They were helpful, professional and friendly as always. Worked me in quickly on short notice, which was awesome as I live out of town. Most importantly I've never experienced a dealership or service dept like this who treats you like family

I purchased my fifth Subaru from Dean Team. One of the reasons that I keep coming back is that the service department is great. Annie is fantastic, does a great job of keeping me informed through the repair process. Duke and Jeff are good too. Work was done. I m assuming efficiently.I don t know if it s a Missouri thing, I m new here,I didn t get a feeling of caring. Hard to explain. In other states I got a feeling they were genuinely concerned with how they were perceived, friendly. Never had to ask to have the car washed before, was always offered and it was always a good job, inside and out. Not here.Like I said, maybe this is the norm here. I ll find out when I go to a different Subaru garage next time.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Was traveling (OH to CO), had a issue with my friend's mom's Subaru, this place didn't even try to help. AutoZone helped though.
