Called to get parts for my truck. Told the rep what the item number was trying to save time. Rudely replied what are you working on. So after answering all of the questions we're looking at what I told him in the first place. Then tells me I can pay by card or come in and pay cash to get them ordered. So I called republics store and got them order easily and paying when I pick them up.

It's a great place to buy parts for your car or pickup they have a good selection of stuff like oil to car wax to choose from.

as a former autozoner that is strictly a autozone guy this store needs help customer service and customer experience is something they need HUGE IMPROVEMENT ON not the most professional store

Great AutoZone location. After calling around to what seemed like a dozen other places this one had what we needed in stock and placed it on hold for us. Great customer service too and friendly staff. Thanks for having the radiator we needed.

I was 1.5 hours away from home when my alternator went out. Rob at AutoZone went above and beyond to help contact someone to get me back on the road. I can not speak highly enough of him. Rob if you see this, THANK YOU!!!

I always get my windshield wipers here; they have installed them every time and tested them before I left to make sure they fit correctly.

Aurora AutoZone sold me the wrong head gasket for my truck and I didn't catch that it was off by just a few thousandth. Allowed coolant in to the chamber and caused the head to crack. Now I'm left with out a truck and they are doing nothing to try to make it right. Deserves less than a one star rating.
