I am getting concerned with quality of service at this NAPA store. I had purchased their premium rotors which came with lifetime warranty but they do warp periodically on my car during/after mountain trips and replacing with new set fixed the problem every time.The store manager told me that they will not honor the warranty anymore. Not the service I was expecting from them, will be looking at some other stores now.

Worthwhile visiting.If you don't find what you are looking for at the other parts stores, try NAPA.Maybe even make them your first stop.To me it's a toss up between O'Reilly and NAPA.

Been to this location several times! Clean store helpful staff every time! Latest visit Paul not only found specialty adapter right off, he even made sure we had the auxiliary pieces such as the right hose clamp for the job. Really appreciate them. Recommend!

Entered the store today to be ignored by a NAPA employee looking for a windshield wiper. I didn't interrupt him as I wasn't in much of a hurry. After about 5 minutes he just walked away leaving me unattended. During the next ten minutes I was trying to get someone's attention, I could see and hear people way in the back, but no one ever acknowledged me, even when I saying "hello, hello". Next I called the store to get this greeting "Thanks for calling NAPA this is nobody" then hangs up. I call back and this time I get who I guess is the manager, she tells me everyone is busy on the phone and they can't come to the front. Before I leave, I was trying to find something with a manager's name on it and then someone finally comes to the front and gives me every excuse in the book and says he knows how bad it is. The bad part is I drove past 2 other auto parts stores to get to NAPA, I'm not going to do that again.

This Napa is larger, cleaner than many other stores.Staff are knowledgeable.

All the staffs were extremely helpful. We went to a couple other stores on Manchester to find an uncommon wrench but still couldn t find one. Brandon and Andy helped us solve the problem by trying multiple ones to find the best fit. This will be our go-to place!

I love that they give a 10% discount to AAA members! That really makes a lot of difference. I went there to buy a new starter and after I was done putting the new one in brought my old one back to them and actually got a good amount of money back for my core charge.

Called and talked to Brandon. Was quick to help, knew exactly what I needed and made sure I had all the right parts for my repair. When I showed up he also checked me out quickly and professionally. Even thought this is not the closest location to my home, will definitely come back here!!!

They do have the best OEM parts, and the staff is more knowledgeable than staff at competitive parts stores.

I don t have a google account other than my daughters bunny business account. I wanted to be sure I shared this wonderful review.I had an issue with my oil being too low, had to shut off vehicle out in the middle of no where. I called The nearest Napa to me and it was this one, Ellisville, MO. Don set up a delivery and Paul took his personal car and came out to the middle of no where and delivered oil to me! Not only did he bring the oil, he put it in and made sure my oil light went out and vehicle started okay. They told me there was no charge for this! Who does this kind act? Don and Paul of Napa Auto Parts in Ellisville, MO! What a wonderful humanitarian service they provided. They were as kind as family to me. God bless them. If I could give more stars I would! Thank you!

Very friendly and professional staff they are quick and able to multi task. They usually have everything I need.. once and awhile not. Quality parts at decent prices and a AAA discount.

This place has gone through 3 store mangers or management of some kind in like 2 years. Went there and everyone was fumbling around for like 5-10 minutes and I needed some simple hardware. It is NAPA but not really.
