They are a great crew, they have a playroom for kids. They kept me informed on the progress of my truck. Kenny is awesome about making sure we are comfortable and have anything we need. We live 1 hrs & 20 min away but go there for oil changes and anything my truck needs because they really make you feel at home.

Our salesman Jake was very polite and worked hard with us to make a deal happen that we were both happy with. Our financing assistant Laz was excellent in explaining all the loan and extra incentives to us and working so hard to get our payment within our budget plan. Kudos to both of them! They made my truck purchase a true pleasure and great experience! Thank you!

I was all set to buy a car in Springfield and happened to notice a listing at Mayes in Aurora so I thought I d check it out. I was greeted immediately by Drew out on the used car lot. He was friendly, knowledgeable professional and low pressure. He answered all my questions and had me on my way in no time. Since I was driving a rental car due to a recent accident, Drew offered to have my new vehicle delivered to me (135 miles away). That was service above and beyond. Rob in the business office was also friendly and efficient. Overall, a great experience Thanks Drew and Rob!

My husband and I worked with Steve and Matt. Both made the process extremely easy and smooth. They went above and beyond with making sure we understood every detail along the way! These guys stayed late to make sure we were taken care of, and were happy to do so. We left the lot with a brand new Jeep and could not be more excited!

Great auto repair shop!! The guys were very kind, helpful and knowledgeable!! I had to have a transmission rebuilt and these guys had it done in 7 days , 2 of them were weekend days!! Great prices hard workers !! Would definitely recommend Mayes Dealership in Aurora Mo.. THANK YA TO EVERYONE!!!

You might think buying a new car could be unpleasant or make you question rather the dealership cares more about themselves than you. Mayce Chevrolet was opposite of that though! The experience we had when we bought our 2024 Trailbrazer was incredible. From start to finish, Mike was amazing to work with! Very attentive to our needs and knowledgeable on the product he sells. Tripp, the finance manager, was incredible too. Saved us money by offering us special GM financing that a competitor failed to mention. 10/10 would recommend this dealership and their staff to anyone looking for a new vehicle!Just wanted to say thanks again to Mike and Tripp!If an amazing experience was your goal you guys hit a grand slam!

I needed an oil change but was also experiencing an issue with my Jeep. I called ahead and Jenny was amazing! Between her & Mike my Jeep was perfect when I got it back. Did I mention that the took me home & picked me up so that I didn t have to miss work?

Hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle. I called Zac and let him know I was interested in a RAM truck to replace my 2019 Ram truck. He had the one I wanted. I was in and out in two hours. They gave me a fair price for my trade-in. My new truck was ready when I finished the paperwork. Zac noticed after I left that they missed my veterans discount and called to tell me. They are sending me a check. He could have ignored it. He showed great integrity of character. I will be a returning customer.

These guys took care of me and my car super fast. I walked in without an appointment and they said they would do their best to fit me in. Within 2 hrs, they called to have me pick up the car. Not only did they fit me in but they fixed the car! These guys are awesome!

If you re in the market for a new EV this is a great dealership! I have never met a group of people at a dealership who are so interested in and knowledgeable about EVs. Nearly half the salespeople have Bolts! The solar array is incredibly impressive, and produces a full megawatt of clean energy. A fantastic experience and a bunch of great and knowledgeable people.

We drove 4.5 hours to pick up our new Blazer RS. We love our new Blazer! She stands out in a crowd, she truly is Red Hot!Kelby was our contact at the dealership. He was very kind and we were treated with respect. As it turned out some people at the dealership came from the same Arkansas town as my husband's family so we had a delightful time.We also brought our dog with us and she was also welcomed at the dealership.The premises and bathrooms were very clean and you can tell they take pride in their business.Thank you for my dream vehicle!

The sales manager is rude. The service manager wouldn t come out of his office to speak to me. One day they said they were going to fix the issue with my car then when I dropped it off, claimed they no longer heard the issue. Miraculous the tech informed me that he had worked on my vehicle and the noise was gone. I ve purchased many vehicles at Mayse over the last 20 years but my current vehicle will be the last.

I've bought many vehicles from a specific dealer out of Springfield. Being young, i get an itch from time to time to get something new or different. I fully plan to switch to Mayse after this purchase. The customer service Mike Barnes provided was hands down amazing. Honestly, i had been shopping all day online speaking to various dealerships, and he was the only one who made me feel like my needs were a priority. Because of this experience, i will be a repeat customer and recommend to friends and family.

My experience at Mayse was seamless on their end! I am in love with my new Wrangler and they were able to answer every question I had (which was a lot haha)! Next time I need a Jeep, I will definitely go through Mayse!

This is not your normal car dealer. . Pricing is honestly the best you ll find! I just got my Jeep thousands $$ cheaper than any dealer across the entire country. You can look on carguru and compare their prices with all the other dealers. I drove 2 hours to get the car and when I arrived all the paperwork was complete, car was in the showroom spotless and shining inside and out. Full tank of gas which not all dealers are doing anymore, it s family owned, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Couldn t believe how many cars are on their lot. Most dealers have a small inventory, there was plenty of inventory to choose from at Mayse! Hardest part was trying to decide what color I wanted.

We moved to the tri-lakes area about 10 years ago. Mayse Automotive in Aurora was where we purchased our first vehicle in the area. We have been quite satisfied with the sales staff (Ehren and Drew) and as of this past week just purchased our third vehicle from this dealership and will recommend making the drive to Aurora first when looking to purchase a car or truck.

Purchasing my new car was such an easy process at Mayse. My salesperson, Kelby, was extremely helpful and made the process seamless. He did a thorough job of explaining and demonstrating all that the car offers to make sure I was comfortable before leaving the lot. Highly recommend!

One of tbe best truck shopping experiences I have ever had. Great followup after the sale, my sales person very straight forward with honest answer to questions and no surprises. Closing the deal was equally well done, also straight forward answers to questions and no suprises with the final paperwork and final delivery of my truck. This type of dealership is hard to find!

The sales staff is very friendly and will work with you to get you into a car that you like.They let you look around and test drive vehicles on your own without any pressure to buy.An excellent car buying experience.

Hands down, the absolute BEST car buying experience!! Steve S. was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and not pushy at all. Tripp made us feel at ease with the financial part of the deal and there wasn t a staff member we encountered that wasn t polite and had a smile on their face. I was pleased with the work done but as a first time customer I entered the service area & did not know where to go. There were no signs or instructions & no human to direct me. I saw people in glass offices with shut doors but had no idea whether they were the service people or not. I finally asked directions from a customer in the waiting area . Not a great first impression.

From the sale of the vehicle to any needed service Mayse is the best. We live about an hour away from the dealership and our salesman lives close to us so when I need something done he takes it in for me, I call that wonderful service and going above and beyond.
