You look at the photos and tell me. Windshield is less than 1yr old installed by Bone. I have a stress crack in front center. Called about replacing and they said I d have to come in for visual assessment. Once I stopped in, the girl looked for awhile, trying to find a chip that started the crack. She found this microscopic chip near crack .and I mean smaller than the tip of mechanical pencil. said that they probably wouldn t replace it because of that. Said she would send into her manager bc she doesn t know. 1 week later, Called in, spoke to manager, said he is looking at photos & can t replace any stress cracks, and feels this is because of a chip. And manufacturer wouldn t even honor replacement if he tried. Jeep are known for their stress cracks, especially if not installed properly. There was some whistling after install, but I didn t want to make a fuss.Not great at all handing this So I won t be going back to them and getting replacement elsewhere. At least if you have a Jeep I d suggest elsewhere.

I just had my rear window replaced this morning at Bone Glass. The customer service was excellent and I was able to schedule online and have the job completed in less than 24 hours. Not only was the waiting room cozy and comfortable but I was offered coffee and cookies!! They were done in less than one hour and the technician was informative and professional. The job was done perfectly. The associate who checked me in and out JB was delightful and actually provided assistance with recommending someone to get my cracked taillight cover replaced. I would highly recommend this business. They have really brought back the personal touch in auto service making an unfortunate accident much more tolerable.

Dillion installed 2 windshields and a side glass at my home in a professional and courteous and timely manner. In a scale of 1-10. I give him a 15. Bone auto glass was also courteous and quick to get me scheduled for this install. I will recommend their services to all I know and will use them for all my future glass replacements

Old school stand-up company. How many places welcome walk-ins for service these days? How many companies still greet you with a smile when you walk through the door? Service is everything and they seem to understand that. Extremely impressed with the people that work Within this company.

This is my second experience with Bone. They replaced my side passenger window. I was able to quickly set up an appt. and they were prompt with the installation. I had bought an aftermarket side mirror that was broken along with the window and they installed it for free. Great place. Will go there for all of my glass needs. Highly recommended.

Our windshield was shattered in a crazy incident with a shovel on I64 on our drive home to Minnesota from our spring break. After striking out with many local glass places we found Bone Auto Glass. Kerri was so helpful and shuffled their schedule to get our windshield replaced and allow us to continue our trip home. They not only fit us in, but got it done even faster than they initially estimated! Had a great experience with Bone Auto Glass. I have a Kia Soul that was broken into in my driveway... Because people are awful and Kia made us a target with their bad design... But Bone was able to get me in the same day and they had the window which was a miracle since so many Kias are being broken into. The location in Ballwin was cozy and the receptionist was very friendly. I recommended them to my coworker who was able to get in at another location just as easily. Bone has gained a loyal customer. Thanks!

Wow, was shocked at how nice their waiting area is in their building.. expected a kinda gross shop, (in my head ,) was kinda flabergasted how nice it was!! super fantastic experience from start to finish.. amazing , friendly staff and great job on my 2001 ford excursion. Highly recommend them..

Just a shout out to Bone Auto Glass Specialist for doing a great job on replacing the windshield in my truck. Fast, friendly service and very reasonable.They are also a member of the West Saint Louis County Chamber of Commerce, which is where my Daughter works and highly recommended them. Brett was the Technician and was very professional. He knows his stuff.. So if you need any glass repaired, that's the place to call...

They replaced my windshield under warranty through my dealership.There was a mix up and miscommunication with them and the dealership regarding my vehicle. After dealing directly with Bone Auto Glass, they fixed everything very efficiently and was able to clarify the misunderstanding.They were very reassuring and made me happy knowing they stand by their work and their word.Service: Auto windshield replacement

HIGHLY recommend and will now be my go-to for any windshield/auto glass.Took a huge rock to the windshield of my brand new Bronco. Dealer was going to take a week, or more.Called Bone, they had it fixed the next afternoon, with factory/OEM glass.Service, scheduling, communication, and post-installation follow up & support has been fantastic.Honestly, one of the easiest reviews I've written.

I usually go with businesses I'm familiar with, this time I decided to try a new place! I had a chip on our new vehicles windshield, by the rearview mirror. Tough spot to fill because that's a reinforced area. Decided to give Bone Auto Glass on Manchester a try, as their quote was good! In a nutshell, I recieved excellent customer service with Jerilyn and Grant, the technician, did a fabulous job! They were friendly, discussed the risks and the results were excellent. Thank you for a great experience!

Bone was recommended by a body shop I checked with. Although Bone doesn't do same day repair, I took my vehicle in the same day and they secured it in their building overnight. It was ready within 3 hours the next day. Associates were friendly and professional. Great experience! By the way, about half price compared to Safelite. I won't hesitate to use Bone in the future.

I was so impressed with the work your employee (Jerilyn) did on our windshield. She was very patient waiting for the car to cool down from being in the heat and she was very professional explaining everything she was doing. I like how meticulous she was with her work. I can't even see 1 of the cracks anymore and the bigger one looks so much better! The world needs more hard working, honest people like Jerilyn!

Thanks to Jerilyn, they were able to get me scheduled for driver side window repair quickly. I showed up early, the owner went straight to it and was done in 20 minutes. Def a go to place!! Bone for the win

My brand new car was unfortunately hit by a rock on the highway. We are new to the area so I researched several shops to repair or replace my front windshield. Unfortunately, the crack was more than the size of a quarter so it needed to be replaced. I got several quote from many shops and not only were they by far the cheapest by a significant amount, their customer service and ability to replace my windshield less than one week were impressive. The work was outstanding and professional, and the customer service continued to be outstanding until the end. Love supporting a local business, especially when they are the best. I hope to not need them again, but should the need arise, I will come straight to them without giving anyone else a chance.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Replaced my front windshield. Took approximately 1 hour. Friendly, professional receptionist. Their pricing was about $ 150.00 less than the first company I called, much closer to my home as well. Owners stopped in while I was waiting. They were very personable. Will definitely go there again.

Horrible experience. Went to have a small chip repaired and they made the Chip worse and Cracked my windshield. Now we have to replace the whole thing because they didn't take the necessary precautions when attempting to repair my windshield chip. Will NEVER USE or REFER to family or friends. Then they wouldn't even give me a decent price on a new windshield replacement.

A great price for a quality windshield! Once I set up the appointment the workers were willing to work with my schedule and come to me, as long as I provided them an address. Bone Auto Glass was truly a professional experience and one that I was very pleased with. They replaced the front windshield with expertise in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. My insurance company has an agreement with a windshield company but allowed me to use Bone instead and following the completion of the work asked for my evaluation of their work - my response was of the highest degree available!! They are "THE BEST".

Ronnie texted when was in route.. arrived with no problems, completed the work in less than an hour, explained what was needed after replacement. Was kind and efficient in his work. Glad I choose Bone rather than the other glass company :) would definitely use them again if needed

These guys are great! I had an appointment and was running a little late and they were very accommodating. When I got to the store you could tell that they cared about their employees and customers because it was very Covid safe. Mike quickly looked at my sunroof and diagnosed the problem. He showed me what it was and gave me a plan for fixing it. I told him that I was also having a leak from the sunroof in addition to my broken sunroof part and he fixed that for free! Absolutely remarkable customer service and UNBEATABLE PRICE! Got us in the very next morning for SUBSTANTIALLY less than the other SIX places we called! Texted appointment confirmation and had us out lightening fast! While we hope we don't have many more windshields to replace, we know who our ONLY call will be if it does happen to us again!
