This place loves to tow on Friday night and then they won t answer the phone till Monday so they get to add on two additional storage day fees. What a game. Taking more blood from victims. Friendly or thievery !!!

The gentlemen at CarQuest are EXTREMELY kind and helpful. On our road trip from the coast to the pine belt, my brother and I heard there was a really loud squeaking and rattling noise in the front driver-side tire. After pulling into this repair shop, we told them our situation and although there was a wait of over 15 people ahead of us, they understood the urgency and that we were not from the area jumped out from behind the desk, and came to check out the noise. One hour before they closed, they pulled my car into the shop, jacked it up, took off the tire, and removed the rock that was causing the disturbance. They easily could have charged me hundreds of dollars to replace falsely "something with my brakes", but instead denied the cash I offered them for taking out the tire and removing the rock. As a young woman, traveling can be extremely stressful when you encounter car issues, but the staff made me feel comfortable and helped me get back on the road right away. Thank you!!

I called like 10 shops from Hattiesburg to the Gulf coast to get a price on an alternator. I just got run around no set price. I called here and he gave me a price that beat all others. Took my car had it ready in 2 hours like was told. I will take my car here from here on out. Outstanding service, great prices and best customer service. 5 *****Thanks guys

I usually take my car to a hundia dealership an hour away and made to leave it for a week or so, just for a sensor! But Smith's had it fixed and back to me in a day and a halve!! The sensors go out alot in my car... But This will be the only shop i take it to from now on!

I called them to schedule a needed a tire patch and plug ASAP. That was the routine part, just like any other shop I ve been to. Where Smith Automotive stands apart is their attention to detail about other needs of my vehicle, as well as their friendly and professional staff. They exceeded my expectations in every way. They did not try to sell me anything extra and they inspired 100% confidence in the shop and staff. This place is the Gold standard of how things should be done. If you need auto work, do yourself a favor and schedule it with these guys.

These guys were awesome. One of our classic cars broke a valve spring on the way to Crusin the coast. These guys gave us a shady place to work, found us a valve spring, and loaned a valve spring compressor and we got the car back on the road in just a little while.
