I recently received exceptional assistance from AutoZone worker Allan Wilson when I encountered issues with what I thought was my battery. Allan's extensive knowledge and friendly demeanor made the entire experience really smooth. He was super nice and was genuinely helpful in times were that attitude is in short supply. It might only be doing his job, but his customer service will make me come to this AutoZone over any other ones closer to my house.

Worst experience of my life.I ordered a part online that I wanted to reselect product. product was delivered to my home, before i went to get a refund on my online purchase, I arranged a transfer of a similar product from kirkwood to richardson rd, arnold. they said it would arrive at 9 am but to call at 930. at that time I was told my product was not delivered. I went home expecting a possible call that my parts arrived.. no call, so by 3:30 pm, I ordered the parts online. I went to that location the next day, when my overnite delivery did NOT arrive, and still has not 2 days later. I was informed that the store transfer did in fact arrive by 2:30 on the day it was supposed to be there by 930 but no call from staff, SO. I returned the original ac compressor but they only refunded the sale price, no sales tax. I said I paid 453 bucks , I want 453 back. the young and rude manager told me he didnt have to refund the tax, things escalated so I called the police to witness any further interaction, before the police arrived, the rude young manager called his district mgr who said give me the tax out of the drawer, as the rest went back on my card. which by the way is taking about 3 days to be available so I could not even purchase the parts that had been shipped there because I already had over 900:00 invested in online purchases, so I left, I called another local store to have the parts shipped to them. they said no problem , it would be 1 PM. called , another failed delivery. called all stores involved and no one could answer why my part was not transferred. my guess, it was blocked by the rude young manager. now it is10:20 the day after my paid for product should have been delivered. the fedex tracking is useless. fedex says it has not been shipped, autozone online says it has, but no estimated delivery. tomorrow morning will be 2 days late. I am disabled and have dr appointments and have had a mechanic at my house several times to do the repairs. USE CAUTION WITH THIS STORE, another location told me the sales tax thing was completely wrong and yhe rude manager was not trained properly, called the bad store again to speak to an older female manager. she backed the young rude manager

Daniel O was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist me. I walked in to purchase a new battery because my car died across the street at the McDonald s, and instead of selling me a battery and having me walk back to my car with it, he walked with me to jump my car, so that I could bring it over and make sure I was purchasing the correct battery. He installed it for me as well. I am pregnant, and it was very nice of him to do. He could have just did the bare minimum, and I appreciate him doing more than that.

The staff was very friendly and helpful after my radiator hose started leaking. Alen was particularly helpful in helping me swap in a new one in the parking lot, which was a lifesaver. I can't thank him enough for helping me in a desperate time!

I ended up not being able to start my car after a doctors appointment on Tuesday. After getting a jump start I headed to your store and was greeted and helped by Daniel O. he helped me find what I needed and installed the battery for me. He also offered a couple items to help maintain the battery. You are lucky (in these times) to have such a nice employee.

Allen W was a wonderful help. We came in, after spending hours trying to change a headlight, he helped us exchange for the correct light and even put the light in for us! It was super quick, super easy, and he was an incredibly nice person. We are very grateful for your time and help! Thank you again!!

prices on the shelf are different price than they ring up. You need to watch the store and then they have a bad attitude about you telling him the price is wrong so just eat $1.50 and MoveOn.

I broke down on my way to the st Louis airport from cape Girardeau. Not only did they give me the answers I needed. The men got down under my car located the issue and fixed it. Thanks for going above and beyond. 1 to 10 on doing a good job they got from me.... thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shout out to Nick for amazing customer service and great repair skills! I was in a couple weeks ago needing a new battery and he promptly got me the new battery and went to put it in. My battery was more difficult than usual to put in but He still got it done in under 15 minutes and made it look easy!

I walked in and up to an older gentleman in gray and ask for help finding a bike oil filter. I am told by him that he can't help me cause this is an automotive store. I look at him strange as I have bought one from the house springs location and they found it for me. He asks if I know the part number and I say no. He says then look it up and go look in the back. I try and cannot find it. I tell him thanks alot for no help and he tells me to go to a motorcycle store as this is an automotive store. And I said gladly and maybe I'll get better service and he muttered some other ignorant comment as I walked out the door and left. I went to the store on m and the gentleman looked it right up and walked to the back with me to find it. Don't know why it was so hard for him and that he had to lie to me about not being able to look it up.

Shoutout to Alex for the ultimate best customer service!! He went above and beyond and we are so grateful. We were riding last night and noticed one of the bikes headlights was out. We were not near any place to get one and called this Auto-zone which was at closing time. Alex let us pay over the phone for what we needed and was going to make sure it was outside since the store would be closed by the time we made it to Arnold. Once we got there after closing time, Alex was there waiting with the headlight bulb. Thank you so much Alex, you rule and we really appreciate you helping us out so last minute!!!

I had a very pleasant interaction with an associated at the Arnold, MO store. The young man's name was Alexander (Alex). Not only did he help me find the headlight replacement bulbs that I needed, he even put them in for me. Also, realizing that the fuse was blown, he replaced that too! Great Customer Service! Thanks Alex.

Bought a quart of oil today. Cashier walked away when I stepped up. Am I invisible? 2nd time in 1 year. Used to be a great place. What changed? I always say poor management. At least advance is pretty close. Time to change.

Amazingly fast service. Overheated car on I55, pulled over and a gentlemen immediately helped me with coolant, checked out my engine, tightened a clamp that was causing a coolant leak, started the car, followed up, and everything was great. So blessed to walk in there on a random Tuesday night far from home to be helped out. Thanks!

Friendly and honest staff. They we're reluctant to sell me something that I may not need and walked me through what I needed to do to make sure I really needed the part that I was trying to buy. Not many companies would do that. I appreciated their honesty.

Came in to get a new battery and cashier immediately started complaining as soon as I said it was a Dodge. After he checked to make sure it was the battery that was bad I bought a new one from him and asked if he could help install it and he said no because they were too busy. They had two other people on the store at the time

Never get asked if I need help the past 8 or so Times I've been there.. last time I asked for something simple, key chains, the guy said oh idk.. I think they're over there& pointed in the wrong direction, well I found them on my own, while I was walking out of the store because he was not helpful!

Tried to buy an alternator for my girlfriend while out of town because she was broke down of course they'd let me pay 300$ to buy the part but want me there physically with an i.d and my credit card I get the secure issues but I already purchased the damn part what 1 in 1million shot would it be for a stranger to walk in and say hey I purchased the same exact part and my name is Aaron R and when refunded now I have to wait 2-6 days to get my $ back so in hindsight shop else where oreillys advanced etc
