I spent over a week looking for a car, getting declined over and over at other lots. I came over to here as one of my last efforts and the staff here is hands down amazing. They were able to work with me and get me a car that I could leave in the same day. I will highly recommend them to everyone, Chris at the dealership is a honest and good man to go see for a car!

Listen I just got my second car through charge a car, it s a loaded Infiniti. I got a really good deal on trade so that I m not hardly upside down. They WILL work with the right people and their warranty is amazing especially with the prices of any other lot right now. This place has definitely saved my automotive headaches and they raise your credit! Thank you guys!!

Seriously so thankful for everybody here, even after multiple issues with the same vehicle/mechanical issue they still treat me with nothing but respect. Even when I know they re tired of hearing from me lol. They go above and beyond for each and every customer they have, I ve seen it eyes and hands on! They go out of their way to make sure you are happy, I haven t even had to ask for anything specific. John, Chris, Tom, Tracy, all of them just want the best for each of their customers. So glad I chose this car lot! I seriously tell everybody I come across about them!

After years of being in unreliable vehicles I finally decided to come here, so thankful I did! Everybody here is very kind, treats you with nothing but respect. I bought a minivan that had issues within the first week. They didn t hesitate to pick it up, make it right, and do everything in their power to keep me happy during the whole experience. I couldn t have asked for a better car buying experience! So thankful I came here when I did. I recommend to everybody I get the chance to!

I co signed for my son a car on October 28th 2022. We financed a Chevy Cruize that had 176,000 miles on it for 12,229. We were at the dealership until 8pm. They were closing as we were leaving. We live in Joplin MO. an hour away. I left first and my son was behind me on 1-44. I saw his lights flashing behind me so I pulled over and he pulled over and the car had black smoke rolling out from under the hood... we had no way of getting the car home, we had no choice but to leave it on the side of the highway. They were closed so we had to wait until the next day to get help. Since then the car has broke down 3 other times. We just got the car back on 09/30/23. We drove it home and it sat there until this morning, when driving to work the check engine light came on AGAIN...... the car smells like motor oil when you drive it. It barley shifts gears. I called them to come pick it up and I want nothing else to do with the car. They tell me I still owe the entire amount of the car loan, almost 9,000 dollars. For a car that needs to be in the scrap yard. They will not work with me and I have filed a complaint with the BBB and with the attorney General. They cannot treat people like this and get away with it. I also have an appointment with a lawyer on Friday. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! At some point they have to face the fact, the car is a lemon.

Couldn't ask for a better dealership and group of people to work with. We are on car number 4 over 7 years and have never had an issue buying a car or trading in qualified cars, and we have always received near top dollar for our trade in's. Thank you, Tom and Chris, for always making sure we left better off than when we arrived.

I have bought 3 different vehicles from this business. I have had the best customer service. They worked with me on trades and worked with me on down payments. I especially enjoy the low biweekly payments. Highly recommend for anyone with good or bad credit.

These guys are great! My wife and I got a minivan through them a couple years back and have had no issues, and now recently I needed a vehicle due to losing one in a wreck. These guys got me up and running with a new car with no stress and hassle! Listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered in full! I would highly recommend them. Awesome service, awesome people!

I have purchased my third truck from them. I am really happy with the service and treatment. Tom has always been very helpful and has been willing to help me with anything that I have needed. They really stand behind what they sell. I have yet to find any dealership that offers the same kind of warranty.

We bought our truck here over a year ago. It has been an excellent vehicle. Chris and the staff are amazing to work with and they treat you like family. They stand behind their vehicles and service. You don't find that at many lots any more. We have recommended them over and over and will continue to do so.

Amazing, sensible people to work with. Second time buying a car with them and they've worked with us both times! Great with customer service and will try to work with you in any way they can. They don't short you on any answers they give and are always honest.

Charge a car is so fast and friendly! We were able to get in our first vehicle a year ago right before tax time. A few months later we were in need of a second vehicle and they were so understanding and helped us out! Sadly we got in a wreck and the vehicle got totaled. Charge a car helped us out during the entire process and helped us is get a different vehicle knowing our situation. I would highly recommend Charge a Car to anyone! They are so nice and reliable! Highly satisfied!

They helped me get into a car quickly! The manager wasn't in to write up a contract but they let me take the car overnight on an extended test drive and had everything ready for me the next day. The worked with me on the down payment so I could get into a car I wanted! I'm super excited about my new car and would recommend to anyone if you need a vehicle this is the place to go!

When I arrived I was greeted by Chris and he helped me obtain my second vehicle. Both vehicles were running great, low down payments and they do everything they say as far as warranty and specs of vehicles. I'm very appreciative of them and will continue doing business with them
