Ladarius helped me this morning at your West Point, MS location. He was professional in his approach and very courtious. His laid back nature is very important in sales because it exhibits comfortability. He nearly sold me a set of tires but I don't have the time to get them today.Great service!

I have to say if you have just about any issue or questions these wonderful guys will help you out. They are very knowledgeable and understanding, and will tell you what you need to know. I spoke with John when I got my vehicle worked on at this location and he eased my mind about all of the concerns I had. And of course they do a great job fixing what needs fixing and getting you in and out. If I have any other future car needs I will be giving them a visit.

I live in North Mississippi. Driving to Tuscaloosa it was raining terribly. I stopped here to go on and get my oil changed. I was waited on by Ladarius who was so very professional. Express oil change/tire service are NUMBER ONE in my book. I would like to personally thank Ladarrius and Cliff for their help and assistance. Love express oil. All the guys are friendly and funny ! Reed is awesome he has always gone beyond to make sure my car is safe I haven t had one bad experience Scott is funny these guys makes my day every time I get an oil change. Hands down best service!!!! Thanks for being super awesome!!!!

Sam and Jason has this store greased right. The service tech Reed, greeted me at front parking lot and got the job done with a smile. Fast service to get you in and out. They let you know what your vehicle needs and let you decide if you want to get it fixed now or not. No pressure, just informative.The have serviced my truck since the day this store has opened. Go get you some.

I had a great experience at express Oil Change today. LD was kind and gave me options as my car needed a few more services besides an oil change. He gave me a print out as to how much those services would cost for planning purposes. He also told me to look for coupons in my e-mail. I appreciate his kindness, honesty and sharing how to save money on my oil change.

I would like to thank everyone at the Westpoint, MS branch for always taking good care of me. When it comes to my oil changes, tire rotation, and any other services that needed. I was on a flat this morning (2/8/2024) and luckily I made it in time for it to get service. Laderran and Reed made sure they took good care of me. They fixed my tire in no time with quality service. I salute the entire branch, especially Westpoint, MS. They will always will have my service. However, please make sure you give these amazing people a raise for the services/work ethics. I rolled in on a wing and a prayer. I had been everywhere trying to find someone to put up with my finicky drain plug. Most the places in town had turned me down, but Reed and Sam alleviated my fears and knew exactly what to do! I m riding this car til the wheels fall off so I needed it in peak condition! I will always recommend Express oil change to any one who will listen!

10 stars, and I MEAN IT. I've come to this place on several occasions and I've ALWAYS been greeted with a smile and welcome. The employees are almost eager to walk to your car to provide service. It's like they love their job! The 2 service guys who stood out the most on this occasion were Reed And JC. Both individuals have kind spirits, and it shows outwardly. Reed of course, kept me laughing at each visit this week x's 3. I loved this place so much, I even had my husband to come for an oil change and he bragged on Reed as well. JC was just as kind and welcoming. You can tell by watching him that he's really into his job. Overall, I've had a great experience EACH and EVERY time I've visited. My car has found a new home and I will continue to refer. Keep up the GREAT job guys.

Iv had to come in a few times to have services done on my vehicle and a guy named Reed was so helpful got me in and out in no time!! Definitely would recommend this place!!
