Got some trim panels painted on my Jeep here. It was done quickly and looks great. 10/10 will go again. Update: I've gotten more work done here, these folks are very talented.

Took my car her after Dean Team sold me a wrx with damage underneath. They were very helpful and kept me posted on the progress being made. Sure it took a little longer than I had expected but they updated me along the way and I'm happy. Thanks guys.

I walked in to get an appraisal after someone hit me thinking I might get the body work done at this place they looked nice and reprutible I asked for just that a 5 min appraisal the guy told me in the rudest tone possible "do you have an appointment?" I said no because never in my life or even my fathers life have we ever heard of "needing appointments for a 5min appraisal " the man told me that " he couldn't help me unless I had an appointment" this man was not busy he was rude and I'm 99% sure he didn't want to help me because I'm a young 25 year old female who looked lost (the place was kinda hard to find ) WILL NEVER USE THEM EVER

Worst experience ever. Wasted time saying they ordered an extra rim for me via insurance. Two weeks later, I get a call asking if I want them to order a rim. A week after that, a call saying the rim is on backorder and there's no other option to fix my car but wait. Nearly 5 months later I get a rim, go to put it on my car(on my own at this point) and find out a lug nut AND bolt are stripped. When I called hughes auto body to ask about it, they say I need to call allstate and have them take care of it. On my original receipt it says they guarantee all of their work 100%, but won't fix the problem they've created. Wouldn't send my worst enemy here.

Great service. Someone hit my brand new car. They made it look like new. Great attention to detail and very responsive. I would recommend!

I called them for a quote on my truck after I hit a deer and they refused to make an appointment to look at my truck and get an estimate on top of that the man that answered the phone had a very rude tone and was very rude to me! I would for sure rather take my buisness to Shaffers Autobody right down the street from them
