Overall a wonderful experience! I worked with a sales rep Greg, who was very personable and knowledgeable. It took a while to get through the whole buying process but that was partly due to my indecision and me asking lots of questions. Even the front desk cashier was very personable. The car I picked out is pretty nice. There are some issues but they are working with me on them. Please note this place does not roll the sales tax into your loan. You have to pay the DMV separately.

Greg was amazing. We first dealt with Ray in O Fallon who was professional and personable. And when he wasn t able to help us because of the previous Gail storm; he referred us to the Arnold location. The whole process was quick, seamless and painless. 10/10 would recommend. This is our 3rd vehicle purchased from InstaCredit and never had anything but stellar customer service.

I have purchased 2 cars from Greg at InstaCredit and am very happy with both! No major issues to report on either car. One car i have totally paid off and the support staff for their payment team is awesome, they are very understanding as long as you talk to them and were willing to work with me through hard times.

Super easy & quick process. They really do get you into something no matter your credit you just have to have the down payment and insurance ready to go. I have 2 repos and they were still able to get me into something nice !!! Greg is helpful !

Greg was very thorough and accommodating. Also knowledgeable and helpful. The entire process took less than 2 hours and there were no hidden charges or fees. Due to a divorce, a relocating also an accident which has rendered me unable to work at this time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND INSTA CREDIT AUTO MART. Especially if you have less than perfect credit. The entire staff were wonderful! Each took the time to make sure I left the dealership with a vehicle that I wanted at a price I can I afford.

Honest, decent men and woman work here, will always get my business. Car had issues after purchase and they have been communicating amazingly with me in an unfortunate event, they are keeping their word and taking care of it. I will appreciate it for a long time.

Greg was great thank you arnold mo he made sure my car was clean update service department refused to make an appointment to fix my car with a check engine light that just came on I work and my house is an hour away they want me to leave my car for 3 days I just wanted an appointment to diagnose the issue the service department refused I should be a priority since I just bought this chevy malibue any ways Collinsville I'm illnois made my appointment right away

Greg was awesome! Very nice, he explained everything I needed to know and answered all questions I had. It was a long day, we were aggravated with stuff we couldn't control, but Greg still smiled! I kept him from eating lunch tho, for that I apologize. My New to me car is awesome too! And affordable.I would definitely recommend instacredit to everyone.Thanks again!

Get service, quick approval , and reasonable car payments .. you better get you one of these cars. Once I drove mines , I was like aww yeah this is for me. The people are quick and now I'm Rollin !! seriously stop on by!!

Everyone there were amazing. Greg is the easiest person to figure these not so easy things out with. He helped me every step of the way to find what I needed and help me get there! I would recommend them everytime!! So helpful and found the van I was looking for!Thank you Greg and the women also working. They were so nice, great customer service as well!

I bought a car last July to help build my credit have not missed one payment. Come to find out they stopped sending a credit report 7 or 8 months ago. I also pay every 2 weeks so it should be 2 on time payments every month sometimes 3. Besides the fact I'm already upset KELLY my account manager has the absolute worst absolute worst customer service skills I've ever experienced .100% completely unprofessional and would never send anyone to insta credit a complete joke...

I gave them 5 stars before but now we are on the 3rd car purchased-financed through them and its been a nightmare. Drove the car off the lot and instant problems. Took it back in and they fixed one of two problems. Now its out of warranty and they said they wont fix the problem that shouldve been covered under warranty. Time to get a lawyer involved

It was a very good experience. The dealer was very busy with several customers at the same time and made sure to keep up with every one of us constantly. There was no pressure buying and we were allowed to test drive several vehicles before we finally found the perfect vehicle for us. I would definitely recommend and will be doing repeat business in the future.

This place is great. I have just signed for my 2nd vehicle from Greg Langer. He is so very helpful and was willing to go out of his way to make sure I chose the vehicle I wanted.
