Service was great and quick! Nick was my technician and got my tires on and balanced very quickly. Mike was very friendly as well when I went to pick my car up. He made the process very simple and very quick. Recommended firestone Manchester if you need any service done on your vehicle.

I took my car in replace back tires, have them rotated to the front, and to remedy vibration in the steering wheel when breaking. I told all of this to the guy at the desk. After $1000, tires weren t rotated, but more importantly, the vibration was still there. They replaced the rear brakes, which probably needed it, but did nothing to the front. I know nothing about thinks and can guess the front rotors are warped. Obviously they didn t drive the car after the work to see how things are. I bring it right back. I m told to come back Monday-Friday 8-5 (because that s convenient!) to have a senior technician diagnose. Really? No one can figure this out (or more likely, they didn t want to deal with it then)?! So, after $1000, my problem is still there and it ll cost more time and money. Ridiculous!Edit: they replaced the front brakes at no charge.

The guy at the front was cool and personable, he wasn t really the issue. I came In at about 11:30 on a Monday. There was one other car already being worked on but they were the only car in front of me. At 12:30 I went to the counter too see about how much longer it would take since I had work at 1:30 and a 25 minute drive. He then informed me that they didn t have my filter and were waiting for it to be delivered. I then asked if we could just take it down and then change the oil tommorow. He said they couldn t because they had already emptied the oil. So from this situation I was able to gather that the mechanics emptied my car before they looked to see if they had a filter. Upon realizing they didn t, it was decided not to inform me until absolutely necessary in hopes they could get the filter delivered and installed before I began asking as to why my car was taking an hour for a pretty routine procedure at this establishment. Because of this I did end up being late to work by 20 minutes. Ultimately I understand that everyone is human and a lot of places are short staffed and mistakes happen; Everyone including me makes mistakes. However there was essentially nothing done to try to fix the situation for me. When I asked for an eta on the filter the guy at the front said to let him make a phone call and he never came back in to update me once done with the phone. You would think after all this they would at least offer to give me the filter for free or a discount on my next oil change or something. It just seems as though there was a lot more that could have been done to fix the mistake so I would have left satisfied instead leaving a 1 star

Honesty, friendliness, job well done! I ve been going to the Ballwin location for 15 years. They have a new manager now, and he very knowledgeable like Tony. I know I can trust him and he s not going to oversell me on services I don t need. He makes only makes suggestions for mileage maintenance. I definitely recommend taking your vehicle here.

I picked up a screw in a tire immediately after taking delivery of a vehicle. I was 7 hours from home and Mike Elbert was able to get my tire patched despite being short staffed. Kudos to Mike for exceptional customer service.

They did exactly what I asked them to do and got me back on the road the same day. Very professional and courteous. The manager gave me several discounts and thanked me for being a Veteran. I really like this store and have been coming here for many years.

Let just say Mike is the men! As soon as I walked in he was the most friendliest. Great customer service from start to finish. He went through my service from top to bottom. He s a great Guy. Went above and beyond. Glad he s at my local store.

I wanted to give 5 rating to this store despite my problem wasn t resolved at first time. Office in charge was honest enough to acknowledge the issue and finally fix the issue to my satisfaction. I understand this is mechanical things and sometimes it may not be correct at first place. What is matters is willingness to satisfy the client which they exactly did to me. If ends well, then everything thing is good. Another suggestion is that Firestone need to work on making the waiting lounge smell free. There are tires on display on waiting lobby which makes difficult to sit while customers cars are being ready. May be they can place the display tires in closed glass envelope so that smell shouldn t come in waiting lobby.

The team did a great job (tires, alignment, balancing), they also recommended upper and lower control arms which eliminated a squeak.

"Your alignment is done, the steering wheel is straight, you're good to go". - Well, it's not actually. See the photo."With your Lifetime Alignment, You've gotten 4 alignments in less than two years so you've gotten your money's worth. We're not supposed to do any more on this car."- So apparently a "life time alignment" is a 4 time alignment. One of which was to correct a poor alignment they did (like this one, with the crooked "straight" steering wheel).Integrity doesn't seem to be very important here.Caveat; the shop manager is a good guy. I'm sure he's trying to cut cost with hours because he's short-staffed and has some Kool-Aid drinking monkey in a suit breathing down his neck about numbers. So I'd say this is a Firestone Corporate issue, rather than this specific location. This is just the location I've had this experience at.

Honestly it makes you give a star rating but I would have given this location a 0. I made an appointment for 9 AM on a Sunday morning however we had dropped the car off at 3 PM on Saturday. Finally received a call by someone telling me his name was Jeff stating that they didn't think they were going to get to my car because of because of some illnesses and he wanted to know if it was OK if I waited for my car until the next day. I told him I needed my car the next day to go to work and he got very rude with me and was raising his voice and basically said I don't know what you want me to do lady and he even hung up on me. I'm defined out his name is actually Scott I ended up going and picking my car up and taking it to another location just down the road and was able to get my car repaired in the same day I do not recommend this location

My 14-inch tire shredded on my trailer while passing through St. Louis and this shop had two tires in stock. They came out worth a floor jack and battery-powered impact and fit me right in. A-1 service. They even have me a veteran's discount. Very cool!

I went here because my oil light was coming on. They looked under my car and said theres an oil leak and the cap just needs to be tightened, so I paid for them to tighten it and went on with my life. The oil light kept coming on though, I thought it just needed some time so we went to weeks to see if itd stop. It didnt so we took it back to the same people and told them, they kept my car for majority of the day and when they called me they told me I needed a new oil pan to fix the oil leak. Once they got the new oil pan i left my car with them so they could fix it. I picked it up when it was done and I thought my car was good to go, but a week later the oil light started coming on again. We checked the oil level and it had none in there, so we discovered it takes about a week after the oil is filled for it to leak every drop. The problem is they had "fixed" the leak and i paid over $400 dollars for them to, but it's still leaking. I've been filling it with oil when the light comes on until we find a trustworthy place. I'd like my money back from here though because I paid to have my car fixed and they didn't, so what did I pay them for? The place is a scan and the whole time I was there they crapped on walmarts service. I've never been to a worse shop than this one and it's sad because they were nice in person.

Got new van tires on November 2022. Tire date 3622. Great. Then took new car tires on accord in Dec 2022...got tires dated 2321. 19 month old tires. Disappointed to get tires that old that are considered new. Lots of perspectives online...but most say tires age over time, not based on usage. I also just realized all four tires are missing caps.

Set up online appointment yesterday for afternoon oil change. Was sent email (no call) about half an hour later saying we would need to reschedule. I called and there were no appointments available. So I set up online appointment yesterday for this morning and was called this morning (missed call, no voicemail left) by Firestone. So I called back and this appointment does not work either, no apology. Why even bother to have online appointments? You screw with peoples' busy schedules. Had I known now twice the appointment I set wouldn't have worked, I would have set an appointment somewhere else. Now I call and other places are booked as well. Thanks, Firestone!

The store manager Ted is amazing and awesome to work with. Jamie the service manager is also amazing! Both guys are very knowledgeable and take the time to listen and make sure that the job is done right the first time! I will be coming back because of them and definitely recommending this location to everyone I know!!!

Don t go here, straight up scam. They told us our car failed emissions and to take it to our dealership to reset the computer in order for it to pass. Our dealership ran the same emissions test and told us nothing was wrong and we should have never come to them. Now we re out $169 for a diagnostic test we never needed and Firestone did NOTHING about it and said it wasn t their fault.

Had them change in the O2 sensor. 300 dollars.turned out they changed the wrong one..manager said bring it back they would make it rite.then i got a call that said id have to pay more money to get it done. they are incapable. and scam artists. will never recommend them to anyone.

If there was a negative star I would use that. I bought a set of tires from this location in June. I recently had one of the tires blow out. I have owned several cars in my life and NEVER had an inner sidewall blow out on a tire. I took it in and the manager, who by the way would not come out and talk to me personally said the tire had been run flat and that is why. I felt like I was between a rock and a hard place. So I paid for the replacement. Two weeks later I had yet another tire go flat with the inner sidewall ripping apart.I took it to the location and got the same story. This time I knew better. They did not want to take care of it and told me it would be at least 5 hours even if it would be that soon. The employee said they had too much work as you could see four guys standing around in the garage.I left and went to a different location which told me it was a tire defect and they replaced them for free.

NEVER again will I use this location. Total lack of respect towards customers...In addition to a terrible in-store experience, I emailed you on Sunday, 7/3 first before posting my comments to the below email, with NO response.. So terrible customer service at store and terrible corporate follow up. Very insightful in how little regard that Firestone has for the consumer public and bad experiences

I would NEVER recommend this place. Took my car in for brake problems and they bled the brake lines and charged me almost $150. Turns out they probably didn't even look at the problem because I had to take it to another mechanic and they found problems with the caliper, hose, and master cylinder. The kicker is after not fixing the problem, they told me my car was safe to drive. Total waste of money and they left me with an unsafe car.
