Best experience I have had in purchasing a large item. Everyone was very friendly. It was not a pressure type sale. Very laid back. Justin answered all of our questions and was patient. Prices were fair and upfront. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a camper. When we decide to purchase again in the future we will be returning without hesitation.Also had a wide selection of parts and accessories.

I looked 4 years for the trailer of my dreams.I always ended back at Robin's RV.If you're looking for a nice trailer great people to work with this is the place to go.Justin and Jami are the best.I had a couple of issues and they were taken care of immediately. I have to say Justin in maintenance is wonderful also thank you all for everything and I hope your business grows more everyday.

Bought US Warranty from Robbins Auto and RV. They aren't licensed to do so by the Department of Commerce and Insurance. I also never bought an RV from them, had them service or repair the RV. I got screwed on ~$7000Guy said I have no idea what I am talking about and mocks me.. but apparently has never read Missouri Law 385.206... no dealer as fronting company

Fantastic place to do business, very different than dealing with big/intimating dealers. Very fair pricing on both sales and parts...and great customer service all around. Highly recommend them to anyone

This is where we purchased our RV after searching in Arkansas, Oklahoma and Missouri. We feel we received a great deal and made new relationships with Justin and his wife. They have a good selection of inventory a friendly atmosphere and a good parts department. THANK YOU ROBBINS RV

Robbins Auto and RV Sales is honest, upfront, and extremely informative. I personally needed quite a bit of help as a first time RV/Camper buyer, and all my questions were answered. The price for my travel trailer was fair, and had many upgrades that would have cost me much more to install myself. The buying process was a breeze, and all I needed to do was show up, sign a few signatures, and hit the road. The team at Robbins and Auto did a thorough walk through and checked for anything that could have caused me a headache. Justin arranged for my trailer to be delivered to me, and his wife Jami, helped me to get everything as far as Travel Trailer accessories I needed to get started on my family's adventure. Both Justin and Jami are highly skilled and knowledgeable about every aspect of what they do. Being a first time travel trailer purchaser; I had many questions after leaving. Each time I called the office, my questions were answered with a friendly and knowledgeable answer.Robbins Auto and RV Sales will continue to have my business, and I wish them the upmost success. We recently bought a Connect 272 FK from Robbins Auto & RV and it was a wonderful experience! Justin and the entire Robbins Auto & RV team do an excellent job making sure the customers needs are met. We needed a minor repair shortly after our purchase and I could not be happier with how professional and quickly they were able to take care of things so I could get back to camping as scheduled. Everything was covered under warranty and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We always try to buy local and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Robbins Auto & RV!

Justin and Jami are great people to work with. They will get you what you need! They are local people and have been a part of the community for many years. They have a great selection of cars and RV's to choose from. Brandon recognized the customer base that has followed Justin throughout the years and wanted to have him be a part of his business and it was a great plan! We had an amazing experience! We are very particular but not once were we ever let down. The service was amazing and quick and the prices are more than fair. I have already told my friends and family where they should go if they ever need a car or RV! Best experience we've ever had making a big purchase! Our only downfall is that we live over 2 hours away BUT they were more than happy to answer all our questions and concerns over the phone and do a lot of the heavy work that way so that when we got there everything else was just a breeze!

Was looking for an RV service close to Roaring River MO State Park where we camp and store our travel trailer. Checked their inventory and couldn t believe their prices, lowest in the US. Worked deal from KC area where we live with Justin Simms via phone, email and text. They gave me a fair price on my trade-in, very helpful in moving my personal items out of my trade-in, were very flexible with me picking up my new trailer due to work, weather and distance. Their service tech is very knowledgeable and helpful. This is a small no frills operation. Maybe a 5 person operation at most. Everybody is friendly and accommodating including Justin s wife Jami who I think does everything but sales and service. Lots of inventory for a small dealership and new KZ brand RVs come with 2 year warranty. In the past we ve driven from KC to AZ, MN and Omaha to buy RVs. Robbins worth the drive from wherever you live.

Justin was quick to answer texts, wasn't pushy at all at the lot, was very friendly, easy going, and easy to talk to. Although I didn't end up buying the vehicle I was interested in, I'll definitely be back if what I'm looking for happens to show up.
