Typical Pilot that has to serve all walks of life, so shouldn't be harsh about much. Male restroom is a bit close quarters, but not unusual for one of large chains. Plenty of parking for location along I-55. Stocked well. I added to trucker path app, so I'd return.

Very clean store with professional and friendly staff, with a Taco Bell attached to store that has good food with quick friendly service.The truck parking lot is laid out pretty good and relatively easy to get into spots.Showers are very clean, fresh coffee and not sure if they re pet friendly.Also there s is a truck shop a cross the street.

Has mold in all showers on ceiling and shower stall and old water build up also a build up of dirt and other things. There hasnt been any avaliable tissue the past few times I've had to park here I try to avoid parking here

Like I said several times before customer service can make or break a place for me. whenever I first came in I noticed that there were some things that needed to be done around the store, but others were exceptional. All of the prices were comparable to any other store. The store was clean for the most part. Very well organized by staff, very well lit, the bathrooms were decent, it's conveniently located, and overall the customer service was excellent! I would recommend to anyone needing to stop for gas food or just a bit of conversation. Ayanna was my cahier and she let me know about savings and sales they had. She was amazing along with her college who helped her bag our items. When I first came in I was a little upset. But they laughed and joked with every single customer and it made me feel welcome and safe. All of the customers were just as happy as I was with coming to this store. Stay safe ladies. Thanks for a wonderful shopping experience.

Card readers on pumps do not work, restrooms disgusting, cash register line seven people deep all of that plus when you prepay for fuel they have to hold your card plus ID, let you fill up them come wait in line again to finalize the transaction. Highly recommend just skipping this place and going to the next station.

Possibly the worst pilot I have ever been too. Restrooms smelled and were completely disgusting no toilet paper or seat covers barely even had soap dispenser that barely worked. Had to shower once I stepped into the room I seen dirty towels from the last guy who showered there on the floor and toilet was not cleaned and I paid 18.00 for that. Do not stop here discussing and employees could care less.

Friendly staff. Showers were good, the water pressure is just not that good. (1/18/23) They are currently replacing the diesel pumps for trucks , so some of the pumps are down .

Rather leave good reviews for ppl but just can't with this place. This pilot is so useless it's not funny. Better off showering with a bottle of your drinking water. Pressure in the showers is damn near nothing. Food is terrible with a bunch of ppl wondering around while showers are not cleaned with the previous persons towels all over the floor amongst other things. Trash not emptied either. Close this spot down and come back when you get a better pilot for this location...

Overall it's another gas station clean staff was ok plenty of inventory and many drink choices coffee, cold drinks. Not a bad stop definitely been to worse places but this one is alright. Staff was fast and friendly. Not a bad location easy to get to.

No wonder Loves is beating Pilot at every turn.. cheaper fuel, free parking, and I have never seen a love's bathroom this gross before. Never. Whomsoever is running this place should be fired.

This has to be the nastiest pilot I ll ever been in as a driver. I was here a few months back never showers here because I showered earlier. This time I had to stop here. I was going to take a shower and went inside after they just cleaned this shower for the 2nd time and it was still nasty. Pilot needs to step in and fix a lot of stuff with this place

I travel frequently and do a lot of driving, so I typically make a point of finding Pilot Travel Centers along my route to stop at because I know they typically will have clean restrooms and plenty of food and beverage options. This one is no different. Well-stocked store, bathroom clean, and plenty of coffee. The attached Taco Bell isn't too bad either.

Large parking lot,the Cat Scale located at the front entrance( excellent)!! Saturday really busy women restroom are lined up Clean store and clean surroundings,typical Pilot lots of snacks to choose from and accessories 4 ur cell phone, selection of dvd Have u seen the "NASTY MAN"???,man leaving his nasty bottle of urine at the parking lot,or his gallon of urine against the curb!! That's him the NASTY MAN!!!

Very nasty pilot. These people have no pride. Showers were nasty, nit stocked, molded and cold. Bathroom were gross and not stocked.Instead of cleaning and stocking your manager was at the registers talking about who was in the band the Beatles.

This is the first gas station I've been to that supports Apple and Android pay. That, coupled with a very clean pump and easy entry and exit beckons a positive review for me.Been here multiple times, never a bad experience (never used the Taco Bell though).

Stopped for the night and the parking lot was over packed but we ended up finding a spot. Drop trailers everywhere, cars parked in truck spots, and trucks lining everywhere they could fit.Went in to shower and wish I wouldn't have. They looked like they just dried the shower and called it good. The wall had mold everywhere, I felt like I was going to end up sick. When the shower was on there was water coming out of the wall. There was old dirty Qtips in the trash can, hair all over the floor. And the water was literally brown. Will never stop there again.

Stop at Taco Bell ..it was ridiculous.the workers there were mingling with each other and 10 people were waiting for their food.5 of us got our money back after waiting for 45 minutes.

The showers are dirty. Un kept. Some places have not been wiped for months. Toilet in the showers very dirty. I wonder if they have a maintenance staff for the showers. Towels in taters. I gues Mississippi is a poor state including the pilot in it. I think the monager never takes a walk to see what his team is doing.Toothpaste spits on the walls from previous shower use, Jesus christ I almost left without showering. See photos to substantiate my complain. Had to wipe the toilet b4 I decided to leave the review after noting consistency in negligence. Pilot could do better to catter for its most valued customers, the transportation industry specialists. Toilet is so squeezed you will be touching wall and tissue dispencer when using it, or leaning on one side and that is not cool.Everything else beyond showers seams okey.

Woke up in the morning and went inside to take a shower but unfortunately I was told that showers unavailable because the person who supposed to take care of them was not there. NICE!!!Also I noticed that local drivers are parking their trucks overnight at the travel center parking and going home for sleeping. Why to pay someone for renting the space if there is a free parking, right? And OTR drivers come to find a spot for overnight resting and have to leave to look for another place.This should be enforced by Pilot if there is no driver inside the truck they have to write a ticket.

So to start off, the parking lot for trucks in this place is pretty big but for some reason it was really full really quick and by 9 p.m. there were barely any spots. There a lot of places around the parking lot that you can park as well because it gets full so quick. It seems like easy parking but it gets so packed that drivers are parking just about everywhere. Now to talk about inside, I didn't bother checking out Taco Bell based on the reviews however the bathrooms and showers are super tiny and you can barely close the door once you walk in if you have a bookbag on. Furthermore the laundry where they wash the towels out for the shower looks like a dungeon and it's so scary and their actual laundry room is mediocre. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place and thank goodness I have my own towels because I can't imagine if they really wash those towels out in that dirty room and the floors are disgusting, even in the showers the floors look terrible like they don't sweep. Definitely a big No-No.

This place is garbage. 3 pumps out of 7 don t work. The line at the truck fuel is endless. The entrance is full of potholes and the customer service is missing. Rude employees. Ugh! What a terrible experience!

Coffee was watered down and wasn't fresh. 4 stalls in the restroom and the handicap toliet is broke, other 3 look as they hadn't been for some time. Papper towel rolls not placed in dispensers. 1 of the 3 sinks backed up. Trash cans overflowing, all at 7:30 in the morning. It's really disheartening that the reviews say 1 thing and what you see is a total 180. As there was 1 review posted 2 weeks ago with the owners reply reguarding this issue with a promise to address this it but hasn't or It's still being addressed.

10 hour rest break on 5/9/23 @4:31. One staff member had bad attitude with no name tag. Showers needs remodeling. The employee that was cleaning the showers took the dirty towels and cleaned the shower room floor.. Bring your own towels because the towels I saw they give you needs to be in the garbage.This place makes too much money to have a unpleasant encounter with staff and a filthy facility.

Nice gas station but these are THE slowest pumps I ve ever used in my entire life. Do urself a favor if u come here don t get 75 like I did. Looking at 20 mins or so. They need to update their pumps.

NO SHOWERS UNTIL 0700. If I had read the reviews on this place before stopping I would have continued on. It's a Pilot? Pilots have standards. Not this one. Wanted a shower and fuel. I'll get my fuel down the road where I can get my shower. My fuel alone would have paid for a night maintenance person. Minimal staff. Bathrooms are disgusting. I feel for the guy who has to clean them in the morning. I think this place is cutting costs. They're going to cut their income as well. Plugged into GPS "AVOID".

The Taco Bell cash register is apparently not working properly. I ordered 4 soft tacos. She said it was $16+, I asked how much is each taco, she said $2.29, I said that should be less than $10, she said that she had to charge whatever her computer says. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR BILL

Not very clean on my visit in the late afternoon, but by night and in the morning very clean, pumps not cleaned or surrounding areas. It seemed like someone got sick a while ago. Inside was ok and stocked well. Lots of parking on a Sunday is at 6 pm. Friendly and kind staff.Very low to almost no water pressure and shower 5 had no toilet paper. Not even enough pressure to properly flush toilets.

At least LOOK to see if you have them I swore I saw them she s just lazy. I d fire her, that type of laziness costs businesses upwards of 6 figures annually! Off to Texaco or some random scary Ishmael gas station sheeesh

How are you gonna try and require an American to wear a mask? Some of us medically can't. I saw this on your door and almost left. But I went in anyways. Atleast your employees know they cant make someone wear a mask. Wake and remove the sign. Its unconstitutional and your lawyers know it!!
