Great customer service!Blow a tire and had my car towed here. Didn t have my size in stock. They order and new one and had it next day and worked around my schedule. Very helpful.

Robin and I was in Belton when my 2018 f150 started making a noise. I thought at first, maybe a wheel bearing, but then maybe a rock stuck in front wheel. Drove it home and didn't get any worse. Took it up by to Ethan's, he test drove it, wasn't sure, put it on lift and front right wheel was about to fall off. Wheel bearing. Fine job for finding it and fixing it. What a good business to have in Adrian. Thanks Eathan.

1 star is generous.Absolute worst service ever. Van had an appointment on the 21st of June. This is the 21st of August. Haven't even heard from them. Communication is so important. Nothing. Why did I even have an appointment?Took a month for that appointment. Such a disappointment. A friend asked about our van and he said he hadn't even looked at it. When we called, they said he couldn't figure it out. But again NO COMMUNICATION! Good thing it isn't our primary vehicle. Disappointed! Do not send your vehicle here.

Ethan's is a great local shop that was able to help me get my truck back up and running. They don't waste any time and are willing to give an honest assessment about the repairs rather than telling you it all needs done right then and there. For example, they agreed I could wait to repair AC system until spring since I don't need AC in the winter. I appreciate them allowing me to spread out my costs when the opportunity arises. I highly recommend using Ethan's shop.

If you want your car fixed right the first time, go see Ethan and his gang of repair gurus. They know cars plus one of the mechanics is a volunteer firefighter so if your house is on fire or you are hurt, he can save your house or your life, what a bonus. Great people, great service, great shop. Go see Ethan, he will do you right.

Ethan s did great work on my truck and was reasonably priced. He rebuilt the rear end, changing all of the bearings in the differential and axles. He also changed the ball joints and aligned the truck. It runs and drives as good as new. I really like the work Ethan and the guys do. Always nice. The receptionist they have now. I do not care for. She does not call. When asked too. Took the cardboard off me key. I have done that for quite some time. Makes it easy to find my key. Majority of the black keys look the same. It took Ethan a bit to find my key. I have that fixed now.This time she did not call and let my dad know, the parts were not there yet. Until he called to see if done yet. So dad will call later. You can not count on her to call.

Ethan and his technicians are always very professional and do very quality work. When I go in there they always exceed my expectation and their prices are more reasonable then almost anywhere I've been. I've been going to him since he had a little shop in town and was the only employee. Even though his business has gotten larger his respect and attitude towards his customers has never changed. I have 4 vehicles and would never take them anywhere else.

I went to Ethan's to get my car inspected. The young lady behind the counter was very pleasant. I didn't care for the previous one. I didn't have to wait very long. The tech that did that did the inspection was very nice as well.

Had new tires and an AC service on my 2015 Yukon. Price is better than any of the big discount chains and the guys are MECHANICS not just tire changers and lube techs. Have been taking work here for years. I take my mom's car there for service and repairs, as well as my own. Trustworthy and fair. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They work to get you in as soon as possible. Trish is knowledgeable and does a great job up front, and gets the right info to Ethan in a timely manner. This is what a local shop is supposed to be like.

Great customer service at a reasonable price. I had a lot done to my Honda Civic at Ethan's and the price was probably about a fifth of what I would have paid in the city. Glad to find a local place to take our vehicles!

We are a small transport company based in Florida. We were traveling through the area with truck problems on our F550. We did a search on Google for repair shops and Ethan's came up with excellent reviews so we took a chance and just drove over to their location. It was an early Friday morning, they didn't hesitate to take the truck for a road test, they diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the parts had them expedited to their shop and had us back on the road in no time. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable. Since we were unfamiliar with the area, we asked for a recommendation for a place to eat while they did the repairs and even loaned us a vehicle to get to the restaurant. Honest, trustworthy, affordable, and an outstanding diagnostic mechanic. At the risk of sounding clich�, I ve been using Ethan s Auto for years. Seriously! I have driven more than an hour one-way to get my vehicles repaired at Ethan s. Take your vehicle to Ethan s, you won t be disappointed.
