Best shop ever! I used to be hesitant about going to a big national chain. Worried about just being rushed in and out, quick work over quality work, and no explanation of what was going on. This Meineke crew couldn't be further from that! I now take all of my cars there including classic muscle, 90's tuner, and brand new F150 Platinum, and they have the expertise for all of them! Do not go anywhere else! Unless you hate your car... and your time... and your money!

I was very pleased with the service we received at Meineke. I had stopped in one day without an appointment because I desperately needed some muffler work done for the vehicle to pass inspection. We were selling the car the next day and needed it to pass inspection for the new buyer. Meineke was able to give me a quote for the work and agreed to work it into their schedule the next day. The cost of the repair was very reasonable for what needed to be done. I would definitely use this location again for future repair needs.

I was surprised that Meineke was able to get me in for an oil change, emissions and inspection within 1 day. Their location is close to my home, so I was able to drop it off the night before and leave it. I LOVE that I was able to make the appointment online and leave a message on the phone if needed. (Only glitch is that you can't check more than 1 needed service.) The technicians were able to complete the work, I paid for the services over the phone and picked up the car at my convenience. I was most impressed with the gentleman who called me to let me know that the services were completed (sorry I can't remember his name). He was pleasant, patient, and updated me on the status of my car. They made one recommendation based on the inspection which I approved to be done. I really dislike when an auto company makes a list of what they think needs to be done vs. what really needs to be done most immediately. Thank you for a painfree appointment!

I was in town visiting my girlfriend when my muffler snapped off of my exhaust pipe we called several places and everyone turned us away till Monday except here. They got us in quickly and got a new muffler on for me. Their work and welding looks good and their pricing was reasonable 10/10 recommend the service manager up front was also great .

I just want to reiterate how amazing the Ballwin Meineke team is! They went so far and beyond to fix multiple issues I had with my 350Z, and didn't charge me for many extra hours of labor to do so. Jack, Brian and Mike are the most honest and hard working mechanics I've ever dealt with!! DAVE, YOU HAVE AN AMAZING CREW!!

The Meineke crew in Ballwin is absolutely amazing! They were recommended to me by a friend to help me fix a perplexing issue with my 2003 Nissan 350Z. Other shops tried to fix a problem with misfiring and failed. The guys at Meineke also had difficulty determining the exact issue, but they never gave up. Although they thought they had fixed the issue, it persisted. They worked many extra hours to troubleshoot the issue free of charge, because they wanted to make sure the job was done right. I have never had a repair shop willing to do extra work free of charge. The issue was finally fixed and they saved me hundreds of dollars in labor. This shop truly cares about its customers, and they have a loyal customer in me! Thanks Jack, Brian and Mike, as well as the owner, Dave!

I had to get a service done on my vehicle in a time crunch, and the team fit me into their schedule quickly! Really nice people who are knowledgeable about what they re doing. I will return in the future for sure.

The staff here got me in and out, explained everything in terms that made sense to me and they didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and willing to help. I will be coming here for all my maintenance needs going forward.

Never had a problem here in the past and like their work. But this time after having a belt replaced it slipped off a short distance away. I had to return to the shop with no power steering. After returning another part was found to be faulty and it had to be replaced also. Just an honest review I still trust them to fix my vehicles and will return if more wok is needed.

They don t deserve 1 star but I had to give it to be able to type this. My husband took his 2016 Chevy Equinox in on 7-25-22 to have it inspected get an oil change & check the brakes. They told him he needed a complete brake job so he approved the work to be done & right after he picked up the car every time he would apply the brakes the car would jerk so he took it back right away & they told him they adjusted them. The problem continued & kept getting worse so he took it back again on 3-4-2023 & they replaced the front brakes. Picked it up & again started having the jerking issue again so he took it back on 5-22-23 & we were told they did another replacement. Here we are again on 1-12-2024 back at Meineke because the brakes are jerking really bad. (They accused him of the way he s driving the car) After an extensive driving test we were told by the operations manager Mike P. On Saturday 1-13-2024 That we needed to replace the hydraulics & wanted to charge us another $1,300. I tried calling Mike on Monday 1-15-2024 to discuss this & he wasn t in so I spoke with Jack the store manager & he was very rude spoke over me didn t want to answer any of my questions told me to have my husband call & hung up on me. We ve put our trust into this business for years & now I wouldn t recommend them to my worst enemy. This last go round with them my husband not only wanted the brakes addressed but he also wanted an oil change & his tire pressure reader to be fixed or reset. We were told on Saturday by Brian it was done when it wasn t as per phone call by Mike P. Monday it still had never been touched. I picked it up & took it elsewhere on Monday the 15th. This has been a great inconvenience for us & I can t seem to actually speak with anyone in charge! They re either not there or they re at lunch. UPDATE: Our car DID NOT need new hydraulics as per new location doing the new brake job. They were using cheap parts & that s what caused the brakes to go bad prematurely. Be careful about what they re trying to you sell you because you may not really need it. They work on commission from what the technician Jack told me. UPDATE: The owner responded that I should contact him but he s not willing to resolve it.

This was a great experience. I made an appointment to test my emissions, and everything went smoothly from the moment I arrived. Good price and great work. I will continue to go to Meineke for my other car needs.

Absolute great experience. Well trained staff took care of my breaking problem on my Toyota forerunner to my great satisfaction. I have now found a car shop that I will continue to use when anything goes wrong with my vehicles. I highly recommend this business to anyone in need. Great job guys and thanks again. Dave

The guys came in clutch for me when I had a flat tire. I limped it in to the shop and they were able to have me back on the road in 15-20 mins. I am so appreciative of their quick work and professionalism. Thank you!!

Brian and Dave, the O2 sensor may have partially done the trick, but I still feel hesitancy in the responsiveness of my accelerator. On March 7 and 8, I've got some more down time in work. Maybe I can bring it in then.

These guys are awesome. I needed my Mercedes inspected and these guys were the place to take it. I'm taking my car to other places and they've always wanted to add on and add on more charges you need this you need that. Brian Mike and Dave at this location are awesome I had my car inspected I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes with smiles on my face I will take my car back to this place and recommend it to all my family and friends.

I would give them a zero if I could. I brought my car in for an oil change and they sent me many other things that needed to be done to my car. One of the pictures they sent me had to of been from another car because my car does not even have that piece. When I called and tried to talk to them they just said sorry there was a mix up which would have been one thing if I hadn t been sitting there for 2 hours listening to all of the employees in the office messing around instead of working on the cars. When I brought my car in with a male figure they did what needed to be done and didn t ask for any additional money. When I came in alone they magically had thousands of dollars worth of work that needed be done. I m beyond mad and wish they wouldn t judge people. My whole experience was absolutely infuriating and I will never go back again. Think before you send your car somewhere these guys are liars.

Highly suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere, these guys have no problem ripping people off. I got a second opinion because I thought I was being taken advantage of and turns out it was a much smaller and less expensive fix than what they tried on me.

Took my car in to get my AC fixed a couple weeks ago. Very friendly staff and quick turnaround. The manager at this location, Mike, was very knowledgeable and communicated well; kept me updated on the progress of my car while they were working on it. Really great customer service. I had never been there before and only needed an emissions inspection and oil change because my dealer could not get me in for a month. I did have an appointment and they took me in on schedule and could not have been nicer. A guy who came in with a nice sports car sat by me in the waiting room and I asked him if he had been to this shop before. He said he had and told me it was a great shop. He is a car buff and said he owns several kinds of cars and would recommend this shop anytime. They were incredibly busy, but I got regular updates on the progress. I was very worried about bringing my car here instead of the dealer, but I could not have had better service.Services: Auto emissions testing, Oil change

Worst place, never visit this store. They have no idea on how to fix the car. Store owner demands cash only by insulting his customers saying that you will file fraud transaction. This is my most embarrassing and worst exp ever had.

Was easy, efficient and took only 10 mins for my emission test , they even changed my plates! Highly recommend this place.
