We arrived early at the dealership and were greeted by staff who wanted to know how they could help. We were seated and offered something to drink. Our salesman seated us and began answering all our questions. The entire procedure was simple with the paperwork and time spent in the vehicle. After this outstanding service I will definably use this dealership in the future. Hands up the entire experience.

Genesis of Ballwin is one of the best dealerships I have ever been to. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable and makes you feel valued. My salesmen (Andy and Brion) and the sales manager Steve, were wonderful, they helped me though the process and never made me feel pressured. Recently purchased the Genesis GV70 from the amazing team at Genesis of Ballwin. Not only did they have a large range of color options and trims but they were very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the brand itself. I appreciated that I never felt pressured to buy and that they understood my needs and made the whole experience stress free. Jacob was my main salesman during the visit and initially contacted me a week prior. He was super chill and relaxed and showed me how the car buying experience is really supposed to be like. Recently purchased a GV70 and couldn t be more happy with the vehicle. Jake and Steve were transparent throughout all of the purchasing experience resulting in stress free negotiating. I d recommend Genesis of Ballwin and Genesis as a brand to anyone looking for a new car.

Unfortunately, I have a terrible experience from start to finish with Dean Team - Genesis of Ballwin. We purchased our car from out of state, so I am thinking this is just an area they are lacking experience or are simply arrogant to the fact that they know you need them more than they need your business. Had there been another car with the specifications we wanted within a reasonable distance, we would have 110% purchased elsewhere.I believe we only spoke on the phone to the sales representative a total of two instances and all other communication was solely via text message due to not being able to get the sales representative on the phone. Essentially, once he knew we were purchasing the car, we had to continuously nag him to keep the process moving. I even had to reach out to the Sales Manager due to complete lack of communication on our Sales Representatives end after we sent our deposit. Once we finally got to the process of registration and tile transfer, the entire Dean Team completely dropped the ball but ultimately, I feel the responsibility yet again lies with our Sales Representative. I continuously reached out to our Sales Representative to see what the status of this was and never received any feedback as to what was still needed of us or holding up the process. It got to the point where we purchased the care over a month ago and were told that we potentially wouldn't even get our registration and title for another month which would mean our cars temporary plates would be expired.I have left messages with the General Sales Manager to give me a call back as I would like to share my experience with him as well as receive some sort of sort of apology or acknowledgement of his staffs short comings with our experience, but I have still yet to receive such a return phone call. For every individual that I have managed to speak with at the Dean Team, not one has even hinted at acknowledgment of where they have fallen short on their diligence and our experience.Overall and in short, we would never purchase a car again from the Dean Team - Genesis of Ballwin, regardless of being in state or out of state. You are nothing but a deposited check to them once they know they have your business.

Looed into every brand and model of medium size luxury SUV's. After reading reviews, test driving, features, warranty/service. The Genesis 2024 GV80 Prestige was a clear step ahead of everyone considered. Go check one out!!

One of the main complaints about Genesis is the service department (esp those at a location that is still a part of the Hyundai dealership). However, the service department at Dean Team Genesis is awesome! It takes a little while to get in but that s at every single shop these days! Dean Team is a group of knowledgeable and professional people and I ve had no problems with my repairs or with getting a loaner when I have had more extensive work done. I have a GV70 and wouldn t think about taking my car anywhere else!

Working in the industry myself, I consider myself a pretty tough nut to crack when purchasing a vehicle. Mr. Ben Bizzle knew exactly how to match that energy and he worked his behind off to meet all of my demands and got me out of the dealership with my dream car for much less than I expected to pay. He s a rockstar salesperson who clearly does anything he can to get his clients what the want and need. Truthfully I give him a 7 out of 5 for all his efforts and will gladly purchase another vehicle with him when the time is right!

Purchased my 2023 genesis g90 yesterday. Steven harper and jacob adrain where exceptional. I felt that i was treated like a person,and not just another sale. This was actually a pleasent experience! This is a go to dealership!

Just had my Genesis G80 serviced and could not have asked for a better experience...all CDC measures were being implemented...excellent service, professional/knowledgeable staff...returned my car in perfect working order and very clean! Highly recommend!

Our salesman was Paul..it was a busy night but even though dealing with another buyer he was patient and did not neglect us..although the process took until closing time he did not make us feel rushed..we felt he was batting for us to stay within our budget and feel we got an awesome price for a beautiful car..I will be looking in a few months for my new car and the great treatment by Paul will bring me back to The Dean Team..Thank you !!
