We bought a battery. The two women that were working were so polite. They worked on a bolt that was stripped until they got it off. Then put the new battery in... Fantastic Experience...

Great attitude from the workers and overall solid experience. They were missing a particular brand I went in for but the staff assisted me in finding the cheapest alternatives and carried it to the counter for me and apologized for the inconvenience. Also got me a few dollars off for a military discount.

My friend had called AutoZone Auto Parts and asked if they would have a part laid out for me to pick up. When I arrived, no part was set out, and the person waiting on me seemed to have a problem getting the part for me. Point is that I WILL NOT Go TO AutoZone Auto Parts for anything again.

The lady working on Saturday and Sunday morning at Auto Zone Wiggins is very rude doesn't even look at you when you speak to her. Life is too short for folks like this...

I ordered a part on Friday that they told me would be in Sat mornin at 7:30, I go round 12 to pick it up and was told it was comin at 12:30. At 1:30 they inform they don't have it and make some calls. At 2:30 they tell me they never had an order for it, but I could drive myself to another location and get it or wait till the following day. I gotta refund and went elsewhere

I am just going to say this. That Carrie lady is so rude. My husband is a parts manager at a Chevy dealership and just ran there for a part for his personal car. She was rude and had a smart attitude. He never complains about these type of things but also said he would never have an employ treat his customers like that.

If you need parts in Wiggins Ms.. go get in the zone. They will hook you up with all your needs. If they don't have it they will do all they can to help you find it. The store manager Mrs. Brandi goes beyond her call of duty to make sure every customer needs are meet to the best of her ability. Mrs. Tina is the sweetest lady always greets with a smile and a welcoming voice . I can sit here all day and tell you how great it is but until you give it a try you will never know. So just go get in the zone in Wiggins Ms. Auto zone

Lane and Ms Carrie were super nice helped me figure out what was wrong with my car after I was running hot headed back to Bham it was a pleasant atmosphere made me feel comfortable while waiting to be towed back to Gulfport! Thank you for your great customer service!

Went in the Wiggins auto zone today to see about getting a spark plug and 3 workers in the store, no customers were in the store just me and the three employees waited ten minutes to get help but no one ask me if they would help me so I walked out will not go back, I see why they built a o'riley across the street autozone lost me as a customer and everyone else I know

A fine young black gentleman, really stepped up. He went out in the rain to change a flat tire for a young mother and her daughter. They were returning to Florida after Hurricane Sally. He went beyond to help out. Auto Zone has a good guy. Wish I had his name....

Great Store, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Each time I go in there they always have the parts I need and prices are extremely reasonable.The customer service that is shown from all the staff I have done business with is what makes this place my go to store for auto parts and supplies.Great Job !!!

Mr. FRED SHOEMAKER was so nice to be very ugly to me as my husband made over 100$ purchase at his store! We came in to purchase a battery and I kindly asked if he could plug in my phone while we he rang us up! He was very ugly and not helpful as he replied ugh no I cannot do that... well we are purchasing a battery hmmm we may need a phone ... thank u so much Mr. FRED I feel so safe knowing we have a charged phone incase put battery situation doesn't work out ! Have a blessed day!! Thank u

Would rate 0, if that was an options. I , of course , purchased to wrong headlight bulb. I lost the receipt. I took it back , only wanting to exchange for the correct one. The young guy there would not even exchange it . I did not want my money back . So i then had to purchase the correct one. But NOT at AutoZone. They've lost my business forever . And anyone that I can influence.

Wish I can put a - star spent over $200 and the lady who check us out was the rudest. She needs to learn how to talk to her customer and not get an attitude when helping to check out and to look up products. We will not be back

They usually have my product in stock and I usually buy a lifetime warranty so it's always covered some days you may have to wait for your product to come in the next day but it's the obviously worth it

If I could give a negative star, I would! Went in there and was not greeted or even spoke to let alone asked if I could be helped with anything. I was the only customer in there and all they could do was stand behind the counter talking.
