Car got taken here after my wife hit a deer. They were very nice and polite, and got a detailed estimate to our insurance very quickly. After work started and the estimate had to (understandably) change, they explained exactly why\how and by how much. Even after it was declared a total loss they were very helpful getting it picked up by the insurance company. Definitely recommend going here, and I'll be back if I need work in the future.

Most of my experience was with Amber at the front desk, and she was amazing! Anyone else I encountered was very polite and efficient in their work. My car was in the shop for about a month, but they kept in contact with not just me, but my insurance throughout to ensure that I was updated every time something happened. They were even able to get my car done earlier due to some scheduling conflicts despite me insisting it was ok if it was not done in time. I would recommend them to anyone, I always felt so welcomed and there was never a moment where I was confused in the whole experience. They were fantastic!

CARSTAR Arnold was great to work with. They are very communicative, and pleasant to deal with. Did an amazing job on fixing my Traverse after I was hit. They definitely made a very stressful situation easier.

Recently, my new car was rear-ended on the highway. The car was towed to CarStar-Arnold and once there, the excellent customer service set in. They called me and let me know they took a preliminary look but would be taking a much deeper look the following week since it was Friday afternoon. They also said they should be able to have it done in about a week. They kept me informed every step of the way and my car was completely done in about a week. When I picked it up, I was stunned that it looked better than when I got it brand new off the lot. The sales rep went over everything that had been done and made me feel quite comfortable that everything was done properly! CarStar-Arnold has worked on several of our cars over the years and their repairs and customer service are always outstanding!

Though it seems most body shops are about 3 months behind for appointments, no fault of there's, my experience with Carstar was awesome. Excellent and quick work once appointment date arrived. Absolutely no negative remarks to be had.

I have only good things to say about CarStar. I have had to use them twice and they were great. Greg Bugg answered all my questions and was good at settling me down after the accident, He explained exactly what the procedure would be for the car and told me they would keep me informed throughout the process. I would refer anyone who needs car repairs done to use CarStar in Arnold. They are the best and you can t go wrong with them!

These guys were exceptional. From the moment I brought my car in, to their daily phone updates, to picking up my car when it was complete.They even had Enterprise Rent-a-Car meet me at their location, very convenient.I worked with Greg Bugg, a repair consultant. He treated me with respect, explained everything in detail and provided excellent support.The before and after shot tells it all. It looks brand new and I am very pleased with their service.I highly recommend CARSTAR of Arnold to anyone needing auto body repair. Working with Jason and everyone at carstar was the easiest part of my recovered car theft insurance claim. They showed urgency to help me. Been going to Carstar for over 20 years. They have always been very detailed in fixing any problems with our cars . All employees are professional and friendly! I recently had an issue with something splashing up on the panels on passenger side of my car that i could not clean off my car. . They were able to get that area all cleaned. Great place to have car repaired after being rear ended. You can t tell my car was ever damaged. They keep you updated regularly. Staff is nice and easy to work with. This was the third time our family has used. Every car looked great when they were finished. I would highly recommend them.
