My truck got towed to K&K by the Arnold police and the tire was damaged somehow. I told Kevin about it, and they bought me a brand new tire, mounted and balanced with no charge. Didn't expect a tow company to own up to it but these guys are reputable. Thanks K&K because that would have been a lot of money out of pocket for me to buy another tire.

Real McCoy autobody, took my car to the shop because someone hit my driver side rear of my vehicle, kicking in my driver side wheel at the top, took it here for an alignment saying everything is completely fine, except that my springs are sagging, blaming my sagging springs for my vehicle now having a wheel kicked in at the top even though a driver hit it and cause that kept telling me I was wrong he s right I will never go here. I Will never recommend this to any one.

Very Easy to work with. I dropped my truck off overnight to have a sensor repaired on the gas tank. By 12:30 the next day, they called me and told me it was ready. The price was reasonable and the friendly service was refreshing from an auto mechanic. I will be sure to use K&K again in the future.

Got in an accident and had car towed there. Tall lanky older gentleman at the front office rude as can be! Wouldn t recommend going there. Was on the phone with insurance and guy was clearly not happy about being in the heat, but it s YOUR job to help people with their cars and damages. Tried telling my insurance agent they were going to charge service and admin fees on top of the tow and storage due to waiting an hour and a half when it was 22 minutes. Rude AF. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Took my truck in for an bad ICP sensor. Get a call later saying I need to replace my suspension box(which in fact I did, and I was aware of the issue). I confirm the estimate given over the phone. The weekend goes by and I get a call today(Monday) saying my truck is ready. And then I'm told I now have a radiator leak(never once was this an issue), I pick the truck up anyway and realize my fuel light is on once I start it. I drive to nearest station to fuel up. Start the truck and my fuel light is still on(needle all the way to E). So I call Darryl at k and k, tell him the issues I'm having now. He tells me that his mechanics were no where near these issues to be taken blame. So I think Darryl should consult his other brother Darryl and figure out what his mechanics did to my truck. Never should you drop a vehicle off for work and get it returned with MORE issues than when dropped off. Avoid this place at all cost for your own sake

Got my truck towed with a police hold on it. The bald older gentleman told me over the phone he would let me get my title out of the truck to get the hold taken off. He was rude as F on the phone. Well I drove down to Arnold and he wouldn t let me get the title or let me take pictures of the damage to send to my mechanic to see if I could even drive off the property without paying the tow and storage fees. Wouldn t do anything to work with me. Long story short I was deceived and was treated with a great deal of disrespect. Don t use these piss poor indivuals for any type of service.

Had my car towed roughly 15 miles into the city, driver was super friendly and quick. Although he wasn't super excited about unloading my car in the city, he stayed friendly and accommodating. Pricing isn't too bad either.

I was involved in an accident. K&K auto repair was called by the police not me. my vehicle and the other vehicle that struck me were both put on the same rollback. K&K s location was only 1.3 miles away from the accident I was charged as well as the other person involved in the accident over $200 to be towed 1.3 miles. this company is a big rip off they are very unprofessional they left the ignition key on my vehicleand it ran down my battery at the accident there was big pieces of debris in the middle of the street I asked the driver was he going to clean it up and he said I m not worried about it I ve got to go to another call. For 3 years running K+K has been the only one to touch my motorcycle for annual inspections. Very nice and personable transaction.Although I do the majority of my own mechanic work to my vehicles, if I get in a bind I will definitely lean on these folks for a solution.

My husband wrecked his car 2 1/2 hours from home, K&K was called out late on a Friday night. I was able to talk to them Saturday (during their closed hours about the car. The following Monday morning we went to clean out the car and everyone was very friendly, they walked out with us and talked about the car and just made us feel very welcome.The most props goes to the amount of respect I want to pay this company due to the most amazing thing I saw.The original owners of the company from the 70s, wife past away and the funeral procession was driving by, they lit up every tow truck they had and all their employees stood on the side of the road to pay their respects! What a way to show true class.Thank you for helping with our terrible situation which could have been way worse! They truly should have a 5*

Friendly on the phone when I made my appointment, but the first man that I encountered when I went in, was not so friendly. His name was Terry and i know that because someone on the phone must have asked his name. I tried striking up a conversation with him and he was having none of that.

this company is a joke. they towed our car saying it was not drivable real funny we pulled it out and drove it 60 miles home with no issues. any other tow company would of helped the kid pull a peice of plastic off that was flapping and let him drive away. but no just cause they have Arnold cops backing them up they rob people. I sat beware they are crooks call miners towing if you ever need a tow.

Pretty quick, and reliable. Wasnt the cheapest and the inside of the truck was messy. However, the driver was friendly and got me where I needed to go. Apparently, the auto service center is expensive.

This business should have a much higher rating. Unfortunately retributive customers are most vocal. Someone said if they could give them zero stars they would...gee, how original. Well if I could give them 100 stars I would. They are fair, honest, fast. What more can you ask for?

I just got back from a tow/ engine check job at K&K. Not only were they quick and courteous right from the start of the tow to the end of the repair. But they are definitely a company I'd recommend.

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY'RE CROOKS!!! U BETTER HOPE YOUR CAR DOESN'T GET IMPOUNDED AT THIS LOCATION CUZ THEY'LL ROB YOU BLIND AND WILL WORK WITH ARNOLD POLICE DEPARTMENT TO GET YOU OUTTA YOUR MONEY!
