I am happy to give five stars for the service and quality experience that I have each and every time I take one of my vehicles to Meineke in Arnold.. From the time I make the appointment until the service work is completed. The team at the Arnold location is always willing and ready to help.. They do an outstanding job, and they are very timely in keeping appointments. My wife took our Honda Civic in for inspection and shared with me it was the best experience she s ever had taking a car to a shop. I would recommend Meineke in Arnold, Missouri to my family and friends, 100%.Thanks for the great job from the team at Meineke and we will continue to do business there and refer future customers to this location. If you re looking for a car repair shop, go here the mechanics work very hard and are the best. Thanks Shawn.Great job !!

Absolutely amazing experience and extremely friendly staff! They were able to solve the problem with my vehicle (it needed a fuel pump) and even showed me and explained to me why I needed one and told me what was happening so I wasn t left in the dark. Communication there between mechanic and customer was beyond my expectations! My car was in and out within 2hours !! I will be returning!

I went in to have my brakes checked on my lease vehicle. They let me know what they thought the problem was, but that it was likely covered under warranty and I should visit a dealership. I very much appreciated that!

Had a great experience at Meineke. Went in for an oil change and had to have brakes and rotors installed unfortunately. They had it done very quickly though and the staff was great. Thank you Courtney and Team! We appreciate it.

Got my car in for an alignment, it was cheaper than expected but the quality control was not payed attention to. I just got brand new wheels on my car, and the person who did my alignment did not only lose 3 of my lug spikes and denied ever touching them, I ended up having to replace them. He chipped off a lot of finish and left a gouge in my spoke. Would not recommend anyone who got fresh wheels to get an alignment from them. Very upset with the service to be honest.Service: Wheel alignment

I came into our local Meinike shop with a problem noise in the rear of my car without an appointment on a busy day and was taken care of in a very brief time with them test driving my car and diagnosing it as a warped rotor. Then after all that, they finished the work all within about an hour's time and I drove off with problem solved and a very pleasant visit and a very reasonable bill. Now , a couple of days later, no more noise problem and a car mechanic shop that I can trust. Thanks guys for the great job ! Pastor Ron

I took a car that I had just bought there that was already giving me trouble. I was really bummed but Dave Riley, the General Manager there, went above and beyond to help me figure it out. He checked it bumper to bumper and worked well past his duties to make sure my car was safe to drive with my kids in it. He was a blessing in time I really needed one. Him and his staff were thorough, kind, and made sure my car was running its best. Thank you Dave!

We could not recommend Meineke enough! We have a large fleet of company vehicles as well as personal vehicles and we take them all to Meineke. When a company vehicle goes out we are always in a hurry to get it fixed so our jobs are not delayed. The employees at Meineke understand this and seem to always (unless we are waiting on a part or there are special circumstances) get us back on the road by the next day! Everyone at Meineke is so friendly, polite, and great to work with. In the 5+ years we have worked with them, we have never had a bad experience! This was honestly the best experience I ve ever had at a car repair shop. I called with concerns on my breaks and needed an oil change. Courtney at the front was so kind and helpful through the entire process and got me in the same day to diagnose my car and change my oil. Was able to get new brakes put on the next day! Not to mention everyone that works there is so personable and actually care about you as a person. I will never go anywhere else!Services: Auto brake repair, Oil change

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Took my car in to meineke to get checked over from recovery after being stolen due to going through insurance. I did not have a good feeling about the job being done correctly for one the Manager, Courtney must have been on drugs and second, once I received the call that the car was ready, the tech who completed the job, Shawn, was unaware of OBVIOUS issues that I had to bring to his attention that I noticed but informed me that they were going to replace a oil drip pan and trans pan that was damaged in result of the theft. After that got replaced and I picked it up, I noticed that there were controls that were not working on my car as well as leakage from underneath and the RPM were all the way up to 3,000. I checked my transmission fluid and it was bone dry. So, I went ahead and took my car to a dodge dealership since my car was a dodge and I did not feel like Meineke listened to my concerns and did a thorough job since I was already having issues. I was informed that Meineke missed wires that were supposed to be plugged in which was causing the issue of controls not working. They also informed me that mieneke overfilled the transmission fluid after installing the transmission pan which caused transmission fluid to come out of top vent. They also used the incorrect type of adhesive to reseal my transmission pan after installing it. There was an aftermarket gasket found on pan instead of the RTV gray adhesive. I called Meineke the same day and spoke with Courtney who said she was the manager. She told me to bring the paperwork up and they can see what they can do. After work, I brought the paper work up to meineke and showed it to Courtney. She went in the back and brought out Shawn, the tech that did the work. There was no reason to bring out anyone else because it was in writing what meineke failed to do as well as mess up the job they were given. But I explained my self AGAIN to Shawn on what happened. First he said that he did not use a gasket on my trans pan and i showed him my reciept from mieneke that says trans pan gasket. After that, He just kept apologizing which I understand he knows he caused me more issues due to his negligence but I paid my deductible twice having to get everything replaced that Meineke messed up. Courtney told me, with attitude, " well I can't make any decisions, I will have to talk to the owner". Okay, that was fine. I asked if she wanted to make copies of the receipts from the other shop written statement of the findings after mieneke worked on it. Now all of a sudden the copy machine does not work.. HOW IRONIC. I suggested she take a photo with her phone so she did and I left. I called back the next day and spoke with Courtney again because I left without getting a time frame of when I should be hearing back from the owner. Courtney tells me that I should be hearing back Wednesday or Thursday. Friday came along and I still have not heard back. I call back up there and speak with Courtney. Courtney then tells me that the owner is very hard to get in touch with and in and out alot. (Red Flag). I call on Monday and Courtney puts me on hold and Cal answers. He said that he was the District Manager. He was rude and defensive right off bat regardless of me informing him that his worker, even said he made a mistake. He yelled" I'm not giving you your money back!" and did not listen to what I had to say. $1,000 spent for work done incorrectly and another $1,000 spent just to get the work fixed! This was a terrible experience and I will be getting my lawyer involved.

Came in on a Friday evening and had my car back by Saturday afternoon. Very nice and very fair price. 10/10 would take my car back for exhaust work.

Had an engine installed and Sean had never done a hybrid engine replacement before, he took his time as I wanted him to , and inspected everything with a fine tooth comb , he did an excellent job, he's now my mechanic

I recommend Meineke to anyone for service on there vehicles I ve been coming here for a year and have already had so many services done on my vehicles and I ve never had problems or complaints. I would have given zero but the survey will not let you do that.This is the worst visit I have they took my vehicle into the shop with no damage to the driver door and I got it back with damage scratches and a dent I left the vehicle for the owner to look at he said that it looks like it was keyed. A very dishonest person.

Went to the Arnold location off west outer road as a first time customer. They had good customer service and worked quickly to get my truck back the next day (it would have been same day but I couldn't drop it off till close to closing time the day prior) they were transparent about any issues I wasn't aware of but weren't pushy on upselling me services. They were very transparent on pricing and when I called around they seemed to be a the most cost effective option. Definitely recommend and will be going back in the future as I had a great experience!

Unexpected, expensive repair on a 2021 car recently purchased. Not covered by any warranty. Didnt default to the easy, expensive answer. Shawn and the team researched and found a successful fix for 1/3rd of the cost. So grateful for you! Thank you for doing the right thing.

I needed an extra tire put on one of my cars it was so bad it had the steel belt showing . The guy working thhat day got it fixed in a short time and Thhey were extra busy too. He was super nice too.

We went to get emissions done on both our vehicles . They were very quick and the man up front (forgot your name , sorry!!) was very good at explaining the report of what items I should take care of for my vehicle age and mileage. The tech who performed the test came in and was also very nice. Some places I feel like their techs hate their job and it shows .. this guy didn t seem like that at all. It s important to have happy employees because they will be more motivated to do their work properly which means your vehicle will run properly. Have been taking vehicles to this location for years. Something has changed past few years. Took my wife s car down for oil change. Left it for the day. Got a call late in the day stating that there was a break line twisted/damaged. Suggested new line and rotors. Oil change turned into brake job. I was fine with that. Then my wife picked it up after hours/paid over the phone. When I got home from working all day she asked me to drive her car. Said something didn t feel right. Couldn t turn the steering wheel. Took car back down on Sunday and left it. They called Monday at 4:30. Know the power steering is contaminated. $3600 for that repair. Started out with $100 oil change. $4200 out the door.Beware. Had a great experience at this location. Sean Stein expertly repaired my exhaust system and had my car running smooth less than 24 hours after I made the call to them. He even managed to get everything done for a fraction of the price I was quoted at other shops. I will be coming back here for future repairs!

They never did nothing to fix my car spent over 2,000 for my car again STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE , unless you want to be treated like trash! I warned you!!
