Very pleasant and helpful staff. They do great work. A friendly atmosphere. There is a waiting room that has coffee and other drinks. Also, donuts, while supplies last. This is a trusted business, and I would recommend it for you auto and truck needs.

I am a new customer. I was impressed by first getting an early appointment the next day. The technician diagnosed my issue and then I was sent a text message with details and an authorization to perform the needed work. The repair took most of the day so Rob drove me home. The service was thoroughly explained to me. I will continue to recommend Fairway to family and friends. Justin did a great job working on my Jeep, Rob is extremely professional, and every employee I came into contact with was friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been using Fairway since they opened their first location. They never cease to amaze me on the growth of their company. Internally and externally. They are constantly finding ways to improve the customers experience. This morning I received an email from Fairway regarding my vehicles maintenance history. It listed the last time I had an oil change and tire check, the days left until the suggested next maintenance check, and my odometer reading from the last visit. It really is next level service. I do not know of any other automotive company that is using this platform. Just another thing that separates Fairway from all of the other competitives. -Added Value to the Max

The new Arnold location was great. I scheduled an oil change, emissions, and tire rotation. They gave me an estimate for additional things they found and were honest enough to not do the tire rotation knowing I d need new tires in the next few months. I also love that they send you the pricing before they start on any work. My entire family is now bringing their vehicles here. They are proof that when you re nice, do honest work, and price your work reasonably people will want to send their friends and family your way.

The Fairway team is always amazing! Was able to get a swift appointment to remove a screw and patch my tire at the beautiful, new Arnold location. Rob is awesome and drove me to work. Love the Fairway crew!

After losing our past shop and hunting for a good place to take our cars, we decided to give Fairway Automotive a try. They were fantastic, friendly and fast, no pressure to fix things out of the budget right now, they were honest about what could wait, what was recommended by the dealer and what could be an issue in the near future and what issues could come up. It wasn't a big job, It was a small job but we have our new "go to" fix it shop. We really appreciate everybody that works there, electronic approval process is great, you can approve or decline any services from home.

My visit with Fairway Automotive, was a very positive and warm atmosphere! They really make you feel at ease and will answer any questions you have! They provide a see thru window so you can see into the work area! I highly recommend this place! They provide, snacks and a variety of drinks as well! I found this place while I was looking to get my safety and emissions done! I went here, because of their 5 star ratings!

The hospitality and customer service made my son and I feel right at home. They got me in and out quickly with my emissions test. I told the manager Tim about my bad experiences earlier in the day at Valvoline and he gave me a $25 gift card. They definitely have gained another customer!

Loved their online scheduling system. Word of advice, their default oil is a very high quality oil that is a little pricier than others. They can use other oils but they may not have it readily available. The waiting room was pleasant and everyone was very nice.

Was able to get our repair covered by our extended warranty when the dealership couldn t! The tech doing the repair even cleaned our throttle body at no extra charge just because it needed it! Great service, attention to detail, quality repairs and quick! If you want to rest easy knowing your repairs are done well Fairway is the place to go.

LOVE Fairway! Very happy with the service, the integrity, and now with the location in Arnold 5 mins from my house! I will never use another shop! Also a big fan of the system they use to send your estimates/findings, very user friendly and convenient. Highly recommend!

Amazing service! Ive taken both of our vehicles up there, and left with a smile both times.They re quick, efficient and fairly priced.The manager Avery was extremely helpful and good at explaining what was going on!

I had a emissions test done. I called the day of and they fit me in with no problems even though they were busy. I only waited a short while and the waiting room was great. They had a tv with complimentary snacks and drinks. I would definitely use them again.

It's rare in today's market to find trustworthy, competent, and pleasant service. But that is exactly what I found at Fairway Automotive in Arnold. Because I drive an old beater of a truck I expected the staff to be condescending and arrogant, but they were the exact opposite of that. The icing on the cake was that it was all done for a very reasonable price. I will take all of my vehicles to Fairway and will enthusiasticly recommend them to family and friends.

Staff is wonderful, they are knowledgeable on foreign and domestic cars. I had my Mini Cooper in and well as Gmc Sonoma. There was issue with my Mini ,previous place put wrong plug in my oil pan. They could have charged me for new oil pan, but were honest and got wrong plug out and were able to replace with with correct metric plug. That showed me this place is honest and not wanting to rip people off. I will definitely bring all my cars there. The guys that work on cars are very nice, willing to explain everything, take you back and show you problems. Store itself is clean as well as inside shop.

I haven't had any repairs done yet But the guys were really great.They went out of their way to try to accommodate my vehicle But since they just opened they really weren't equipped to handle mine but they did direct me to one of their other stores. I will surely take my other vehicles up there though. THANKS GUYS!!!

Looking for an honest car mechanic shop? Check out Fairway Automotive in Arnold, old Calverts building. My experience was exceptional. Also they offer 3 year/ 36,000 mile warranty on all their work. Never had a mechanic shop offer that type of warranty. Give them a try!

The pomp and circumstance stuff they do there are all great up front. Problem I had was I sent my friend up there for an oil change and tire rotation a few days ago because i didnt have time to do it myself since i was going out of time. They told she needed brake pads and the rotors all the way around. I had just replaced all of then the week before. That kind of honesty is not something we need. Very disappointed. Definitely won't be going back there.

From the minute I walked in to the time I picked up my car, I was treated amazingly!! Avery went through everything with me, several times because I'm picky about my Mustang, and explained it all without making me feel like an idiot. Pricing is BEYOND fair and thankful that "Molly" is running perfect again! Thank you all for being so thorough, honest...and I will definitely be back!!

Excellent customer service, really nice guys and easy to talk to. Made an appointment convenient with my schedule and they even called me with a reminder to drop off (because life gets busy and I forgot!). My vehicle was done when promised and the ease of everything was a breeze.

I don t even know where to begin. What an amazing experience so far. I am 53 and have had lots of experience with automotive shops and this one is by far the best ever for me. These exceptionally professional and respectful guys have really made me feel comfortable and heard. Love this place so far.

My sister had her car towed to Fairway after it broke down. Turned out the motor was toast. They were very nice and blessed her by not charging her to diagnose the problem. I will recommend them in the future.

Fairway automotive was a wonderful business to work with. They addressed all of the concerns we had with our 2010 Mazda 3. This vehicle has been a part of our family for 14 years and had all of the routine maintenance done on it. We were concerned with it having 255k miles that it would not be worth the money necessary to repair it. Justin Bickel was an incredible technician, for he provided us with video and diagnostic notes through the entirety of his troubleshooting process via hyperlink and conveniently sent them to us via text message to my cell phone. This allowed us to stay informed realtime as he was discovering each issue, so we could understand and research what was truly wrong with our vehicle instead of just taking the technicians word for it. Upon completing his diagnostics of the vehicle Justin then sent over another hyperlink that included the new quotes for any additional repairs that he believed were needed on the vehicle, and at this point we were truly able to make an informed decision because of the amount of information provided through the entire process. After hearing how much our car meant to us and diagnosing our issues, he was able to empathize and repair our vehicle in the most economically rewarding way for both myself as a customer and fairway automotive as a business. I would highly recommend Fairway Automotive for any of your Vehicles mechanical repairs, and refer Justin Bickel as empathetic, sympathetic and a knowledgeable professional mechanic.
