My car needed front axle on both sides, separate dates. First time I think Devon helped me the 2nd time Christian helped me. Both employees treated me very well and their knowledge plus professional ethic were outstanding. The parts were right and prices were doable. Thanks guys!

So I've been to this place probably 20 times they never seem to have a manager and there's always one employee who is just getting hammered because there's so many customers I have no idea why they treat their employees so poorlyOn the plus side the employees are doing a great job despite the fact that treated like garbage and underpaid

Will not use them again unless it's an emergency!! I'll drive the extra miles just to bypass that store!! They order or give the wrong parts causing problems and time and expense but never make it right when they are at fault!!

they do some shady stuff. you will go in for airline hose and they switch it out for fuel line so they can charge you more for it and not tell you.they never have parts on hand they make you waste gas for no reason telling you they have the part when do not have it and you wasted all your time for them to tell you we can order it one to two days and you got to come back and waste more gas to pick it up.horrible experience multiple times with with this store.

The employees here are very helpful and understanding. My friend was going thru a hard time and they even loaded the parts into the car for her. Amazing people!

Young kids working there only knows what the computer says. I went in 3 different times and got 3 different parts that I didn't need and evwrytime I went to return them the kid tried telling me that it was the rite part, price went from 299 bucks to 200 to 98 dollars, then needed screws and he special ordered them had to wait 2 days for them and when they came in it was the wrong ones. Come to find out they had the screws I needed the whole time!Before ya even leave double check and make sure you have the rite thing you came in for!! These young kids don't know what they are doing.

Two trips and two wrong parts! Is third time gonna ve the charm considering I ordered yet another part? Not happy. Employees didn't listen to me when I ordered the parts. Told me we asked for a different side when ordering brakes. It would be laughable if it hadnt caused me such headaches!

There seems to be an issue with restocking their inventory in this store. It seems that more often than not lately they have to order in all most everything I've needed.Thanks I've always used O'Reilly's store #100 since it opened 30+ years ago and had excellent service from them until about the past year or so until its gradually gotten worse and worse to the point it is now.

Have good products there, but they sold me the wrong brakes and they even looked at the vehicle and made it seem like that they knew what they were doing when they really didn't. Also sold my friend the wrong cold air intake. Not very helpful at all. They don't know what their doing and have people working there that don't know anything about vehicles.

They are pretty helpful and friendly the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they don't have a great system to find the items you need it can take a while to get stuff but they do there best to hurry and get you on your way

Love this store awesome shop excellent service unless it's someone new they know how to help you for the most part willing to put on wipers look at. Ides turn rotors and so on

Much nicer and less expensive than Springfield. People are more friendly out in Ava and that makes a difference.

Love coming in here ask for Jordan always gets the right part the first time and great to talk to.
