I had a cut on the outer edge of my tire, and was concerned it needed to be replaced. They inspected it, and said it was not an issue, only cosmetic, and to come back in a couple of months to have them all checked again. I was very impressed with them not trying to sell me that day, and showing me several options, in different price and performance ranges. I will definitely be back when I need new tires! Their professional service, knowledge, and integrity has won my family's business!

Courteous and friendly. They get the job done. The Dobbs location at Sulphur Springs and Big Bend has earned my trust throughout the years. I especially like the fact that they know Toyota vehicles very well.

After having customer services issues at other locations, we started going to this one and have been very happy. Most recently I called to get information on a new set of tires and Brandon happened to answer the phone. He was very kind over the phone. I ended up bringing my car in for him to find the numbers I couldn t locate. He was very thorough and gave me options so I was comfortable. I left knowing I was in good hands. He excels at customer service! Thankful he is at this location.

Dropped my vehicle off for diagnosis, they had my vehicle ALL DAY just to give me a MIS DIAGNOSIS, I m back here 9 days later and have to leave my vehicle ALL DAY again same results TODAY!! went to LOU FUSZ for diagnostic and look at here two different diagnosis, and no mirror issue from LOU FUSZ so basically they just came up with this diagnosis SMH, company needs to return my $181.00 for a fake diagnosis. Mind you they charged more than the dealer SHAME ON YOU GUYS FOR WASTING MY TIME!!! not to mention both times i paid people to bring me back n forth for nothing!!!!

Used this location for many years and many family vehicles. My advice? Do tires only. My Ford 2015 had to go to dealer to resolve repairs conducted by this shop.In the past year - did front struts on Dobbs advice. Still have the issue. Think $1000. In un-needed and safety wrong repair. It was wheel bearings.Also did parking break repair. $800. The light is still on today. Asking for them to investigate or repair? Another $100. Ford Dealer did small adjustment and charged me nothing.Do tires - don t ask for anything system related. And the staff? Any time you ask a question- they are rude and resent you asking.Motto is repaired forever. But that means - if you question a repair - pay diagnostic fee and find yourself in another repair.At least the dealer is fully responsible and you have true recourse. Beware of these guys. Despite the Cards support.Tires only - that s what they are good at. Anything systems - pay the price - go to dealer - and have no worries after.

I recently had a battery issue in a parking lot near the Dobbs at 1116 Sulphuric Spring Road. I walked over to Dobbs not sure what to expect. Brittney the store manager went above and beyond to help me out, loaning me the equipment I needed. She was courteous and never made me feel less than trustworthy. They wouldn t take money so I offered a review and future business. Thanks so much for helping me out. I look forward to seeing you in the future!

Brendan and the crew did a fantastic job for me today. I was on my way to a wedding and my tire blew out. They got me in with 1hour till closing and changed the tire out in a hurry. They even stayed past closing to make sure I could get in my way and make it to the wedding on time. Nothing but respect for this crew and they have earned a customer for life.

My car had a blow out on the highway, both driver side tires. I called Dobbs since they were located close to my house. Brandon answered and was very helpful on the phone and said to go ahead and be towed there and they would take care of me. When I got there, Brandon had already pulled up my information and made sure that not only was the tires I needed in stock but also that they would be able to get me taken care of before the end of business. While I was sitting there waiting I had a good amount of time to hear employee interactions with customers. I have never heard an employee like Brandon in my life. He cares for the people who walk through the doors or call for help. Every customer or even potential customer was treated with respect and courtesy. I will easily be going back to Dobbs for any automotive needs because of Brandon s candor and empathy!

The Sulphur Spings Dobbs location is by far the best all around location I ve ever been to. No exaggeration. I called on Friday 2/24/24 to schedule a safety and emissions inspection for Saturday 2/25. I spoke with Jacob. I could tell by his voice they were booked up but he said if I could be in at 8am and they d get me in. I was in and out by 8:36. Fast forward to me at license office. I had all the documentation minus something called an ID/OD because I had an out of state title. I called Jacob from the license office and let him know what was going on and what I needed. He said to go ahead and bring my vehicle back SAME DAY and they d get me in for the ID/OD. Jacob and the team at Sulphur Springs Dobbs went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. Best customer service I ve ever received/experienced from an auto repair facility bar none. Thanks again Jacob and team!!!

It really depends on who is staffing each Dobbs. The current Service Manager (Bill) is a straight shooting, honest guy. But in a previous time, I was told that I needed a new engine by the Service Manager by only listening to it, instead of performing actual tests. I like the convenience of where the store is located.

Although I did not have an appointment, they were able to get me right in to replace a blown tire (freakin pothole). It had been a rainy morning so I just threw everything loose into the trunk after I replaced the flat. When the tech was finished, he put all the tools and everything else that I had removed from the spare tire compartment back where it all belonged, and everything looked very neat. Thank you for doing that!!

Everyone at Dobbs Treetop were excellent. Brittney, Bill, Mark, Steve and even Jacob we re all excellent. Brandon even offered me a doughnut. I m glad we found them and it s somebody that we can trust to do our work. Would recommend to anyone.

I was in such a pickle. I blew out my tire on the way home from holiday grocery shopping with hundreds of dollars of groceries all needing refrigeration. Dobbs was a 40 second walk away. They told me how to carefully get my car to their lot and then took care of me as if I was family. They got my spare put on quickly before my groceries went bad and ordered my tire. Next morning they put my new tire on with plenty of time for me to get home to prepare for all my guests. I am so grateful they were there and the service was impeccable.

Bill and team repaired a blown gasket in my Jeep Cherokee. He was extremely thorough and kept in constant communication with me through the long process. He explained everything in great detail and was very fair on the price- even when more problems started arising. Thank you Bill!

I've brought several vehicles here over the years. They are always extremely helpful. They don't try to pressure you into unnecessary parts or services. Recently, I had my van towed there for a flat, expecting to buy a new tire. They could have easily just replaced the tire and charged me $250. Instead, they informed me that they could plug the hole instead and I only paid $30.

Would not recommend. Every set of tires we have bought from here has had a slow leak in at least one tire that they could never fix. Funny, we have had no issues since we started buying elsewhere.Also they really try to screw you over on inspections. They tried to tell my husband he failed safety inspection when all he needed was emissions not safety. He told them this on the phone AND wrote it on the drop off paperwork. They tried to continue to fail on my daughters car even after we took it to a dealer for the repair they said was needed. Oddly we took it elsewhere and they did not find anything wrong.
