Couldn't even acknowledge my presence. Obviously the phone was more important. I understand it gets busy. However it' takes only a second to say hello and I'll be right with you. 10 mins is just rude.

Thankful to have a parts house nearby. It s a little hard to get out of the parking lot without getting run over so be carful. They have always been helpful and had the parts that I have needed.

Truck needed a new battery called to see if i bought one there if they would install it they said YES as long as it wasnt to difficult to get to when i showed up they werent busy and battery was not hard to get to but they still didn t replace it for me i had to change it myself in the parking lot next time just be honest snd say no you are to lazy to change it for your customers .

A friend of mine from Springfield, MO, home of O'Reilly Auto Parts, turned me on to this part store and their business philosophy years ago, and I've been a customer for a long time now.Hit something in the road this evening and it knocked a fender skirt loose. It was flapping. I stopped at the Wiggins store. Christopher not only found the right fastener for one hole, he installed the part for me. Then he secured a zip-tie in the deformed through-hole so I didn't do any more damage.Nice guy. Much appreciated.

I was in wiggins and my battery stopped working. I went to autozone which was within 50 yards of my vehicle. They said that they wouldnt help fix my vehicle because it was too far away . My friend took me to Oreillys which was across the highway and Jamichael offered to help immediately. We drove over to my car and he didnt have the right part, but him and an associate shaped the part to fit my vehicle. They saved me a lot of time and money and I was able to make it home. I ll definitely be coming here for any other vehicle needs.
