My mom got a car from these went there this morning to get information on how to get her license plate because we live in Alexandria Louisiana but the gate locked tight and nobody on the lot so how can she do anything without them. I feel like they are scammers and need to be dealt with.

Unprofessional in every way, My auto warranty check was forwarded here since April. Still haven't received any correspondence on my refund from the manager. And everyone in the office continues to tell lies/excuses on why the reason for not receiving it yet. I have been calling only to run into dead ends with them. Honestly I think some kind of fraud is going on.

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION.The lack of employees should have turned me around. We drove 2 hours for bs, bought the car and warranty in Aug. The day after purchase, canceled warranty, Bank & Myself requested loan to be rewritten, was denied by Owner. Said she WAS NOT rewriting but, went into office only to return with a rewritten buyers contract with higher numbers and warranty still in place. Bank paid warranty to Dealership, while there s no warranty, dealership won t return check to Bank. CROOKS! A bit of everything that are in the previous list of reviews is true about these people, from OWNER, Finance Manager, and Receptionist. Just HORRIBLE and Very Disrespectful! I can Honestly say I WILL NEVER REFER Anyone here and Regret giving them business.

From the very beginning of my car buying experience, Trey and his team went above and beyond to make the purchase of my 2017 Ford Escape easy. They are respectful and fair throughout the process and don t hide anything! Finally a dealer that makes you feel good when purchasing a vehicle. If something isn t right, they make it right. They stay personally involved long after the sale and you actually want to be a repeat customer.They did not pay me to review my experience, I actually want to.Also my used car was as clean or cleaner than any Brand new car I have purchased from a traditional manufacturer dealership.Definitely will buy all my future vehicles from STATE-LINE AUTOPLEX.

I purchased a 2018 cord fusion from them back in November and it needed some work done to it, they promised to fix the issue which was agreed in the We Owe contract they had me to sign and agreed to. It s now February and nothing has beeen fixed and I had to order the parts myself, they agreed to doing a reimbursement, THEY KEEP GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND AND THE SALES PEOPLE ARE VRY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL, THEY DONT WANT TO REIMBURSEMENT ME FOR THE PARTS I HAD TO BUY ! I DO NOT AND MEAN DO NOT ! RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FROM THEM

THEY ARE HANDING OUT FAKE TEMP TAGS!! I bought a car May 18, my temp tag expired July 18 and they gave me the run around everytime I called to see what was happening. I went in person and when I demanded answers they threatened to call the police on me because i refused to sit in the waiting area and be ignored by the 4-5 employees walking around (as one woman answered the phone and claimed she couldn t help customers get information because she was the only person at work LIARS) There is no way these people aren t crooks, BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! Honorable mention, the car was paid for in full, no financing.. please get in touch with me if you are someone you know has had this experience!!

I have always had a great experience here. However, this is a reply To the customer Kim Lindsey:I was the previous owner of the Jeep that you bought. I never had any problems with the vehicle and if I had, I definitely wouldn t have sold to my nephew. I m sorry you are having problems, but are you absolutely sure the body shop isn t taking advantage of you? Did you bring to the Jeep dealership? They have always changed my oil at the Jeep place, and never once did they say anything about having Salvage parts on it...it had never been wrecked or any other problems... No way it would take 8 months to fix. I think you took the vehicle to the wrong place. We all take our chances with buying a used vehicle...we KNOW this, but this should be no way a reflection on these guys, they have a certified tech that looks at each vehicle at the time of sale. Again, I m sorry this happened to you, next time take the vehicle to a certified Jeep dealership.Thank you,Bobbi B

Drove out expecting to get my daughter a car that she was kinda excited about. Upon arriving, we found that most vehicles on lot appeared to be junk and or wrecked cars. The car that my daughter was wanting to look at turned out to also be junk. All the door handles were missing making it impossible to even get into the car to actually check it out. Basically, this place just has over priced salvaged junk. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere

I drove almost 2 hours to look at a vehicle that I was told was in great shape, but once getting there the car was anything but. Paint damage, missing trunk bed, lettering on vehicle missing randomly, car handled like it has been rolled and had exposed wiring in the trunk. When I politely declined the woman let me know that her bumper was tied in with straps and that there was nothing wrong with the car with glaring problems. Still fine until the main guy decided to get an attitude with us as we were entering or vehicle to leave. Normally don't post reviews but I feel like they wasted my time and gas only to try and guilt me into a purchase.Edit since you can't reply to the response: You are correct about me getting into the vehicle to leave because unless you speak magic the woman that lied to me said enough. You didn't come to check on anything, you were following the other people out the door that were there the same time we were. At least you didn't dispute the condition of the vehicle which I'll give you credit for but don't pretend that anything about our interaction that day was professional from the original call to the attempted strong arming as we left. I see now looking at the other reviews left that this seems to be standard operating procedure for you, so I hope this helps people in the future with their decisions.

I bought a truck from here may 9th still have not received the title. Guess it s time for lawyers. Do not buy a vehicle from these crooks. Finally got the title but lord how can a business operate this way. I really think a lawyer would have a field day with this. Sad wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Where to start with this one. Dont risk it like we did!! We purchased a preowned Jeep in Oct 2018 from here with an extended warranty. Clear carfax report, heard how it belonged to one of the people who worked there etc etc-so it had to be great right? WRONG! By Dec of same year, (2 months later) the check engine light was on and a slight miss. We couldnt take it back to them for repairs bc they dont have a repair shop. We were without a vehicle for 8 months having it repaired and fighting with the extended warranty company they sold us. Long story short, we had to REPLACE THE MOTOR with no help from the warranty we purcheased because this "great vehicle that was owned by family of an employee" had SALVAGE YARD PARTS ON THE MOTOR making it not qualify for assistance with the extended warranty. We posted this story and rating a few months back only to take it down after they begged and PROMISED to help us!! We took it down, nothing happened and they still wont make right what they have caused us. So, if youre in the market for buying a vehicle just to pay over 6,000.00 for a new motor, then you have found your place!! Buyer be ware!! Im sorry, he did just offer a few complimentary oil changes!!

They are the worst place to get a car from they sold my wife a car she drove it 2 days and the transmission went out and now they were using. To get it repaired or replaced the call. I would not refer my dead dog to that place

I am on my second 60 day tag with them. Mrs Crain is the rudest disresptful lady you would ever want to do business with. My title is being held up by the Capital One bank because Clark Crain owes them money. My car isn't even financed through Capital One. The are dressed up crooks

I ve had the worst experience ever with buying a car from here they sell you warranties that you pay for and never do they part they are the new age scammers still haven t received my registration or plate everytime I call I get told they are with a customer and will call back never get a call only thing they want is your money do not shop for vehicles here

Was looking for a great used vehicle but after the nightmare my family went through after buting two vehicles from them was enough to steer me clear. Go the few extra miles to Miss Auto Direct in Natchez!

If you need or want a vehicle, check with Stateline before anyone else. Chances are you won't have to check with anyone else. Great folks.
