Greatly appreciate Shawn. He has been good to my family and I. He is knowledgeable and determined. He is a veteran and for that I cannot express enough gratitude.Communication can be challenging but I know that for a mechanic phone calls can quickly get overwhelming no matter how they are handled. There's no way a secretary can keep up with the progress on all the vehicles and the estimated time of completion can change from minutes to hours or days without notice. There's no way for a mechanic to work on your car and play secretary so please understand and be patient with your mechanic Thanks Shawn and crew we appreciate you!

I took two different vehicles to this shop the first was my truck he was suppose to do several things to this truck but charged me and did not do them and the second was a car he charged Ed me close to 1300.00 to replace both half shafts and all 4 brake calipers and brakes and rotors but instead he replaced 2 brake calipers and the pads I did not get what I payed for not only did he rip me off the removed the front left wheel speed sensor and did not put it back on when I picked the car up it had a ABS LIGHT ON SHAWN hooked the code reader up and told me it was a wire of a sensor on the fly wheel and all I needed to do was plug the wire back in. When I got it home I unloaded it from the trailer I noticed the brakes making noise and upon further inspection I noticed the stuff I paid for was not done. I called Shawn up and confronted him and his reply was that mechanic was no longer employed so there was nothing he could do. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. If you need a good mechanic go to pine I ll.

I drove to Anderson from out of state and my check engine light came on. I drove to this repair shop and the guy told me that it was a malfunctioning sensor. He reset it and didn't charge me anything. This shop just got a new customer while I live in Anderson. Very nice gentleman!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

My roommate took her car to Buffalo warrior way because it was making a weird humming noise from the motor. After being told it was supposed to sound like that by Shawn multiple times, Shawn finally verified that it was the clutch fan going out. It was replaced and about a week later the new one started to go put and her check engine light came on. She took it back to this mechanic and he just reset the engine light after the computer told him it was a bad clutch fan. Told her to drive it until the light came back on then bring it back and he would fix it . She drove it for 2 more weeks and the light came back on so she took it back and got it replaced again. Now this one is going out and he won't return her texts or even call her. It's obviously something else going on, he just continues replace the clutch fan without trying to figure out why they keep going bad. And now is completely ignoring her. So now she is going to have to pay another mechanic to figure out/fix the actual problem and replace another clutch fan....not to mention her finding a coors beer bottle in her car (which was his)when she picked it up as well as him driving her car to joplin and back to get a part for a car that wasn't hers and did not replace the gas....

Sean and his crew are great! They are knowledgeable and friendly and most importantly HONEST! They won't rip you off and they get the job done right the first time. You will leave their garage feeling safer and better knowing your problem is fixed. Highly recommend them!!

My husband and I went down to southwest Missouri for a float trip, about 2 1/2 hours from home, and the starter went out on our car. It was already about 9:30 at night so, thankfully, we had roadside on our insurance. They towed us to a hotel in Anderson, MO for the night, since it was within the distance of the nearest shop. Then, they towed us (a second time) to Buffalo's the next morning with no out-of-pocket (we have Quest through AmFam, in case you're wondering.) Anyway, O'Reilleys was within walking distance and the next morning they told my husband about Buffalo's. The owner was so nice that, even though he had a full schedule, he moved us up to the front as soon as we were able to get the tow so that we could get back on the road. He also only charged us $80 labor and gave us a good deal on the starter! Great place to have your vehicle worked on!!

My clutch had went out on my 2009 Dodge dakota. They was able to get it right I. And replace it. After getting it back and driving it home I noticed oil leaking from the transmission. I notified them about the problem and was told that it probably wasn't the transmission but to bring it back so they could take a look at it. Upon their inspection and conversations the shifter boot wasn't fully tighten up. The owner said that the mechanic should not have removed the shifter boot (this has to be done to remove the transmission). They tightened it back up and I got it back. It still has a drip from the transmission. About a month later the clutch pedal went to the floor. I called them about it, they had me bring it back to them and determined that the clutch slave had went out so I left it for them to fix. Said it would be ready by the next day. (That day my 2nd car was totaled in the process of picking me up) 3 days later I called to ask if it was fixed and was told that they don't do any repairs till the bill is paid in full pryor to the work being done!! Being frustrated with them I picked it up without it being repaired so I could fix it at home. In the process of replacing the clutch slave assembly I discovered that the clutch fork had moved out of place. This showing that the work that was done by Buffalo caused the clutch slave to fail and caused more work to be done. Would not recommend this shop at all. Am having to take it to another shop to have the transmission removed to fix the clutch fork pryor to fully installing the clutch slave. Their warranty sounds good but the work preformed created the transmission to leak and even more work to get it back up on the road again. Pictures shown are the original oil leaking after first getting the truck back and the hole where the slave cylinder would go in the transmission to push the clutch fork that is bearly viewable due to it moving.Service: Transmission
