I just purchased a 100$ DS1 HID for my Jeep and upon request from shop quote was 800$ with install! Just did it myself with a little monkeying around with two arms and with no hesitation I got both headlight and Tailight bulbs replaced Like New all for 100$ total! The bulbs look fantastic and the workmanship and quality is dealership service quality forsure I appreciate you Jefferson County Auto Parts!

We have been going here for years for auto parts. Everyone is helpful, knowledgeable and polite. They are well stocked and are usually able to have something brought in stock, if it is not in the store. They're good about giving you different options and price ranges on parts, abd explaining the difference between the various options. They will even carry your parts out for you, if you need it. I have never had a bad experience here. I have even sent my (older) kids in and they also have been treated respectfully.

Salesperson was not knowledgeable in ordering parts I needed. Wasn't able to get a refund because it was a special order. Needed a different part that was less expensive. Out of pocket and lose of $300 for a $100 dollar part........Not happy !!!.Shame on you Jefferson County Auto Parts.

Fantastic local auto parts store, plus they will deliver for additional fee. I always try to come here to a local business before going to a big franchise store like Autozone or O Reillys.

The boss is great counter guys have good customer service skills but need to pay more attention to detail kept telling us they did not have a part in stock after telling us on the phone they did! Finally the boss told them the part was in stock and told them to pay attention to the notes in the computer system!

I do not really want to give this place a poor overall rating I just had a bad experience. I have been a customer for several years so this was a surprise to me when I was treated this way. I took a set of front brake rotors in to have them resurfaced when I did a brake job on my car. The rotors were warped due to the pulsating in the steering wheel when applying the brakes. When I install brakes I always get the rotors resurfaced or buy new rotors. When I got the rotors back on after resurfacing the pulsating was still there. I took them back and told them about it and the manager basically said I did not know what i was talking about and proceeded to tell me all of the other things that could be causing the pulsating. I have been working on cars for over 20 years so I did not need the manager berating me and telling me I was wrong. He said they could resurface them but if they were still pulsating that I would have to eat the $40. I didn't want to take the chance so I bought new ones. I installed them and no pulsating. Hmmmm. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the manager did give me a small discount on the new ones and this is the first bad experience I have had there. Could have been handled differently.

Excellent parts great prices, very friendly staff,if they don't have it, they can get it, ac delco,motorcraft,and Mopar, parts are original equipment for your vehicle,give them a shot at satisfying your needs, they will.

Great place for all your car repairs. Even thou they were so busy, they were able to squire me in for appointment. Great service and very affordable prices.

They found the part that I needed but it was kind of pricey compared to the price of a new one but I will definitely use them in the near future to complete the repairs that I have to do

Terrible place. I just put brake pads and rotors on in October. The rotors are warped. They would not exchange the rotors even though they were only 5 months old
