I wish I was able to write a 0 star because of the experience with one of the employees not too long ago, I think it was Charles? Not sure last name, he smelt like he hadn t showered in days, he was very rude to me when I was looking for a part for my car, I will not be taking my business at the yazoo store.

Wish this place could get a more knowledgeable staff again because this use to be my go to for anything automotive but today O'Reilly had them beat by far hands down. Not only did the staff at auto zone seem aggravated as if we the customer were intruding on their day but the lack of available parts also made them a unlikely candidate for mu next stop.

If it wasn't for Henry Price I wouldn't go there .... Danny Shelby is great so it's those to knowledgeable guys for me

Encouraging to see how smoothly they run the place very knowledgeable staff helpful, and oh yeah that dang manager they have is the reason he's special been there a very long time. I also loved watching the one in canton, Mississippi another special manager!

In the past I may would have given a poor rating, however, this particular visit was exceptional. The good experience was due to the employee that was helping me. I wish I would have paid attention to her name but I didn't.

I have always been happy with this store but yesterday was terrible. I wanted a radiator hose & the computer showed 1 on stock. The guy behind the counter couldn't locate it after about 20 minutes of searching. Also, if you don't like wearing a mask, don't go in this store. They made me put on one before entering. I will no longer enter a business that requires I wear one!

The young man at the register was very polite and professional. He answer all my questions and went and got all my auto parts for me and even carried them to my vehicle. His customer was great!!!!

customer service at AutoZone is the best young men and young ladies all know how to treat you and if they r packs they're actually say ill be with you shortly wait if it's something that you need to get done outside you just have patient with them because believe me they have a lot of patient Mississippi Hospitality all AutoZones that I've been to are great so people go AutoZone for your every need

The employees here are very helpful. I have gotten better service here than at the other 2 auto parts stores here in Yazoo. I even had one employee help me not one, but two times by putting the part I bought on my car.

They fine the parts you need. If they don't have it. They can order it for the next day. They honor their life time warranty for all parts.

I needed a new battery, because my old one was bad, but the old battery was still under warranty. I had no problems getting a replacement and they put it on. My thanks to Terrance and others.

Ricky at this store looked me in my face and lied to me about exchanging my battery. He could have, but he lied and sent me back to Pearl. . Some people are just lazy and have no integrity. . Please tell Ricky to see this.

Always good service except for having to answer the phones when there's a line of customers waiting in line. The phones should note be mandatory when customers are in line.

They are a little unreasonable i need a starter but they say in order to get the price i have to have the old one in hand. Wich was 130 more than the price she quoted my mechanic.
