My son was traveling from the Gulf Coast to TN and just outside of West Point lost all power to his vehicle. I live in Georgia and was at work. I found Gearhead Repair online and called the number. I spoke with Josh who had just gotten home from vacation and wasn't even at the shop. I explained the situation, Josh found my son and fixed his truck roadside and I was able to pay over the phone. Amazing customer service! I am beyond impressed and so grateful. Thank you Josh....you saved the day!

Me and some friends broke down on the way home to Arkansas from Florida to the point the car wouldn t drive. Did a quick google search and found Gear Head Garage and had the car towed there. Josh (the owner) was amazing and was able to help us out even though they were booked up and had us back on the road within an hour.

He screwed me on my truck repair . He never called me with an estimate. When I had to track him down cuz he never answered his phone, he had taken it on himself to go ahead with the repair and charged me over $700. That was not necessary because the fuel pump was still under warranty. He would have known that IF he would have called me or even just answered the phone. Beware of this guy
