This place has my business for life! I needed forks for my tractor on a Saturday and my wife called (after they were closed!) and the owner offered to stay even though we were more than 30 minutes away. He had it ready to load up when we got there. Service like this rarely exists in the market today. They are a business worth supporting. Don't buy a tractor anywhere else.

This is a great dealership. My purchase was super easy. They gave me time to look at each model and explained all I needed to know. I had lots of questions. All the staff was professional and courteous. Thank you!

It's where I go to get my tractor/parts. I personally have found the service desk information people, and parts to be so excellent and saving my bacon with time (when you don't have a lot of time to cut a field), that I almost hate to give a review, because it is one of the few places I know I can find help (and I kinda' want it all for myself). But, hey, we all need some help these days.

I bought over 50k of equipment in cash, everything went great, equipment is great but I've called 4 times to order a finish mower and no one will help me order it, I've even spoken to the owner. There not the only ones doing business this way its crazy times, I've called 5 places to order one and no one calls back except one place and that's where I bought it with cash in hand I just don't understand, well someday things will change.

We received great customer service from Paul, both before and after our purchase. He spent a great deal of time listening to our needs and helping us assemble all the equipment we needed to take care of our 160 acres! He always welcomes our phone calls and assists us with any problem resolution as needed. It's refreshing to do business with a company that cares about their customers. Thanks Paul!

I have found the owner to be very amenable and open to dealing ideas. He goes out of his way to make sure you get what he has agreed to with you. I find him to be a man of integrity with very good business morals toward his customers.They are friendly people so willing to assist and inform in every area of the business. I would highly recommend doing business with them, buying a tractor or mower and getting them serviced at Tatums.

Paul owner of Tatum Motor contacted me about my review of their company and we had a great discussion about customer service and Paul assured me that Tatum Motor Company care about their customers and the product they sell and that he wanted me to be happy. He had Brian in the service department contact me to arrange for pickup of my equipment for repair. They repaired my equipment to my satisfaction and it is working great!!! Thanks Guys!

I have been doing business with Paul at Tatum Motors for over 5 years and this is truly the best place to buy any peice of equipment. You can always count on them to be extremely helpful and totally honest. I never feel pressured to buy anything, but when I do the prices are amazing.

This place is absolutely fantastic Paul made sure I was taken care of. He got me what I needed to take care of my place and did not try and to sale me stuff I didn't need. This is my first tractor and will definitely go back for service and whatever else I need. You guys rock.

The salesman Paul is a great guy to work with He will go Above and beyond to get you into the right tractor He is one heck of a guy 1st time buying a tractor and and it was a is a very easy experience Even though I couldn't make up my mind And kept changing things He always worked with me I would recommend Paul To anyone

They're about average just a moment pop place it's hard to get weighted on sometimes but they are friendly and I keep coming back

If you call, call the store in Anderson and talk to the owner. Very helpful. The other store kept me on hold for almost 10 min and sales never picked back up.
