Five Star in Arnold was amazing! They spent some time inspecting my car for damages, took lots of pictures, and then we set a date to bring my car in to get started. While they had my car, they emailed me with updates about every other day, first to let me know when they started and further to let me know the progress and when the job would be completed. They ALSO replaced my windshield at no labor cost since they were already doing a full paint job! They were all super helpful and accommodating. Great experience over all and I'll definitely recommend in the future!Service: Painting

Okay so check it out! We were really in a pinch. We did not have rental car insurance and had already booked our vacation and now had no car to get there! Tracy at Five Star worked hard and worked close with us to get the car finished before we left for vacation! He said he would do all he could but couldn t promise anything. The day before we left for vacation he called to say the car was finished and we were good to come in and get it! How exciting!!! So impressed with Five Star! Thank you so much!

The people here are amazing.The best experience I have ever had. They where patient helpful and understanding. They kept me informed there the whole process. My rental car got all messed up and they gave me a ride home and picked me up when my car was done. They went above and beyond to help me out and work with me and they all had a smile on there face and never mad me feeling like I was a bother. I would and will recommend them to everybody and anybody they are truly amazing. Thank guys for everything.

I'm extremely particular about my cars, and chose Five Star based solely on their reviews. Matt and Eric did an astounding job communicating with me and ensuring that my vehicle would be returned in the best possible condition. It honestly felt like they were on my side throughout the entire process. I did some work on the car after picking it up and even went on a long trip - everything looks and functions perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to take any of my cars to Five Star, and would immediately recommend them to my friends and family. Someone ran into my wife's car and destroyed the front end at the end of July. Matt was my Rep at Five Star Autobody and keep me aware of everything going on. He even told us we could take a tour of the facility while the car was being worked on. Eric, the owner, actually took us on the tour. The car was being painted at the time. It was very reassuring that Matt and Eric both let me know their work is good for the lifetime of the car. I can't thank them enough for making the car look and run like I just drove it off the dealers lot. Matt went the extra mile dealing with rentals and the insurance company. It's in the name! My wife and I had a really great experience with Five Star Auto-body.Our car had been in a number of accidents over the years and this recent fender bender was the last straw. It seemed like it was time for a makeover. The car was completely repainted and the crew at Five Star did an excellent job! Not only did they repaint, but they also took the time to clean the vehicle inside and out for us. They communicated everything in a very timely fashion. They also communicated with our insurance company and the rental service as well. It was seamless and we could not be happier! If you need body work on your car or truck, going anywhere-else would be a waste of time and money.Very professional! Hands down, simply the best!Special Thanks to Eric, Jennifer, the "Old Man" and the outstanding crew at Five Star!

Fantastic experience overall and second time to use Five Star Auto Body. Our Toyota Highlander was involved in an accident. This shop was recommended by Geico and I did the usual research. They had the highest reviews and I couldn't find anything bad about them. We went ahead and let them fix our Highlander and I can honestly say it came out better then I could have hoped for. The repairs were fantastic. We were able to use OEM parts to keep the vehicle like new. Shane was fantastic to deal with and made sure I was kept informed of the process. I received a text message daily updating me about the car. I dropped off Monday at 9:30 and was omw home Thursday at 4:30. Eric, Tracy and their team are by far the best I have ever dealt with and will get as much business as I can send them.

Tracy at 5 Star did an excellent job walking me through the entire process, treated me very professionally, and I was well informed throughout the repair and estimate process. Enterprise allowed me to pick up and drop off my rental at their business, which was extremely convenient. They did an amazing job painting the quarter panel and matching the color to the original, and I even had them install a racing stripe for me. After they detailed the car it looks better than before the damage. I would definitely recommend to friends and family, or anyone looking for professional body work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Eric and his crew did an outstanding job on the repaint of our Toyota. There was a recall from Toyota due to a defective paint that kept peeling. Eric worked with Toyota and made sure the entire car was repainted so that it all would match. It looks amazing. Just like brand new.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Over the past several years we have had several cars repaired by 5 Star Auto Body/Caliber Collision. Tracy and Ryan have both been excellent to work with. They are great with communication and dealing with insurance companies. Their work on all 3 vehicles have been top notch (tree fell on one car, front end of Jeep ripped off and repair to roof of truck). If we need body work services in the future, we will use their services once again!

Service was great. Dropped my car off with no issues. They got the OE parts and the paint match was perfect! The added touch of cleaning the outside as well as the inside was the cherry on top. This is the second time we were in need of Five Star's expertise and have nothing but good things to say! They are knowledgeable in every aspect of car repair. They kept us in the loop on everything that was done and did everything in a timely manner. The work done was perfect and we are very happy with the results. Every person we had contact with was very helpful and treated us like gold. We arrived in our rental, and left with our like-new car. The icing was when they arranged to return our rental for us. Extreme Professionalism, Attention to Detail, Commitment to the Highest Level of Customer Service/Satisfaction, and MOST Importantly.......A Commitment to doing the right thing, at the right time, for all the right reasons, and ESPECIALLY when nobody's looking! That's Five Star Auto Body in Arnold Missouri!!!!!I needed some body work done after a ladder had fallen against my truck creasing the rear passenger door. I asked the great folks at Weiss Toyota in St. Louis (dealer where I bought the truck) who they trusted and the ONLY answer was Five Star. I took my truck there, met with Tracy Sears, got a fair and honest quote, and then proceed to take 6 months before I brought my truck in for repairs.When I finally got around to taking my truck in (I felt bad for taking so long), Tracy and the team met me with the same level of commitment and interest as they had 6 months prior (can't say I would have done that). I left my truck for a week while on business travel and expected to pick it up the day I returned. I was shocked and excited to receive daily email updates on the progress of the repairs, and the confidence that the completion date and quality would exceed my expectations.That didn't happen! Tracy called me the day prior to returning and informed me that the work had been completed, but that he and the owners of Five Star would not allow my truck to leave their location. I was slightly confused and a little pissed off at first, but when Tracy explained that he and the team could still see the slightest (I would never have noticed had Tracy not shown me) wave in the door post repair, and that while the untrained eye would never see it, theirs eyes did.....and that wouldn't fly with them. Again, was kind of shocked and confused, but that quickly turned to excitement. This type of behavior in business is a lost art, especially when the company will be required to eat some of the cost to MAKE IT RIGHT. Not Five Star! This is a prideful group of people with great character, and I'm really glad to have given them my business, and you can guarantee any and all future business! Thank You Five Star Auto Body!

So I had some dents in the Aluminum hood of my Model S that were really tricky because they only appear while sitting in the hot sunshine. I showed them to Eric the owner who has been doing PDR since the 90's and he knew exactly what to do. He and one of his crew members Scott removed the dents very quickly. I am impressed with the work they do. I was surprised how inexpensive it was too. Thank you 5 Star.

I chose Five Star because of their amazing reviews and they lived up to the expectations. Tracy gave updates on my car throughout the whole way and answered any questions I had promptly. Also the driver at fault s insurance did not get back with Tracy with the documents needed to repair my car and he was very persistent contacting them to get what was needed. He treated it like it was his own car that needed to be repaired. My car is now repaired and looks great! Thanks Tracy and Five Star Auto Body.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Truck was in an accident the day before Thanksgiving. This company was upfront with letting us know the time frame for the repairs to be complete and they were pretty darn accurate. They would have had it done sooner but they were waiting for the insurance company to approve parts that they had no choice but to replace after the initial overview due to electronic components or what-not that wasn't seen with just an eye view inspection of the damage.Myself and Tracy had had a discussion about the work force shortage, which is still plaguing small businesses regardless of what the news reports say but he assured me that they had enough staff to meet the public's needs. A few other places I called in December said they were so short handed that they wouldn't be able to even start on the repairs until end of February or beginning of March.There was always communication, text or email during the process. My husband is not the most patient person in the world but he didn't have any complaints about Five Star or the time frame because Tracy was straight about it from the start. As of this review, we've only had the truck back for 4 days. My husband said that everything seems fine and it seems to be driving good. I am confident that if we do come across any issues that need to be tweaked, Tracy will try his best to make it right. He seems to me to be a straight shooter about the process and has the understanding that you are without your vehicle and they want nothing more than to get it returned to you to the best of their ability.I hope this review is helpful to anyone who has the misfortune to be in an accident and need repairs. Please remember to keep an open mind and use common sense when reviewing a Google review. I just got my SUV back from 5 Star Auto Body in Arnold and as the name implies, I received 5 Star service! I worked with Shane E and had a great experience. The techs also went above and beyond to repair my vehicle and did an amazing job. I got my car back super clean and noticed the next day that they even took care of a few door dings for me too.
