Had a great experience here! The staff were all very kind, fast, and informative. The price for a conventional oil change is way cheaper here than Jiffy Lube or Dobbs too! If you fill out the survey on your receipt you ll get a 20% off coupon for your entire next service. I will definitely be coming back, not only to use the coupon but because the service was awesome as well.

Great location and always busy. The staff is friendly and I was impressed by how quick they are. There were about 7 of us in line to get a change and I was greeted by one of the service representatives. Even though I was last in line, he ran through the brief safety check with me and checked lights as well as topped off fluids. I appreciate now convenient this location is, central to Arnold and is surrounded by plenty restaurants and shopping centers. Would recommend to anybody in Arnold area

Fairly fast service. Should quit trying to sell services. Way too costly, $108.00 for a Chevy Cruze. Then it's full synthetic and they reser the computer for 3000 miles instead of 10k or 15k tryingfir another early visit. Sad

Oil change and employees were great. Other customers need to learn how to wait their turn and not butt in line. Maybe there needs to be a big line painted that says wait here. So an attendant can direct the flow.

Very fast service. No wait to get my oil changed. You sit in the car while they service your car. Pricey for an oil change but I'm and out in 15 minutes or so once you're in the bay.

I usually do my own oil changes, but I had my car lowered and the ramps and jacks I had weren't sufficient enough to do it myself. I have heard nothing but nightmares and headaches from quick lube shops so I avoid them as much as possible. But due to my circumstances, I had to take the risk. So I went to this location on 8/12/2023 to get a full synthetic oil change because it had decent reviews. Service was ok, you get the usual pestering of services you don't need like any other quick lube shop. In and out took about 30 minutes because there were a few other customers ahead of me. Today, I've put about 3K miles on my car and now have the ramps to do the job myself. Drain bolt to my oil pan is ok, came off with a little tension as it should. The oil filter they put on my vehicle was wrenched down WAY TOO TIGHT. Oil filters should only be put on snug as the gasket expands and seals with heat and wear, making them slightly tough to get off the vehicle on next oil maintenance. This is COMMON SENSE. This location put mine on so tight that the ratchet tool I use, as well as an oil filter wrench, to do my changes aren't working. The filter is tearing up with every attempt and its hardly turned at all. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. Train your technicians on how to properly affix oil filters to vehicles. Doing this to your customers only shows that you care less about them and more about the money you want when they cant do it themselves. Not cool.

I have been going to this location for almost 10 years with all my vehicles and have always received good service. My only complaint is yesterday I went for an oil change and didn t realize the time as I had alot going on. When I pulled up a couple of the men working looked at me and just shut the gate while staring me directly in the face. Another gentleman came out and politely told me they were closed and that s when I realized it was after 6. I apologized and thanked him and drove away while the other guys inside laughed and waved. I thought that was very rude of them when it was honestly a mistake on my part not noticing the time. I wasn t rude or caused a scene. I considered not even going back to this location because of that but I m not going to let one incident ruin years of good experiences for me. I just think some of the guys need to be more considerate when not knowing all the circumstances.

Much higher price than I am accustomed to, but top notch service. Helped me get a coupon, short wait, talked to me about everything they did. If I am in the area (state) again, I would use. Recommend!

They didn't have enough of 1 type of 0w-20 oil for my vehicle. They got oily handprints with which they didn't clean off of the front of my fleshly washed white car. On a prior visit they didn't properly put the oil filter access door back on the under carriage shroud of my car resulting in damage to the access door and shroud. I will never take another vehicle here ever again !

Doug and his team at this Valvoline were great! The wait was long because it was so busy (they had all bays running), but nothing anyone could do to prevent that. Doug was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He even had a coupon available for me to use because the one I had found was expired. Service was quick and efficient (can tell they re well-trained technicians) and Doug went the extra step to diagnose by check engine sign/fill my tires up! My dad went to get his oil changed the other day. He asked them to change the oil for 5,000 miles and they only changed it for 3,000 miles. I didn't notice until I got home that they lost my air caps on my tires. They did not act professional at all. I would not even rate 1 star.

They were friendly and quick. They did notice my serpentine belt was cracking in a few spots,& it was getting brittle. They said they could put a new one on. They showed me the belt. It was as bad as they said. I am happy they caught that for me. I would recommend.

Average service, not a bad place to be. I would recommend a better trained staff, the young boy under my car did not correctly install my oil filter the first time, and attempted to leave dripping oil raining down after he 'was done' with the oil change.Other than that the people were fine.

Fast and friendly service! The guys didn't push me to spend a bunch of money like I usually experience at oil changes. We changed a filter and a brake light that was out and it took me maybe 15 min to be in and out. The place was clean, and the staff was helpful.

The staff was pleasant and worked effectively in changing my oil. What I didn t like is that the staff did not take the time to change/ turn off the check oil light on my dashboard. I ve never gone to a place who doesn t assist you with this after an oil change. Lastly this location would not rotate my tires on my 2019 Jeep Wrangler. Overall, a great place to get your oil change but I really wish the staff would go the extra step to fix the light/message on your dashboard.

Amazing service as always! There was an issue with my card/their system and I was so embarrassed even though I knew I had the money. Im pretty sure I repeated I swear I have the money at least 3 times. Instead of getting frustrated or rude they were very kind and patient, and told me that they have been having issues. I have never had a bad experience in any aspect. Although I will say there was a man at the beginning who was a bit sassy but his name tag assured me that it s nothing personal. Ha! I will always go there for my oil changes. Always great service and you might get a good laugh too. Definitely recommend!Service: Oil change

I love Valvoline Instant Oil Change, but I strongly suggest using a different location. Very unprofessional management, and they messed up several of my services, even after I pointed them out. I was ignored, but clearly more knowledgeable than the staff here. No apology or effort was made for their failures. Overall we overplayed for extremely sub par service. We will never return to this location.

I was impressed with how thorough and efficient they were changing the oil. Nice and fast didn't have alone wait time. Their people were very nice In polite And most friendly. They even put it my dog gave her treats. I appreciate it she's a pit bull and she is a very sweet baby and they just uncooled all about her. I'm definitely coming back

Edit #2: Changed my 1 star to a 3 star review, giving credit where credit is due. The area manager gave me a call today and the issue will be resolved. He was very pleasant and restored my trust in Valvoline though I will not be returning to this location. Valvoline did the right thing in this instance and the staff I communicated with outside of the shop were really great.Edit: Day 7, still have not heard back from anyone in the company after hearing they were opening an investigation and would contact me within 3 business days. I gave 2 days of additional time since it was a holiday weekend. Over $500 in repairs to my vehicle plus $100 in towing.Original review: I have used this location exclusively for over a year now for oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance services and it had been mostly fine. They told me at my last visit a week and a half ago that a lug stud had been damaged by "whoever worked on the tires last" which was them. I wasn't going to sweat it because I anticipated a $100 repair and things happen. However, my car started shaking when driving over the last week so I thought the balance might be off. Took to another store since Valvoline does not balance and they told me they would not work on my car as it was not safe to drive and several lug studs had been severely damaged and it needed to be towed to a full auto repair shop. I was supposed to leave town for a funeral tomorrow and now have to deal with my sole means of transportation being broken by a company I trusted with my car's maintenance. I called and they wanted to "review" the last several times I've come in on camera and of course mentioned it didn't seem like their techs did anything incorrect. But they are the ONLY people who've touched my car in the last year and I literally witnessed their guys using their full body weight trying to force parts of my car. Now, I am worried about the other services I have had done now and wondering what type of damage will pop up later.Services: Tires, Oil change

Prices are higher than other places, but well worth it for the service you get! The guys here are friendly and knowledgeable. Whether they're just changing your oil or not, they'll look into anything you're wondering about while you're there and are very upfront about prices. They also show you mileage and recommended maintenance set by the manufacturers, not them, which I liked a lot. I never feel like I'm forced to buy something just because I ask. I highly recommend this location!

DO NOT USE the Festus, MO location. I waited almost thirty minutes in line behind a single vehicle in the bay. FOUR other customers came and went while I continued to wait. I then took a 40-mile round trip to another store (Vogel Rd. in Arnold, MO), where I waited 10-15 minutes and was quickly serviced, with apologies for the issue encountered at the other store. This is the THIRD time in 5 years I have encountered an issue with the Festus, MO store (N. Creek Drive). I will not be returning to that store, even though the Arnold, MO store is much further way than the 5.5 miles from home for the Festus, MO store.Service: Oil change
