I miss the old owners, because this used to be the best tire shop in the area!!! New ownership and These guys are untrustworthy!!! If you like to enjoy life, and stay safe while you drive around with the people you love the most, go anywhere else.My story:I was about to be driving to Branson from Ava when my tire popped. I knew time was close but Christmas was in 2 days, so I was like, Let s change the front 2 tires and I ll change the back two when I m back from Branson. So they put 2 tires on.I literally drove from their shop to the gas station and one of those BRAND NEW tires was popped!!!!! What!!!! How?!So I called them, they were telling me it was my fault because the pop was in the wall. They replaced it any way and I was off. I got off the highway in Branson, and POP!!! One of the new tires THEY JUST PUT ON pops off the bead. It was extremely dangerous and my 6 year old son was in the vehicle with me.So I got my car to Discount tire in Branson and there they said wow, who put those tires on your car? They are NOT rated for your vehicle. If I was to put tires like that on a vehicle, I would lose my job. We could get sued. I bought 4 new tires and went to return the 2 tires I got from the Ozarks Tire LLC/Old Davis Tire, and they refused to refund my money for the tires. They claimed that tires don t need to be rated for a vehicle to be able to drive safely, and that they had some vans similar to mine and they use those tires even though they aren t rated for it. They told me the distributed didn t want to give me a refund, and their hands were tied.After sitting there for an hour or so, the guy who owns the place gave me $100 dollar bill under the table because he felt like I shouldn t leave with nothing for the trouble. Then they said they were going to call the distributor and see if they could replicate the issue with the tires and give me my money back. I never heard back.So, if you want to dump your money into this place and then also be driving around with tires that pop because they aren t rated for your car, this is the place for you!Otherwise, truly I suggest a place like discount tire.

This is the only tire shop I will go to! So thankful I found Ozarks Tire!! The staff is knowledgeable, prices are the best, and they always get my tires in fast! I live in Ozark but make the drive because I know no matter who I see I m going to be treated well and receive the best service! I m a life time customer. This is THE place to go!!

I called and had them order me a tire after getting a flat on my way home. Got a tire ordered that evening and drive down and got it replaced the next morning.Great quick service and friendly staff.

Our son was running errands for us in Ava, about 5:00pm. He went through the intersection at 14 and 5, and the person in front of him got two flat tires and he got one flat tire. There was metal in the road they didn't see until it was too late.The new owner of Ozark Tire/Davis Tire was just closing up shop, when my son and the other person pulled in this parking lot. He stayed over and changed both their tires for them. Thank you!

My tire was doing air, so I took it in to get it fixed. They discovered I had a rim that was cracked in several places and that was the problem. They had checked the tire, then went to put the donut on for me and it was not holding air, so he took it off its rim, cleaned it all up and put it back on the rim and then on my car. The owner called around to see if they could find a junk yard I could go to for a rim. This whole Orioles took a around 45 minutes to an hour. When I ask how much I owed, he said $8. Really! Obviously,I gave them more. Did I mention it was about 15 degrees out! Very nice people, clean shop, and particular in their work. I highly recommend this place!
