The service department was excellent.the best service department at a Any freightliner I've ever been too.Had a coolant leak that was under warranty.They got the parts from Jackson ms the same day and I was out the same day!Thanks yall

Justin took us right in and this was at the end of business day and wrote it up and put me in the que after being towed in to Empire Truck Sales,first thing this morning gave me a text at my hotel to let me know they got it in the shop working on it after finding quite a few problems, one by one got them all taken care of and now I get to drive off into the sunset. I am very happy with the full service performed on my truck and I am very greatful on the speedy work performed. Thank you Justin and the Empire shop for all you did formed.

Limped off of I-55 with a severely overheated 400 horse Cummins in my Monaco motorhome and there it was (Empire Truck Sales) right across the street at the exit in Winona, MS. Justin, the Sales Manager, and one of the technicians came out to take a look. The radiator fan belt must have broken and it was gone. Plus, two small holes were spraying radiator fluid from the overflow tank. I could not have been treated better than if I was the owner of the business. We had to leave the motorhome at the dealership while we drove our toad vehicle home to Illinois. Justin kept me informed as they had to order parts for the fix. After they finished, I paid the bill remotely and we finally found time to go back and get our motorhome. I highly recommend this business, the staff, and their technicians to anyone needing diesel service. You will not be disappointed.

Dragged in on a hook yesterday. I just knew I blew a turbo. Justin, the Service Manager, plugged into my truck to check for codes and other information. Only had this annoying EEC 61 after treatment code that's been in there for months. The next day Justin put his Shop Foreman on on my truck and he found the Delta P Sensor was bad and my Outlet Nox Sensor. They were able to correct the issues and get me back on the road quick. Overall the best experience I've ever had with Freightliner. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who owns or drives a Freightliner. Justin and the folks at Empire were good People.

Called to see if they could fix my AC and the service was top notch. Got in and out of the shop in 3.5 hrs on the same day I called. Hands down my best experience at a freightliner shop. Thank you guys for taking care of business!

Great staff and great mechanics got me in and out the same day.. Perfect dealer to stop by and get back on the road.. Everyone was great i couldn't be more happy with the service provided
