Out of town visitor, Jiffy Lube was recommended by the local Auto Zone. Saturday afternoon, only two guys on staff, but they were working fast and efficiently. Staff was friendly and answered my questions. The car I brought to them had not run in 4 years, I got it up and running drove 1 mile to them and had the oil changed. I feel like the Coolant change was too expensive so I will do that myself.

Aside from the outrageous price they charge for an oil change, they dont top off your fluids, even tho your itemized copy will say they did.And should one of the attendants, tell you that your back window, wiper blade needs to be replaced and then ask you if you would like THEM to (incorrectly) install a new blade for an additional $15+, bringing your oil change grand total to well over $100+, just say, "No."Because 8 weeks later, or whenever it finally rains for the first time and you flip on your wipers, for the first time since the new installment, there's a very good chance that the newly installed wiper blade is going to go sailing off to the wild blue yonder.There's also a very good chance that you will be rocking out to your favorite jam on the radio so you may not even know that your brand new wiper blade has gone AWOL, until sometime later when you hear... skkkrrriiitttch, skkkrrriiitttch, skkkrrriiitttch, skkkrrriiitttch, and after killing your jams & honing what's left of your hearing, you finally figure out where the noise is coming from.Nothing to worry about, kids. It's just the metal arm of the wiper, minus the rubber blade, happily flipping back and forth, proudly etching a perfect arc into my back windshield. Was I happy about this? Of course not, but I foolishly assumed that getting Jiffy lube to take care of this problem, especially when they look in their computer and see that I am a loyal customer and apparently a gullible sucker for their $100+ oil changes, AND ESPECIALLY when they see that I never asked for a new blade, THEY advised me to get the new blade, AND that THEY installed it, they'd be more than happy to replace the blade and repair my window.I'm such a silly girl.Hell no, they weren't fixing my window. After dismissing my first attempt to explain, then calling me BACK to the Ballwin store to get photos of my window, I got told weeks later that they weren't accepting my claim because the warranty had expired Warranty? What warranty? I didnt get a warranty. How the hell was I supposed to know about a warranty when I was given none of the packaging from the wiperblade itself, and nothing was mentioned on my itemized copy about a warranty on the blade. Nothing.They didn't test the wiper after installing it and I didn't think about until it rained. Silly me again, I assumed it would magically stay attached, like the wiper I had BEFORE JIFFY LUBE went and screwed things up.Sounds like a lame excuse to justify shirking your responsibilities. Shame on you, Ballwin Jiffy Lube.* Before i went to Ballwin, I stopped at another JL I have gone to beforein fenton. I thought that's where the blade was installed. But after hearing my story, the service tech looked me up in their system and said the blade was installed in Ballwin and you already know what happened from there. Anyway the fenton service tech all but insisted on replacing the blade, but also made a passive aggressive point to say that the wiper blades dont just "fall off." Well then ya'll are doing something wrong because 4 weeks after yet another wiperblade was put on, I was washing my car and when I lifted the wiper, (like you should be able to do) the second the blade left the windshield, it fell right off and landed at my feet, so...

I showed up for an oil change on my car. There was an issue finding my car in the system. After 10 minutes the issue was resolved. They have very friendly staff(what's good Jared)! The oil change took about 25 minutes. I love that they have a water machine and coffee!

Went in for a headlight refurbish. The headlights were very cloudy and I was considering replacing them. Blake and Aaron went to work immediately. They were friendly and professional. They explained everything they were doing and assured me the headlights would look as good as new. They were right. Took less time than most oil changes I get at other places. I will recommend that place and those guys to everyone I can. Great work!

The store manager and staff are always courteous. They answer any questions I may have, help me select the services I need, and get me in and out of the store quickly. I get oil and filter changes here several times per year and have never had a problem.

Went today as we were in the area for a doctors appointment. We arrived and had one vehicle in front of us the gentleman quickly pointed us to the next bay and after settling the other client he got us right in. Asked us what we were looking for got us what we needed, checked all air filters, air in the tires, vacuumed, and cleaned outside of our windows, plus an oil change. Found out that Shaun has recently taken over as location manager. It was fair price and quickly friendly service. We will be back.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

After being blown off by my mechanic 4 times, it was so incredibly helpful to have Jeff and his associate be there in my time of need. I have a newer car and was so nervous when it started sounding funny and smelling like oil, but they helped calm my nerves and got me in immediately. They even vacuumed my car! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs an oil change/brake check/ whatever you need. Thanks guys!Service: Oil change

Took my car here after the horrendous wait time and poor service I saw at the Valvoline down the street. Service was as expected. Fast and good overall. They messed up with not notifying me that they did not have the oil I wanted. So they gave me the next best synthetic blend free of charge. I appreciate that honesty. If I'm ever back in St. Louis and need service I will stop here.

I cannot believe this place. I was originally happy they opened back up but ever since they have it was worse than before they closed, it is a mess, the manager tried to bribe me give them a five star review with a $15 off which is very unprofessional. And worse of all they two employees kept standing around talking to each other and failed to get the work I paid for done. I would recommend not going here most new five star reviews are fake and were only written due to the manager bribing customers.

Jiffy Lube changed my oil with no wait time. The staff was courteous. We were pleased with the service and speed. The waiting room and bathroom do need an update.

Morgan was very delightful when I first pulled up. He opened my car door and then held the door for me to come inside, explained there was coffee and water. Francheska was absolutely amazing. Her customer service was superior. She went into full detail about everything that they were going to do and asked about everything and if I wanted it or not. She gave me recommendations and gave me options. I highly recommend them. They are fast, efficient, go above and beyond for their customers, and great work. They also cleaned the outside of my windows, topped off fluids, and vacuumed my floorboards!

I go here often and am always treated fairly and well. I think the team has a genuine interest in the cars and give great service. Charles was very good to work with today and I'll definitely be back.This shop did an amazing job on a older model Prizm. The car was inherited and never driven over 30. They suggested an engine clean out - which basically blew out 15 years of carbon in about 15 minutes. The difference was like night and day -- we taught 2 kids to drive on that car. It never would have happened if it wasn't for their suggestion.

I love coming here. This is my second time but the team makes me feel like I ve been coming here for years! They re so nice and explain everything I don t comprehend. The prices are fair and their work is genuine. I will be back and I definitely recommend coming here even for an oil change. They will take good care of you!

This Jiffy Lube has the best staff. They were beyond professional, knowledgeable, and curtious. We were met in the parking lot before getting into the building. They listened to concerns I had with my vehicle and not only explained what the issues were, but also gave me all of their options to fix them. I saved so much time and money by going here and will only go here from now on!

we had two cars that we needed to get two inspections and oil changes. the staff at this location was very attentive and were able to get everything we needed to do with oil filter changes. they even went over to the local auto parts store to get the parts that we needed and we're very friendly and it was an excellent experience.

Needed help changing my head light after I couldn t get it. Charles helped me in a very timely manner. He changed the bulb and had me in and out within 10 minutes! Great service!

I have used this Jiffy Lube for years when I needed a quick oil change. This morning, I needed a quick inspection because my plates are expired. They told me that they typically don't do inspections on Saturdays but since I just needed emissions they would take care of it. It made my day because now I can get my renewal this morning and not worry about it the rest of the weekend. Very happy customer.

Charles is very knowledgeable about my cars maintenance. Plus he gives me free windshield wiper fluid when I run out. I wouldn't take my car to any other place!!! Thank you for superb service.

I ll say this, the team working @ 15849 Clarkson / Manchester ( Josh & Charles ) when I stopped in for quick oil change were examples of true service oriented professionals. When I decide to pay someone else to do my fluids I expect to be shown what I m paying for and why. They were thorough, respectful, positive and knowledgeable. No pressure to buy this or that or upsell unneeded services. Good form gentlemen, see y all next time.

DO NOT GO HERE! My son took his car, they did not change the oil nor did they put in a new oil filter. In addition, there was no oil in the car a few days later and the car has a horrible knocking noise and cannot be driven and most likely will not drive again.

Jiffy lube changed my oil, the filter, air filter and diagnosed a check engine light. They advised I contact my dealer for the proper procedure fixing my car. The staff at the Ellisville location has always seemed honest and friendly.

Was packed and ready to go for a family bike ride. Just me and my three kids. As soon as I get all the kids and bikes loaded I realized my kiddo s bike tires were flat. Ellisville location was super close. Marisa was super sweet filled the tires, and we were on our way!! If you are looking for super friendly and helpful people to help you then you found the spot!
