Customer service was exceptional during the buying process and beyond. The sales department has still been reaching out to me to see how things are going, 2 weeks after purchasing. They even sent us a tin of homemade chocolate chip cookies!

Matt Sanders was so helpful!!! We were purchasing a used vehicle for our daughter. He ended up staying late to help us without a single complaint. I felt like he was so understanding and truly excited for our daughter. The car is absolutely perfect for her and it was priced right. Overall great experience!!!

They let me know about a new recall on my car. Bill went above and beyond to explain to me what the recall was for and why it was being done. Also please thank whoever fixed my power steering problem. I thought it would be an expensive thing to fix but the team at Nissan fixed it with no problem at all. The floor team was also wonderful with my son when he had questions and wanted to look at the new cars.Thank you to everyone and we will be staying a Bommarito Nissan family for life.

It s the first time I ever brought a car on my own. Since I never like any of my old car dealers in the past. But meeting Matt Sanders, I wasn t scare and I was 100% comfortable talking to him. He answer all my questions. I m satisfied with my new SUV. He would go out of the way to get my bike rack out of my hitch. He s A +.

Absolute 5 star experience with Zach in parts. Took my call and worked up a price quote for me as well as provided me the part numbers if I chose to buy from Nissan Parts direct to save a bit of money on their spring sale. Outstanding example of great customer service! Most definitely will patronize this dealership based on this experience. Very much appreciate when folks take time to help the way he has! Hopefully this gentleman will be rewarded for his 5 star customer service, it will DEFINITELY bring customers back! EXCELLENT SIR and THANK YOU!

Great dealership. They made you feel like family. My salesman (Damon) was awesome he had all the documents and needed paperwork ready to go when we arrived. (purchased out of town) He was very efficient. Dealership was clean and they had coffee and snacks. All of the staff including Dan (finance) and Angie were the best. Thank you! Tim Z

I was very clear on the car and lease program I was interested, and shared the online inventory from this dealership. After testing driving the model and car of interest we discovered it was already sold. Manager told me he would get me close to the online deal only to find out during doc signing did I discover it would cost me twice as much money down. Very disappointing and frustrating to have wasted 4 hrs of my time and energy. Will never buy or service at this location, nor recommend. Terrible experience

Purchased a new 2024 Nissan Frontier January 17, 2024 from Bomnarito Nissan.I got a great deal and a generous trade in. Hassle free. Paid the balance with cash.The salesman - Mr. Saed Music was very knowledgeable and professional. He sold me on his service and communication style.When I got home, I discovered that an included accessory was missing (pair of bed rail clamps).I called Mr. Music, he apologized and said he would ship them to me.They arrived overnight UPS. Very pleasantly surprised.My paperwork was completed very timely and precisely.Highly recommend Bomnarito Nissan and Saed Music. Probably the best car purchase experience I've ever had. We needed to quickly get 2 key fobs made for our son who was returning to college the next day. Jeff Confer, Service Manager squeezed us in on a Saturday. Greg Clevlen greeted us as we pulled and took great care of us. Brad Wright quickly programmed the fobs. They had us back out the door in no time! Service was exceptional. My grown kids were with me and they thoroughly enjoyed the waiting room and all the amenities. Great job everyone! We are super appreciative. Thank YOU!

This was my first time looking for a car on my own. Teddy was fabulous! It was a cold rainy night and he showed me the cars I was looking at online. He answered all my questions and I didn't feel pressured by him. The finance manager was very nice and helpful with the different payment options. Bill Holliday was my service advisor. I ve been fortunate to have worked with him many times over the years. He always remembers me and my daughter who also use your service department. Came in at 7am for oil change and tire rotation, waited at dealership. Needed new tires, Bill respecting my time provided a loaner car allowing me to get to work and come back at lunch. He has always provided excellent customer service and is an asset to your organization.

Yesterday, I became the proud owner of a 2023 Nissan Rogue courtesy of MARK EVERSGERD and Bommarito Nissan in Ballwin, MO. Mark was kind, funny, honest, professional and listened to what we wanted. Dave Evans, the GM introduced himself and was sincerely interested in my husband and I and our family. Greg Frasca, finance, was great too. Friendly, not pushy and explained the paying portion of buying a vehicle in an understandable way. If you are in the market for a new car, go see Mark and the team at Bommarito Nissan of Ballwin. They will take care of you with 5+ star treatment.
