I'm new to the area and needed some work down on my older excursion. Went to a big name shop in Springfield and got a diagnosis and quote. My wife knew there had to be a local place who would be more honest and reasonable with their prices. She found Jett's and saw all the good reviews so I took my truck in to get his second opinion. Sure enough, he got the problem taken care of at a major fraction or what the other place was going to charge me. These guys are friendly, honest and from what I can tell so far very good at what they do. I know where I'll be taking my vehicles from here on it! I really appreciate them!

I would recommend them and they have never worked on one of my vehicles ever. Im no mechanic at all but i had a water pump go out on a envoy i owned was changing it myself. I had every tool i needed but the right one's to get the job done i stopped and ask for some advice not only did they not know me from Adam they loaned me the tool's gave me instructions how to do it and told me if i needed anything else to let them know. I appreciate them for not trying to discourage me from doing it and not pushing me to bring it to there shop and paying them to do it like most mechanics would have. I ended up getting the whole thing apart and back together and returned there tools in around an hour give or take.

Ronnie and Cody Jett are the most honest and hard working business owners in Ash Grove. Heck, I would drive from anywhere for them to work on any and all my vehicles. They do what they say, finish what they start and say 'please' and 'thank you'. I absolutely refer EVERYONE to them for any type of mechanic work. From cars to trucks to tractors...those boys can fix anything! To top it off, their rates are more than reasonable, they should charge more for what they do. Hats off to you boys!!
