I came in the gas station connected to this place with my brother awhile back driving threw to Gulfport & I was told "they don't accept my kind here" & we were both kicked out. I didn't care to ask why but I'd guess they were prejudice over my skinny jeans seeing as I never said I word to anyone working there & I'm just a normal guy.. I wouldn't suggest anyone stop here & hopefully they get new management if they haven't already.

I had some shimmying of my truck s front end at 40 mph after going through some muddy trails. I thought something was messed up really bad, but the guys there quickly diagnosed it as mud caked up in the wheels, causing imbalance. They directed me to a pressure wash place. Took care of the shimmy.

Please do not give this place your business. My dealing with them has been one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. My car broke down on Hwy 49 and the issue was with the alternator bracket. They stated that the whole alternator, bracket, and belts needed to be replaced. It took 15 days for the supposed parts to arrive. When I picked my car up today, I discovered that not only is there no evidence anything other than the belts have been replaced, but also there was severe damage done to my driver's side door. They denied doing the damage. They charged me an exorbitant amount for a job that should have cost roughly half the amount. They were very rude during the entire process. After talking to an employee of a nearby business, this seems to be a commonality. She stated that unless you are a friend of the family that owns Parkers, you can expect to be scammed by them.

SAD THAT PARKERS TREAT PEOPLE THIS WAY. We brought my daughter's car to this place to have her car was shaking. Dropped it off and received a call stating that the car needed some front-end work done and that the car needed new tires also. I told them to do what they needed to do to get the car right. Picked the car up January 2, 2021 paid a little over $800. The car started shaking again so we dropped it off Friday, April 2nd and the front tire was worn and had a egg on the inside. They did not have a tire to replace it but they also said that they did not replace the tires. we did not have the receipt and they said that they do not keep records of what they do to people's vehicles and if we found the receipt that they would make it right and when I asked them could they asked the techs and I was told it was not their burden to keep up with what was done to customers vehicles. We have been bringing vehicles to them for a while since we know the techs there. No more.

Good wholesome guys. I just deliver to them with tires but they are good at doing their job. Just all around good people that will take car of you and your vehicle, also they still believe in service by filling your car up with a smile on your face.

Nice friendly service and they still pump your gas so no getting out of vehicle to do this task. Love it.

My aunts van blew a tire an hour and a half from home. I called road side assistance and told them to take it to Parker's auto service. I had already spoke with Chuck and told him it was coming. This was on a Friday, the van had no keys with it, and no spare. Chuck was very accommodating and very professional. Thanks a million for making a bad situation a little more manageable. A+++

Ok staff was nice but to pay 225 to bail out my van kinda crazy I understand gotta pay the mileage gas and the driver but lord have mercy that's a bit high where I had a car towed in Gulfport and after the the next day it was 125 hope the driver got at least 125 of that 225

My car unexpectedly broke down in Wiggins on the way to Jackson, MS. I had my vehicle towed here! Thank God for Roadside Assistance. The service received at Parker's was phenomenal! Thank You!
