Tire Choice is a great company. They stood behind their promises when I purchased 4 new tires from them. ( I drive 60-70 thousand miles a year so I buy a lot of tires) I switched over to them because Plaza Tire lied to me about the benefits of buying from them. Tire Choice is honest, friendly, and WAY BETTER SERVICE than Plaza Tire ever was. I m a customer for life now.

The manager, Gary Daniel, and his team went above and beyond when servicing my vehicle. I went in thinking I was going to need new rear tires and found out that I just needed a patch. As a service member who has to drive a lot and stay on a budget, their quick help and transparency mean a lot to me. I will be recommending their shop to my friends and family. Well done!!! Best shop and service around

After booking an appointment for an inspection online, I was told it would be about an hour for the inspection. I had someone pick me up and returned 2 hours later and my truck had not moved. The front desk guy was hanging outside casually chatting with another employee and nonchalantly told me they hadn t gotten to it yet. An apology wasn t even offered, he just said his inspection guy was behind. Even though I told him what time I would return to pick up, he never called to tell me they were behind. Unacceptable customer service. I highly recommend getting inspections, or any work for that matter, done elsewhere.

Had a walk in appointment at the Tire Choice off Richardson road in Arnold Missouri and talked to Gary Daniel and told him I need a mid price highway tire and pointed me to the Kelly Edge Touring. And they were the lowest price around. Asked Gary when could he have it done and he said an hour. He called an hour later and told me that they tested the alignment on my tires for free and said I was due for one. Told him to go ahead and said 20 minutes. So for 4 new tires and an alignment it only took 1 hour and 20 minutes. And they did a fine job.

Gary is a great service manager. I usually drop off my car for service. When I do have to wait, work is finished on time.

HORRIBLE customer service. Had an appointment set up for 4 tires installed. The tires were purchased through Tire Buyer, which is a company they regularly work with. All installation fees were confirmed to be covered through the purchase, yet somehow was not communicated. I was told I would have to pay $160 for installation, which is pretty ridiculous for tires that were paid for and delivered to their shop. After confirming this on the phone with the company, while I waited at the counter, the service manager proceeded to have an attitude about the issue with me instead of the company that arranged this. I told him I only needed the tires mounted and balanced, no check out of the vehicle was needed. He then told me I would be waiting about 2 1/2 hours, even with the appointment already set up. Any tire shop with decent employees can get this done within an hour. Never coming to this place for any service whatsoever in the future. You can find better service at just about any other tire shop.

Please stay away from these people. Each experience I've had was unpleasant from unprofessional workers and them potentially trying to scam me out of $600+. I needed new or fairly used tires and an alignment, now I know cars and theirs repairs can be expensive, but come on $1,100 for 3 tires and supposedly the 4th free new tires ($120-$150 each per what we were told). Makes no sense right? Dropped it, went elsewhere and paid half of what Tire Choice quoted me. Now fast forward to yesterday, I called to make an appointment to get a safety inspection done and the guy said he had an opening at 8:30 am and I asked if it was okay if I came in closer to 9 and he said that it would be okay. Now when I pull up this morning at 9 am the guy at the front said I missed my appointment that was at 8:30am. I am told him exactly what the guy on the phone said to me and he pretty much tells me that the guy I spoke to didn't work at that store and hops around so he doesn't know their store policies. Sounds like a problem that was on them and not me, but now I can't get the inspection done. He was rude and unhelpful. Will never even give this place a second thought or glance since its on my main road. Went to Lambert's and they were more than helpful and happy to at that, go there instead.

good tires at a decent price. Can get it done quicker or in a hurry than other places, are usually a week or more out to get tire work done.

Brought my mothers car in for two tires without an appointment and I m a time crunch. Gary, the store manager, was friendly, was able to get the car in, tires mounted, and me on my way in less than an hour. I will definitely be going there again.

Very pleased with my experience with Tire Choice Auto Service Centers in Arnold. I called about new tires for my vehicle on July 4th, after hitting a pothole. Gary, the manager answered immediately, was patient, and had the tires I was looking for in stock. I felt like I was talking to an old friend who knew a lot about tires. I had the tires installed the next day and was out in about an hour. Gary is kind, and welcoming. He knows his stuff as he's been in the business (and this area) for a very long time. The technicians handled my vehicle with care, and torqued my lug nuts by hand, and inflated my tires to factory spec. My car rides and handles better than new. Thanks you, Gary, I will definitely be back.

Giving this place 1 star is beyond what they deserve. I tried to go here twice for new tires and other services, and they are extremely unprofessional. Just having small talk about other shops and all they did was boast about how they were better and etc. when they couldn't even fit me in my scheduled appointment and say someone was ahead of me and they would take an hour, then another additional hour once I was scheduled in. Whoever schedules the appointments literally just tells me to come in whenever around the time I need to, then they'll tell me I'm late. These are all my problems and even though they may seem small, my significant other has left a review with 1 star as well with more specific encounters she's had with them, and I will definitely tell you that hearing from her, if you are a female do not go there at all. They will definitely upcharge you for small ridiculous things, and although they may be really good at oil changes, I am too. Just to let you know my perspective that I'm not just some random customer. I took my services 5 minutes down the street to Lamberts for the safety I needed and ALL the employees were helpful and honest and actually took off the ID/OD that I thought I needed when this place was going to charge me $42 for what cost me only $12 at another location. Go to Lamberts for your safety and inspection, go to Valvoline for your oil change (been going there for half a decade), go to Walmart for new tires (literally cost me half what they tried to charge my SO), and if you have good moral standings I'd stay the hell away from here. Never have I left a review like this, and I've been fuming before at other places but understand the mishaps, but THIS PLACE? Do not try to contact me for any more details or any further assistance as the best thing you can do is shut down your shop or fire all your employees. This is the most sexist auto shop I've seen, especially seeing other people's reviews as well, this place is beyond a shame.

Dont go to this shop had my truck for a year every time we ask its was excuses after excuses then they lost the key an had to search for it for 10 minutes bad place not trust worthy they also broke 2 parts on my truck they broke the egnition an a part in the steering column

I can't say enough good about these guys! Needed my oil changed quick because the dealership I was taking it to never changed it!!! I was so upset about it, so we went to Valvoline Instant Oil near Schnucks and waited for an hour in the heat and then they refused us service because my husband told them he only wanted an oil change nothing else. Then I found Tire Choice and they saved the day. Gary Daniel is a very nice, decent man. He tells you the truth and doesn't lie to you like other places. I will definitely recommend them and I will come back. 5 stars isn't enough to give him. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making a horrible day much better.

My bf usually take ours cars in when needed I just happened to be out that morning and noticed a screw in my tire. The guy at the counter said he wouldn't patch it because of locatiin of screw, nor put a spare on unless I bought a tire from them. I always keep with a spare with me so I figured just a quick swap or whatever but he said no it was a liability. So had bf call and they said they would do it for him. A very sexiest shop and was just trying to upsell me a tire tire we will never be going back there.

Gary is the nicest person & had the best customer service! I needed an ID/OD quick to get my car legal, & they got me in within the hour! They are reasonably priced & make everyone feel so welcome! Will only be coming here from now on.

I had a flat and it was close to closing. When I called Gary told me to come right over and they would get it my car done! New tire and on my way in 30 minutes! Thank you Gary and team!

I made an appointment online here, and Gary greeted me when I walked in. For some reason, the online platform did not push my appointment to them. However, Gary fit me in! My family is going on vacation tomorrow, so getting my oil change, tire rotation, and alignment was super important. Gary was so helpful and he's got a great personality, to boot!

My boyfriend and I were a little pressed for time and apparently Walmart automotive didn t have any workers to put tires on. I called this business and the gentleman was able to accommodate us and put on the tires right away. What a great business and wonderful employees that work there!

Tire choice! Absolutely awesome! I called while I was at another auto shop, who could not help me. They said come right away! They took me in, got everything taken care of. I was there less than an hour! They took very good care of me! Thank you tire choice!

These folks took care of me. I called 30 minutes before close and spoke to Ron who graciously undstood the time needs I had for getting a new tire, dropped the vehicle off and they had it done in no time. Literally saved me a ton of hassle. Thanks again.

These people charged me over 2K for a new fuel pump and "wiring" it did not need. Still ran just as awful after they "fixed " it. They were clueless. I hit up YouTube, found it was the TPS, replaced it for $65 in less than 1 HOUR and runs like new. I am very close to calling an attorney. I am sick of getting screwed by untrustworthy people. And this guy running the show in this store is indeed crooked.

Went had my truck worked on and was out within 2 hours. All the people working there.are always friendly and helpful. Especially Gary I think he s one of the most stand up people in the trade.Geoff Dames

My husband and I had above and beyond excellent service for our car when we got stuck coming back home to Chicago from our Austin road trip vacation.We had amazing service and hospitality from both Gary and Floyd. They treated us like more than just customers, but like family. Gary was outstanding because he worked as quick as he could to get us back on the road again, get all the necessary parts that would make it safe for us to travel, and we had great conversations while we waited.Unfortunately, we got stuck the weekend where St. Louis was hosting the Olympic Trials, so no hotel could take my family in because every hotel was booked. These two gentlemen waited over an hour after their closing time to be with us until we found a place to lay our heads for the night. They both used their local connections and resources and found us the last room at one hotel, which was great.On top of that, we traveled with our small dog and no Uber would pick us up. Every driver kept cancelling either because of the down pouring rain or our dog (even though we selected pet mode on the app). Regardless, we were stuck yet again. Floyd was so kind and personally drove us to our hotel that Gary found.We truly appreciate their kindness and are glad to now call them our friends. Plus, we have a safe spot to get our car checked for our future road trips!

Amazing service! The staff was extremely friendly, and was always keeping me up to date on what was happening. The manager was genuine, and was constantly looking out for me and my car. If anyone needs car services in the Arnold/Imperial area I 100% recommend Tire Choice!
