendly, welcoming and honest. They stand by their products and service and are mindful of your time. I highly recommend you stop in for any of your car care needs.

Honesty goes along way in this business! Travis, the new owner saved me some $$$ wasn't sure if the nail in my tire was fixable or if I had to buy a brand new tire. He made the assessment that it was patchable and didn't charge me! 100% recommended and will be coming back for any of my future tire needs

I made an appt for an inspection at Tire Choice. The manager and mechanics could not have been more helpful or efficient. They explained everything they needed to do and answered all of my questions. The waiting room is cool and comfortable if you need to stay. I dropped off my car and they gave me an estimated time and it was ready. I highly recommend this location for your next work. You won't be disappointed.

Called and asked if they can patch a tire for me and the guy said if you get here before 6. Got here at 5:45 ten minutes after i was just on the phone with him and he said i only said that because i legally have to on the phone and didn t help me. Don t go here they lie about things then tell you how they didn t lie . Pretty shady.

An overall excellent experience! Had break pads and rotors changed in well under an hour. The manager was knowledgable and friendly. Will have all my work done their from now on.

Every single time I've taken my car here, I get quick, friendly, and quality service from every staff member. These guys genuinely care about their customers and are always more interested in helping than trying to squeeze more money out. This location is part of a large company but treats their customers with the type of dignity found at mom and pop shops. Do yourself and your car a favor and go here for whatever your car needs.

Went to Tire Choice to get a tire repaired. When I went to pick up my car I overheard the technician mention to the manager that he hadn't been able to find anything, which I found odd as I've been dealing with the leak for months. After I paid I looked at my receipt and noticed that I must have told their office the wrong tire! I apologized for my mistake and they offered to take the car back and do the repair on the correct tire. When I went back to pick up my car the situation must have upset the service manager as he threw my keys in the counter and told me that now I had a "small leak" in the first tire and a large leak in the correct tire fixed.I know nothing was done to the first tire as I overheard the tech, and if I hadn't reviewed my receipt they would have charged me and sent me on my way. Ultimately my tire got repaired but probably won't be back as any amount of customer service would have completely avoided the situation and the rudeness from the rep seemed unnecessary after I had already apologized.

I've been taking my cars here for over 15 years. They've been great about getting my car in for service in a timely manner. Their prices are reasonable. Their staff are consistent and know me by name. Even my 8 year old doesn't mind going there with me for routine maintenance or car repairs.

Darryl is very nice store manager, very good customer service will not charge me for something that I don t need. Also will cut you a break when you really need one. I went in to get my tire changed due to my psi light kept coming on and I couldn t figure out why I couldn t see a nail. When randy got working on it, he new something wasn t right because of a really loud noise coming from my exhaust pipe. When he got it up he alerted Darryl and then notified me to come see. My muffler was split all the way through. Darryl then showed that he could just patch my tire because it had a nail. They gave me a wonderful deal with getting a new muffler and having my tire patch. I really recommend these two men with how fast they performed their jobs and how nice their customer service is. I would gladly go back there!

We visited the store for a quick State inspection. The manager on site was very courteous and excellent manner. The technician was prompted and performed the tasks without any delays. They were former Auto Tire stores. We really do appreciate everyone's commitment to excellence at the store. We will be back for the next auto maintenance.

Amazing service! They are under new management (Manchester and Holloway location) and the new owner is so nice! I needed a new tire and he treated me with respect and a good price. He lives in the area too! My tires are typically special order but they had them in stock. Highly recommend and will be going back! Thank you for a great experience!

I bought 4 tires online & they were shipped to Tire Choice to install. The installation price was quoted as $117. When I dropped off my car the staff member asked if I wanted the $20/tire basic install or the $30 "lifetime" install. I chose the latter since that was close to the quoted price. When I picked up my car the charge was $227! I argued with him, but he wouldn't relent. I've complained through their website, but no response.

After spending three hours waiting for a battery change at a different tire & battery center only to be told that they were unable to remove my old (and very dead) battery, Tire Choice got me in right away and had my new battery installed in less than 15 minutes. I'll now be adding battery replacement to all of the other services I usually have them perform for my vehicle.

Travis was absolutely amazing. I need a tire so bad and it half hr before closing and it was snowing bad without his help i would have been stuck in snow storm but he came to my rescue literally. Wven after sending home his only installer he still had me come evn tho he was closing. He gave me a great price on a tire and installed it and rotated my back and front so that id have better chance of getting thru snow without a worry. I coudl barely drive was completely hydroplaning who drive until i got there and after he put tire on and fixed other tires i was completely able to make it home wit absolutely no problem safely and was all thanks to travis for looking out for me a stranger who needed help at a time most ppl would think only of getting home safely themselves he helped me whne i needed it the most even staying past close to make sure i would be safe and make it home even if it meant he would have a harder time himself. He truely went above n beyond and showed what it means to care about others and be selfless when everyone else was turning me away thank you travis ur my hero!

This will be my new go to location for anything automotive. Darryl and the rest of the mechanics are incredibly trustworthy, knowledgeable and won't try to upsell you on anything you don't need. I got tires and an alignment here and wasn't charged for the alignment because my car was already perfectly aligned. Other places would take that as an opportunity to make a few extra bucks, but not here. These guys have my business from now on.
