People are ok but ordered simple air filter for three different days would be in and still isn't in not the money wasn't but $6.18 but the run around from one person to next everyone saying something different

Bay in the small engine department got me all fixed up. He worked on my weed-eater, and got it running in no time. I appreciate everything he deals with, and sticking it out for his customers. I was there for a short time, and he puts up with a lot. The five stars all go to him.

Had to go get help from the front counter,then when the guy who works in small engine department acted like we interrupt him an we weren't important. The guys at the front counter spoke when we came in an was glad to try to help. They need to get rid of the guy in the small engine department. It's not the first time it's happened. Next time I'll order mine online.

They had a NAPA 3166 fuel filter on the shelf instead of having to order like virtually every other parts store chain nowadays! Lol
